• In caso di cattivo funzionamento e/o guasto,
spegnere l’interruttore dell’apparecchio. Rivolgersi
subito ad un Centro di Assistenza Tecnica autorizzato
e richiedere, per l’eventuale riparazione, l’uso di
ricambi originali Vortice.

• Quando si decida di eliminare l’apparecchio ,
spegnere l’interruttore dell’impianto e, poi, scollegare
l’apparecchio dalla rete elettrica. Riporre infine il
prodotto in luogo inaccessibile a bambini od incapaci.

• L’impianto elettrico a cui e` collegato il prodotto deve
essere conforme alle norme vigenti.

Avvertenze particolari

• L’apparecchio è costruito a regola d’arte.

• Non lasciare l’apparecchio esposto ad agenti
atmosferici (pioggia, sole, ecc.).

• Le possibili applicazioni dell’apparecchio sono
elencate nella tabella a pag. 2 e 3.

• Non sedersi od appoggiare oggetti sull ’apparecchio.

• Non immergere l’apparecchio o sue par ti in acqua od
in altri liquidi.

• Non utilizzare l’apparecchio in presenza di sostanz e o
vapori infiammabili come alcool, insetticidi, benzina,
ecc.

• L’apparecchio deve essere correttamente collegato ad
un efficace impianto di messa a terr a, come previsto
dalle vigenti norme di sicurezza elettrica. In caso di
dubbio, richiedere un controllo accurato da parte di
personale professionalmente qualificato.

• All’installazione occorre prevedere un interruttore
onnipolare magnetotermico con distanza di apertura
dei contatti uguale o super iore a mm. 3.

• L’installazione dell’apparecchio deve essere effettuata
da personale professionalmente qualificato.

Attenzione

• Il prodotto garantisce un grado di protezione IP56
solo se l’installazione è effettuata seguendo tutte le
istruzioni di questo libretto.

• L’utilizzo di altro tipo di regolator i può comportare
irregolarità nel funzionamento dell’apparecchio, quali
difetti di regolazione della sua velocità e r umorosità.
L’apparecchio deve essere installato prevedendo nel
circuito un dispositivo di protezione contro il
sovraccarico tarato in funzione della corrente
nominale indicata in targa.

Avvertenze generali

l’utilizzo e la manutenzione corretti per il prodotto.
Seguire tutte queste indicazioni per assicur are la sua
durata, la sua affidabilità elettrica e meccanica.
Conservare perciò sempre questo libretto d ’istruzioni.

• Non usare questo prodotto per una funzione
differente da quella esposta in questo libretto.

• Dopo aver tolto il prodotto dal suo imballo , assicurarsi
della sua integrità: nel dubbio rivolgersi subito a
persona professionalmente qualificata. Non lasciare
le parti dell’imballo alla portata di bambini od
incapaci.

• Se il prodotto cade o r iceve forti colpi farlo verificare
subito presso un Centro di Assistenza Tecnica
autorizzato.

• L’uso di qualsiasi apparecchio elettrico compor ta

• Collegare il prodotto alla rete di alimentazione/presa

- i dati elettrici della rete corrispondono a quelli

riportati in targa;

- la portata dell’impianto/presa e` adeguata alla sua

potenza massima.

• In caso contrario rivolgersi subito a persona
professionalmente qualificata.

• Non lasciare l’apparecchio inutilmente acceso:
spegnere il suo interruttore quando non e` utilizzato.

• Prima di effettuare qualsiasi operazione di pulizia o di
manutenzione, spegnere l’interruttore
dell’apparecchio e staccare la sua e ventuale spina
dalla rete d’alimentazione.

before using your Vortice appliance.

Vortice will not accept liability for any

injuries or damage to goods caused by

incorrect or improper use.

Service Center immediately and, if repairs are
required, make sure that or iginal Vortice parts are
used.

• If the appliance is to be remo ved, turn the switch to
off and then disconnect the unit from the mains . Do
not leave the appliance in reach of children or
mentally disabled people.

• The electrical system to which the unit is to be
connected must mett the existing norms.

• The appliance is not intended f or use by young
children or infirm persons without supervision.

• Young children should be supervised to ensure that
they do not pla y with the appliance .

Special warnings

• The appliance has been constr ucted in accordance
with good engineering practice in safety matters.

• The appliance must not be exposed to atmospheric
conditions (rain, sun, etc.).

• The various correct applications are sho wn in the
table on page 2 /3.

• Do not sit on the unit or rest objects either against or
on top of it.

• Do not immerse the appliance or an y of its parts in
water.

• Do not operate the appliance in the presence of
inflammable vapours (alcohol, insecticides, petrol,
etc.).

• The appliance must be earthed. If in doubt, ha ve the
wiring checked by a qualified enginner.

• When installing the appliance, a magnetothermic
omnipolar switch must be used. The switch interpole
distance must be no less than 3 mm.

• The appliance must be installed by a professionally
qualified enginner.

Caution

• The product ensures IP56 protection only if it is
installed according to the instr uctions given in this
booklet.

• Using another type of speed regulator ma y cause
difficulty in regulating the speed of the unit and also
cause it to operate noisily.
Before installing the unit, mak e sure the circuit is
provided with an overload protector set according to
the nominal current indicated on the data plate .

General warnings

• The correct installation, use and maintenance of the
appliance are explained below. To ensure the duration
and reliability of the electr ical and mechanical par ts of
this quality product, please f ollow all the instr uctions
carefully. Keep this booklet in a safe place for future
reference.

• Do not use this appliance f or any other application
than stated in this booklet..

• After removing the appliance from its packing, make
sure that it is intact: if in doubt consult a qualified
professional. Do not leave packaging materials within
the reach of children or mentally disab led people.

• Should the appliance be dropped or suff er a heavy
blow, have it checked immediately by a qualified
engineer.

• The use of any electrical appliance calls for the
awareness of certain fundamental rules, among
which:

• - never touch the appliance with wet or damp hands;

• - never touch the appliance when barefoot;

• - never let the appliance be operated by children or

mentally disabled people.
Only connect the appliance to the po wer supply/outlet
if:

- the power supply line corresponds to the r ating table;

- the power cable has the capacity to supply the

maximum power absorbed by the appliance.
If it does not, consult a qualified engineer at once .

• Do not leave the appliance on unnecessarily: when
the appliance is not in use , turn the switch to off.

• Before carrying out any cleaning or maintenance on
the appliance, turn the switch to off and unplug from
the socket (if applicable).

• Should the appliance fail to operate or not oper ate
correctly, turn the switch to off. Contact a Vortice

Remarques générales

• Ce livret présente les regles pour une installation, une
utilisation et un entretien corrects du produit.
Respecter toutes ces indications pour gar antir sa
durée et sa fiabilit é électrique et m écanique. A cet
effet, conserver soigneusement ce livret d ’instructions.

• Ne pas utiliser ce produit pour une f onction autre que
celle qui est indiquée dans le livret.

• Contrôler l’intégrité du produit après l’avoir extrait de
son emballage; en cas de doute, s’adresser
immédiatement à une personne qualifi ée. Placer les
éléments de l’emballage hors de la por tée des
enfants ou des personnes non expertes.

• Si le produit tombe ou re çoit des chocs violents, le
faire contrôler immédiatement auprès d’un Centre de
Service Apres-Vente autorisé.

• L’utilisation de tout appareil électrique comporte
l’observation de quelques règles fondamentales:

- ne pas toucher l ’appareil avec les mains mouill ées

ou humides;

- ne pas toucher l ’appareil en étant pieds nus;

- mettre hors de por tée des enfants et des personnes

non expertes.

• Relier l’appareil au réseau d’alimentation/à la prise
électrique uniquement si:

- les informations électriques du réseau

correspondent à celles qui sont repor tées sur la
plaque d’identification;

- la tension du r éseau/de la prise est adaptée à sa

puissance maximum.

• En cas contraire, s’adresser immédiatement à une
personne qualifiée.

• Ne pas laisser l’appareil allumé inutilement: actionner
son interrupteur lorsqu’il n’est pas utilisé.

• Avant d’effectuer toute opération de nettoyage ou
d’entretien, placer l ’interrupteur de l’appareil en
position OFF et débrancher la prise de courant.

• En cas de mauvais fonctionnement et/ou de panne,
placer l’interrupteur de l’appareil en position OFF.
S’adresser immédiatement à un Centre de Service
Apres-Vente autorisé et demander, pour sa
réparation éventuelle, l’emploi de pièces de
rechange Vortice.

• Si l’on décide de ne plus utiliser l’appareil, l’éteindre
puis le débrancher du réseau électrique. Placer
ensuite l’appareil hors de por tée des enfants ou des
personnes non qualifiées.

• L’installation électrique auquel l’appareil est relié doit
être réalisée conformément aux Normes en vigueur.

Instructions particulieres

• Cet appareil a été construit selon les r ègles de l ’art.

• Ne pas exposer l’appareil aux agents
atmosphériques (pluie, soleil, etc.).

• Les applications possibles de cet appareil sont
illustrées au tableau page 2 /3.

• Ne pas s’asseoir ou poser des objets sur l ’appareil.

• Ne pas tremper l’appareil ou ses composants dans
l’eau ou tout autre liquide.

• Ne pas utiliser l’appareil en présence de substances
ou de vapeurs inflammables telles que alcool,
insecticides, essence, etc.

• Cet appareil doit être correctement relié à une prise
de terre comme le pr évoient les normes de sécurité
électrique en vigueur. En cas de doute, demander
un contrôle approfondi de la part d’un personnel
qualifié.

• Pour son installation, pr évoir un interrupteur
omnipolaire magnétothermique dont la distance
d’ouverture des contacts est supérieure ou égale à 3
mm.

• L’appareil doit être installé par un personnel qualifié.

Attention

• Le produi ne garantit de degré de protection IP56 que
si l’installation est effectuée conformément à toutes
les instructions de ce livret.

• L’utilisation d’un autre type de régulateur peur
provoquer des irrégularités de fonctionnement de
l’appareil, comme de d éfauts de réglage de sa
vitesse et de son niv eau de bruit.
L’appareil doit être installé en prévoyant dans le circuit
un dispositif de protection contre les surcharges , réglé
en fonction du courant nominal indiqué sur la plaque.

• Wenn Sie das Ger ät abmontieren und nicht mehr
benutzen wollen, stellen Sie den Hauptschalter der
Elektroanlage ab und lösen Sie das Ger ät dann vom
Stromnetz. Das Gerät schließlich an einem Or t
aufbewahren, der für Kinder und unbefähigte
Personen unzugänglich ist.

• Die Elektroanlage, an die das Produkt angeschlossen
ist, muß den geltenden Nor men entsprechen.

Besondere Anweisungen

• Das Gerät besitzt bezüglich der Betriebssicherheit
eine fachgerechte Bauart.

• Das Gerät keinen Witterungseinwirkungen (Regen,
Sonneneinstrahlung usw.) aussetzen.

• Die möglichen Verwendungsarten des Geräts sind in
der Tabelle auf Seite 2/3 aufgeführt.

• Sich nicht auf das Ger ät setzen und keine
Gegenstände darauf abstellen.

• Das Gerät oder Teile davon nicht in Wasser oder
andere Flüssigkeiten tauchen.

• Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe
entflammbarer Substanzen oder deren Dämpfe
Ausdünstungen wie Alkohol, Insektizide, Benzin usw.

• Das Gerät ist sachgerecht mit einer wir ksamen
Erdungs zu verbinden, wie von den einschl ägigen
elektrotechnischen Sicherheitsbestimmungen
gefordert. Lassen Sie im Zweifelsfall eine sorgfältige
Kontrolle der Elektroanlage durch qualifiziertes
Fachpersonal vornehmen.

• Bei der Installation ist ein allpoliger
magnetothermischer Schalter mit einer
Kontaktöffnungsweite von mindestens 3 mm
vorzusehen.

• Das Gerät darf nur von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal
installiert werden.

Achtung

• Das Produkt garantier ein Schutzniveau IP56, nur
wenn es unter Beachtung aller Anweisungen dieses
Handbuchs installiert worden ist.

• Die Verwendung von anderen Reglertypen kann
Unregelmäßigkeiten beim Betrieb des Geräts mit sich
bringen, wie beispielsweise Einstellungsfehler bei der
Geschwindigkeit oder beim L ärm.
Das Gerät muß so installier t werden, daß im
Stromkreis ein Überlastungsschutz vorgesehen wird,
der gemäß der Nennspannung auf dem Schild
geeicht ist.

Allgemeine Hinweise

• Die vorliegende Betriebsanleitung liefert
Erläuterungen zur sachgerechten Installation,
Benutzung und Wartung des Artikels. Befolgen Sie
diese Hinweise genauestens, um eine lange
Lebensdauer und einen elektrotechnisch wie
mechanisch zuverlässigen Betrieb des Artikels zu
gewährleisten. Bewahren Sie diese
Bedienungsanleitung daher sorgfältig auf.

• Dieses Gerät darf nur für den Verwendungszweck
eingesetzt werden, der in der vorliegenden
Bedienungsanleitung beschrieben ist.

• Nach dem Entfernen des Verpackungsmaterials ist
der Artikel auf Unversehrtheit zu überprüfen: wenden
Sie sich im Zweifelsfall unverzüglich an qualifizier tes
Fachpersonal. Das Verpackungsmaterial von Kindern
und nicht zurechnungsfähigen Personen fernhalten.

• Wenn der Artikel einen Fall oder star ke Stöße

- die Angaben auf dem Typenschild müssen den

Lieferwerten des Stromnetzes entsprechen;

- die Leistung der Elektroanlage bzw. der Steckdose

muß der Höchstleistung des Geräts angemessen
sein.

• Wenden Sie sich anderenfalls unverzüglich an
qualifiziertes Fachpersonal.

• Das Gerät nicht unnötig eingeschaltet lassen.
Schalten Sie es am Schalter aus , wenn es nicht
benutzt wird.

• Das Gerät vor Ausführung jeglicher Reinigungs- oder
Wartungsarbeiten mit dem Schalter ausschalten und
den Netzstecker (sofern vorhanden) ziehen.

• Das Gerät im Störungsfall oder bei mangelhafter

• La instalación eléctrica a la cual est á conectado el
producto debe ser conforme con las Normas
vigentes.

Advertencias especiales

• El aparato ha sido fabricado de acuerdo con las
actuales normas de ingeniería.

• No dejar el aparato expuesto a los agentes
atmosféricos (lluvia, sol, etc.).

• Las posibles aplicaciones del aparato están ilustradas
en la tabla de pag. 2/3.

• No sentarse ni apoyar objetos sobre el aparato.

• No sumergir el aparato o partes del mismo en agua u
otros líquidos.

• No emplear el aparato en presencia de sustancias o
vapores inflamables como alcohol, insecticidas,
gasolina, etc.

• El aparato tiene que estar conectado correctamente
a una instalación eficaz de toma de tierr a, como se
prevéen por las nor mas vigentes en materia de
seguridad eléctrica. En caso de dudas pedir un
control adecuado por parte de personal profesional
calificado.

• En el momento de la instalaci ón hay que prever un
interruptor omnipolar magnetotérmico, con distancia
de abertura de los contactos igual o super ior a 3 mm.

• El aparato debe ser instalado por personal
profesional calificado.

Atencion

• El producto garantiza un grado de protección IP56
sólo si la instalaci ón se efectúa siguiendo todas las
instrucciones de este manual.

• La utilización de otro tipo de reguladores puede
implicar irregularidades en el funcionamiento del
aparato, tales como defectos de regulación de su
velocidad y ruido.
El aparato debe ser instalado colocando en el circuito
un dispositivo de protección contra la sobrecarga,
calibrado en función de la corr iente nominal indicada
en la placa.

Advertencias generales

• Las normas detalladas en este folleto explican la
instalación, empleo y mantenimiento correctos del
producto. Seguir todas estas indicaciones para
asegurar su duración y fiabilidad eléctrica y
mecánica. Por esto aconsejamos guardar este folleto

• No emplear este producto par a funciones diferentes

• Tras haber sacado el producto de su embalaje

entre las que destacamos:

- no debe ser tocado con manos mojadas o h úmedas;

- no debe ser tocado con pies descalz os;

- no debe ser empleado por ni ños o incapacitados.

• Conectar el producto a la red de alimentaci ón
eléctrica sólo si:

- los datos eléctricos de la red corresponden con los

señalados en la placa de car acterísticas eléctricas;

- la capacidad de la instalaci ón es adecuada a su

potencia máxima.

En caso contrario dirigirse a profesionales.

• No dejar el aparato encendido inutilmente: cuando no

Speciale aanwijzingen

openingsafstand tussen de contactpunten v an
minstens 3 mm.

• Dit apparaat dient geïnstalleerd te worden door een
erkende installateur.

Let op

• De beschermingsgraad IP56 kan uitsluitend w orden
gegandeerd als het product is ge ïnstalleerd volgens
de aanwijzingen van deze handleiding.

• Het gebruik van een ander type snelheidsregelaar
kan tot gevolg hebben dat het apparaat niet optimaal
functioneert. Er kunnen namelijk def ecten optreden in
de regeling van snelheid en geluid.
Het apparaat moet worden aangesloten op een circuit
met zekering tegen overbelasting, waarvan de ijking
is afgestemd op de op het plaatje aangege ven
nominale stroom.

• Använd aldrig apparaten för annat br uk än det som
anges i detta häfte. All annan användning är
förbjuden och skall betraktas som farlig.

• Sedan apparaten tagits ur sitt emballage , kontrollera
att den är i fullgott skic k. Vid tveksamhet bör
hänvändelse genast g öras till fackman. Lämna aldrig
delar av emballaget inom r äckhåll för barn eller
obehöriga.

• Om apparaten utsatts för slag eller st ötar, bör den
genast kontrolleras av auktoriserad fackman.

• Användningen av alla elektr iska apparater medför att
vissa grundläggande regler måste iakttagas:

bortkoppling från nätet.

• I händelse av fel på apparaten och/eller dålig

funktion, skall apparaten stängas av och l ämnas till
en av Vortice utsedd auktoriserad serviceverkstad.
Kräv att Vortice originaldelar används vid
reparationen.

• När apparaten tjänat ut rekommenderas att den
försätts i sådant skick att den inte kan anslutas till
elnåtet. Skrota den på ett sådant sätt att den inte
kommer i händerna på barn och kan vålla skada.

• Det elektriska systemet som produkten är ansluten
till ska vara i överensstämmelse med gällande
normer.

Särskilda Råd

• Apparaten har konstruerats fackmässigt och på ett
korrekt sätt.

• Låt inte apparaten utsättas för skadlig påverkan av
regn, snö, salt, kemiska ämnen eller liknande.

• Apparatens olika användningar visas i tabellen p å
sidan 2/3.

• Sätt Dig inte på eller placera inga föremål på
apparaten.

• Apparaten skall anslutas på ett korrekt sätt till ett
effektivt jordningssystem såsom förutses av gällande
elektriska säkerhetsnormer. I tveksamma fall begär
en noggran kontroll av behörig fackman.

• Vid installationen behövs en allpolig magnetoter misk
brytare med ett kontaktavsånd på minst 3 mm.

• Installationen av apparaten skall utföras av behörig
fackman.

• Endast om installationen har utf örts genom att följa

skyddsgrad IP56.

• Användning av andra typer av hastighetsregulatorer
