IMPORTANT SAFEGUARD
This appliance was constructed to process normal household quantities.
1. Before operating check whether your voltage corresponds to the voltage printed on the
top of the unit.
2. Do not hold the motor part under running water or immerse it entirely in water or other
liquids
3. Repairs on electric appliances must only be done by an authorized service personnel.
Faulty, unqualified repair work may cause accidents or injury to the user.
4. The cord of the appliance may only be replaced by an authorized service center, because
s special tool is required.
5. Do not use the blender with hot liquids.
6. Do not yank or pull the cord as this may damage it and eventually cause a risk of electric
shock..
7. The blade of this blender is sharp. Treat it with care at all times and never allow fingers,
hair, clothing to come into connecting with blade.
8. Do not process food containing hard objects which cannot be safety broken up by the
blade.
9. TO protect against fire, do not operate unit in the presence of explosive and/or flammable fumes.
Caution: Each operation time does not exceed 1 minute. Not operate in the air more than
15 seconds. After each operation, allow the stick blender to cool off 3 minutes before
using again.

CONNECTION AND USE:
Your blender is a three-part assembly. The upper part contains the motor housing and the
speed buttons. The lower part contains the Blade housing and the chop housing.
TO LOCK
Hold the motor housing (1) in the right hand and the Blade housing (5) or the chop housing (6+7) in the left. Attach the motor housing up to the Blade housing or the chop housing.
Rotate the motor housing smarty to left. The assembly locks firmly.
TO UNLOCK
Hold the motor housing (1) in the right hand and the Blade housing (5) or the chop housing
(6+7) in the left. Rotate the motor housing to the right to separate the units.
HOW TO OPERATE YOUR HAND BLENDER
USING THE BLADE HOUSING
As a finishing touch or when a particularly fine mix is needed. You can adjust the speed of
the unit with the stepless-speed control when using slow speed or high speed. Hold the
unit in the vessel to avoid splashing the contents and then press the appropriate button to
switch the blender on.
USING THE CHOP HOUSING
If you decide to use the chop housing, it is necessary to know that the chopper is ideal for
chopping a wide range of vegetables, sausages, etc.
The chop housing is a two-part assembly:
Chopping bowl (6)
Chopping blade (7)
Lock the chopper in the same way as the blender. The chopper has two speeds and a
stepless-speed control. Press and hold the appropriate button to switch the blender on.
Release the button to switch the unit off. Use the slow speed where possible especially
if you want to chop the food into bigger pieces. The high speed can be used for chopping
up to the food. You can adjust the speed of the unit with the stepless-speed control when
using slow speed or high speed.
The stick blender blends and mixes fast and easily. Use it to make sauces, soups, mayonnaise, purees, dietary and baby food, mixed drinks or cocktails. you can operate the stick
blender just as well in any bowl, and pan or other container too.
The stick blender has two speeds and a stepless-speed control. Press and hold the
appropriate button to switch the blender on. Release the button to switch the unit off. Use
the slow speed where possible especially when you begin blending or if you are smoothing out lumps or making a puree. The high speed can be usedStepless-speed control.

CAUTION:
Unplug the appliance from the mains before attaching the chop housing. Put the products
in the chopping, cover the chopping bowl and attach the motor housing up to it. Use the
slow speed, especially if you are chopping lumps. The high speed can be used as a finishing touch.
CLEANING AND CARE:
Unplug the blender from the mains before cleaning. Separate the motor housing. The
motor housing should be cleaned by wiping it with a damp cloth. Do not hold the motor
housing under running water, or immerse it in water. The blade housing may be cleaned
either by holding it under running water, or with a brush dipped in a solution of washing up
liquid and warm water to remove particles of food and grease from the blade.
The chop housing may be cleaned by warm water and a washing up liquid. Do not use
pointed or sharp objects to remove food particles from under the blade. Dry the unit care
-
fully after cleaning.

The blender is for household purposes only. It is not intended for professional use. If the
appliance malfunctions in may during the warranty period, please contact the authorized
service centers.
