SPECIFICATIONS:

Quartz heated, cheesemelter, (counter) (wall mount) Vulcan-Hart
Model No. _________ . Stainless steel front, sides, top and interior.
Insulated with 1" on top and sides. Backs have 1" of insulation
on counter and wall mount models. Rack activated micro switch
power heaters to 100% when product is placed on the rack. Idles
at 25% heat when master power switch is “On” and there is no
product on the rack. Solid state controls with cooling fan. Top
mounted energy efficient quartz heaters snap in for easy instal­lation. Requires 208 volt or 240 volt single phase.

CSA design certified. NSF listed. U L listed.

STANDARD FEATURES

■ Stainless steel top, inside, sides and all fasteners.

■ Top, sides, and back are insulated with 1" of insulation.

■ Controls are solid state.

■ Electrical compartment is fan cooled.

■ Inputs are as follows: 1024 models - 2.4 KW

1036 models - 3.6 KW
1048 models - 4.8 KW

■ Master switch when “On” causes unit to idle at 25% heat.

■ 100% power “On” results from placing product on the rack.

■ Rack adjustable to any one of four rack positions.

■ Clearance to the top from each rack position: Position 1, 2";

Position 2, 31⁄2"; Position 3, 43⁄4"; Position 4, 6".

■ Both 1024 and 1036 models have a single “On-Off” switch
and red signal light.

■ 1048 models have a single “On-Off” switch with a red signal light
as well as right and left heater “On” switches and lights.

■ Instant “On”, instant “Off” even heating, top quartz heaters.

■ Energy efficient snap in heaters for easy installation.

■ Available 208 or 240 volt, 1 phase.

■ Field wiring connection on left side.

■ 4' adjustable legs (counter models only).
