Preparations
● Remove the clips (1) by pressing on the centre of the clip
● Remove the door handle cover (2) using a thin blade. Start at the top or bottom
edge
● Remove the two screws (3) underneath the cover
● Remove the door mirror cover (4) by pulling it straight off
● Remove the door trim panel by pushing it upward and unhooking it at the top
edge.
Note!
Carry out the operations on both sides.

Preparations
● Disconnect the three connectors (1) on the door control module and on the
existing speaker
● Release the cable (2) from the door opener (3) by prising up the catches
●
Remove the panel
● Remove the wiring leadthrough panel (4)
●
Drill out the rivets (5) on the existing speaker using a 6 mm (1/4") drill bit
●
Remove the speaker and
clean the remains of the rivets from the holes. Remove
any rivet particles from the door.

Installation
● Insert the speaker hook (1) in the oval hole in the top edge of the speaker
● Lower the speaker into its opening so that the guide pin (2) in the bottom edge is
seated in the hole in the bottom of the opening.

Installation
● Fasten the speaker in position with the screws (1) and nuts (1) from the kit
● Refit the wiring leadthrough panel (2)
● Reconnect the speaker and door control connectors (3)
● Reconnect the cable (4) to the door opener (5)
● Refit the door trim panel, using a magnetic screwdriver, and refit the door mirror
cover as described in operation .
