HOW TO USE
GETTING STARTED
Upon plugging in your air purier and powering on, all lights on the
Control Panel will briey illuminate to verify functionality.
AIRFLOW ADJUSTMENT
To select one of the airow settings, press the “+” button to adjust
to a higher speed or press the “-“ button to adjust to a lower speed.
You may also touch anywhere along the Airow Adjustment bar to
adjust the speed.
Note: Dust and allergens are most airborne when persons and pets
are active in the room. For best results, set the unit on a higher speed
setting during these times for high demand cleaning and circulation.
Set the unit to a lower setting for quieter operation when activity is
reduced.
QUICK CLEAN SPEED
A high-speed ltration setting can be used to rapidly lter the air
when airborne particle levels are high. Press Quick Clean on the
control panel until the Quick Clean icon ( ) is displayed. You will
immediately notice an increase in airow that will allow the unit to
provide maximum air ltration. Please note once Quick Clean mode
is off, the unit will return to the speed or mode it was in before
activating Quick Clean.
AUTO MODE
The PCO375DC/575DC will continuously monitor the air quality of the
room to detect the presence of particles and gases/odors. In Auto
Mode, the fan speed will adjust as needed to maintain optimum air
quality depending on the detection of particles and gases/odor in the
air. The control panel will display the Auto Mode icon ( ) to indicate
when this feature is active. Please note the Auto Mode is overridden
when Sleep Mode is engaged to ensure the unit is providing a
consistent, low noise level during nighttime sleep.
When To Use: This feature allows the unit to reduce energy usage
when fewer airborne contaminants are present in the room. Because
active people and pets tend to stir up airborne particles and odors,
the unit will tend to increase speed during peak periods of activity in
the room until lower readings are obtained. This feature is ideal for
rooms where activity uctuates greatly based on the time of day.
English
11
SLEEP MODE
This feature senses no light or low light conditions, and automatically
adjusts the unit to low speed. Press the Sleep Mode button to
engage this feature. The Sleep Mode icon ( ) will display. Ideal for
use in bedrooms. Higher and more powerful speeds may be used
throughout the day with lower speeds and minimal noise being
preferable at night.
Note: When in low light or no light, with Sleep Mode selected, the
unit will only operate at low speed. This will override Auto Mode
and high-speed settings. In regular light, the unit will operate at the
previous setting.

demanding environment, you may need to change the Filters or Trays
more frequently. In less polluted environments the Filter and Tray life

until the icon ( ) illuminates. Repeat to turn Control Lock off. Note
that the Control Lock can be activated while the unit is powered off to
prevent unit from being activated.
