Vulcan-Hart Model No. GHF90. Front gas manifold batteries
with Vulcan heavy duty gas cooking equipment. Stainless steel
front, front top ledge and sides. 6" adjustable stainless steel
legs. Recessed top with removable screen drains into a 3 quart
removable drain pan.

2. When using a common front top ledge, specify the location of
the fryer(s) and frymate(s) in the battery.
3. When batteried with a single fryer, the door will be hinged to
swing away from the fryer unless specified.
4. This appliance is manufactured for commercial installation
only and is not intended for home use.
