Preventive Maintenance – Convection Ovens
Model Numbers Affected
All VC and SG series convection ovens.
Problem:
The air intake perforations located in the lower left corner of the back panel assembly
may become clogged with grease or debris. This restricts both cooling and combustion
air causing possible component failure and intermittent ignition failures.
Tools
Not required.
Action
As a quarterly maintenance procedure and after each service, use a damp rag and
clean blockage from air intake.
AIR INTAKE
PERFORATIONS
MUST BE FREE OF
ANY GREASES OR
DEBRIS. KEEP IT
CLEAN AT ALL THE
TIMES.
If you have any questions contact Ray Boyle at Vulcan Technical Service.
