Safety Precautions
1) Use an independent 12V or 24V DC outlet with a capacity of no less than 30A.
2) This DC Refrigerator can only connect to 12V or 24V DC powered systems.
3) Once the system starts up, leave the appliance on for at least 10 minutes before unplugging or shutting down the appliance. Turning the system on and off abruptly can potentially damage the compressor.
4) The supplier is not liable for any accidents or losses incurred from the unit.

Warnings and Important Information
Always keep this instruction booklet together with the appliance for future consultation.
In the event of resale of the appliance or change of ownership, ensure that the instruction booklet is provided with the appliance so that the new owner is fully aware of all instructions and warnings in this document.
These warnings have been drawn up to ensure the safety of the user and others. Please read all instructions carefully prior to appliance installation and use.
1. Disconnect the mains plug before carrying out any cleaning or maintenance operations (e.g. bulb replacement).
2. This appliance has been designed to be used exclusively by adults. Ensure that children do not play near or with the appliance.
3. All modifications to the electrical mains must be carried out by a qualified technician.
4. Do not use an extension cord. On completion of installation, check that the appliance is not standing on the power cable.
5. Domestic refrigerators and/or freezers are designed exclusively to store and/or freeze consumables.
6. During normal operation, the condenser and compressor, located at the rear of the appliance can reach high temperatures. Ensure that installation is carried out according to the instructions contained in this booklet. Insufficient ventilation will impair operation and damage the appliance. Never cover or obstruct the ventilation slats on the appliance.
7. If the appliance is transported in a horizontal position, the oil in the compressor may flow into the refrigerant circuit. Leave the appliance standing vertically for at least two hours before switching it on, to ensure that oil flows back into the compressor.
8. After the unit has been in use for half a year, wipe off the dust that has accumulated on the condenser, fan and compressor.
9. All refrigerators and freezers have surfaces that are subject to the formation of frost.
10. Depending on the model, this frost can be removed automatically. (Automatic Defrosting) or manually when necessary. Never attempt to remove frost with sharp objects as this may damage the evaporator and impair the efficiency of operation. Let the frost thaw naturally; never use hot water.
11. Never put sparkling drinks or bottles of water in the low temperature compartments (freezer/cooler) as they can explode.
12. We strongly advise against putting hot liquids or food in the refrigerator

or filling lidded containers to the maximum capacity.
13. Never carry out any modifications to your appliance.
14. Never attempt to repair the appliance alone. Repairs carried out by unqualified persons can cause serious damage; always contact your nearest service center and use original spare parts only.
15. The refrigerant and insulation in this appliance do not contain any gases harmful to the ozone or which contribute to the greenhouse effect. However, disposal must be carried out in compliance with the relative standards regarding protection of the environment.
16. Never use the base, drawers, doors etc. to stand on or as supports.
Warnings
Warning: Keep ventilation openings in the appliance enclosure or in the
built-in structure clear of obstruction.
Warning: Do not use mechanical devices or other means to accelerate defrosting process, other than those recommended by the manufacturer.
Warning: Do not damage the refrigerant circuit.
Warning: Do not use electrical appliance inside the food storage
compartments of the appliance, unless they are of the type recommended by the manufacturer.
CAUTION: Please keep the products away from fires or similar hazards before you dispose the refrigerator.
DANGER: Before you throw away your old refrigerator or freezer,
take off the doors and leave the shelves in place so that children may not easily climb inside.
Warning: If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, a qualified service agent, or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
Warning: This appliance can not be used for camping.
Warning: This appliance can not be used for public transportations.
Warning: The appliance is recommended for indoor use only.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with: reduced physical, sensory and mental capabilities, lack of experience or knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

Before Use
Before connecting the appliance to the power supply, let it stand for 2 hours, which will
reduce a possibility of malfunctions in the cooling system due to transport handling.
Clean the appliance and be thorough, especially in the interior (See “How to Operate”). In case the interior accessories are not correctly placed, rearrange them as described
in “Parts Diagram”.
Important
The appliance must be correctly connected to the power supply. (See: “How to
Operate”).
Do not use an extension cord. Do not touch the cooled surfaces while the appliance operates, especially not with
wet hands, because the skin may stick to the cold surfaces.
Do not freeze bottles containing liquid, especially soft drinks, such as mineral water,
sparkling wine, beer, soda etc., because liquid expands during freezing and the glass bottle is very likely to blow up.
Do not eat frozen food (bread, fruit, vegetables), because you can get frostbites. If the food has strange smell or color, throw it away, because it is very likely that it is
spoiled and therefore dangerous to eat.
Disconnect the appliance from the power supply before repairing or cleaning (only a
qualified technician should repair it).
Do not defrost the appliance with other electric devices (hair dryer etc.) and never
scrape the ice or frost layer with sharp tools.
The rating plate is inside the appliance or outside on the rear wall.

These instructions for use are intended for the user. They describe the appliance and its correct and safe use. They were prepared for various types/models of refrigerators therefore; you may find descriptions of some functions and accessories that your appliance may not have

Tips for Energy Savings
Try not to open the door too often, especially when the weather is wet and hot. Once
you open the door, please close it as soon as possible.
Every now and then check if the appliance is sufficiently ventilated (adequate air
circulation around the appliance).
Set thermostat from higher to lower settings as soon as possible (may depend on
load capacity, ambient temperature, etc.).
Before loading the appliance with packages of fresh foods, make sure they are
cooled to ambient temperature.
Ice and frost layer increase energy consumption, so defrost the appliance as soon as
the layer is 1/8” thick.

How to Operate
Starting Your New Fridge
1. Clean the fridge thoroughly. Wipe the outside with a soft dry cloth and the interior with a
clean moist cloth.
2. Connect the power supply cord to the electricity supply.
3. Turn the thermostat dial to “7”. Close the door and let the fridge operate for 15-20 minutes.
Temperature Control
To control the internal temperature, adjust the thermostat dial. “1” is the warmest setting. “7” is
the coldest. The dial may be set to any value on the scale. It does not have to be set exactly on a number. To make ice cubes in the freezer compartment, adjust the thermostat to the coldest setting.
Note: Wait 10 minutes before restarting if you unplug the fridge.
The unit may fail to operate properly if restarted too quickly.
Bulb replacing
1. Switch off the refrigerator and pull out the power cord from the electricity supply. Wait until
the bulb cools down.
2. Remove the lamp shield by removing the screw that fixes the shield.
3. Remove the old bulb and replace with a new bulb.
4. Reinstall the lamp shield and secure it with the previously removed screw.
How to Defrost
Defrost the fridge when the frost reaches approximately 1/8”. Set the thermostat dial to OFF or 0 to defrost. Remove all contents from the freezer compartment. Leave the freezer door open
to allow accumulated ice/frost to melt. Remove large pieces of ice as needed. Do not use hot water or other electric heating devices to melt the accumulated ice. After defrosting, remove accumulated ice/water and wipe the freezer compartment with a soft cloth. Restart the unit per starting instructions.
Never use a knife or other sharp instruments to scrape ice/frost from the inside of the unit.

How to Clean
Cleaners: Never use harsh, abrasive cleaners, heavy-duty cleaners, or solvents on any
surface.
Exterior: Wipe with damp, sudsy cloth, rinse and dry. For stubborn stains and for periodic
waxing, use silicon wax.
Interior: Wash shelves and other removable parts in warm soapy water, rinse and dry. Wash
interior with baking soda solution (3 tablespoons to I liter of water) or warm soapy water, rinse and dry.
Magnetic Door Seals: Wash with warm soapy water. The Finishing Touch: Replace all parts and return thermostat dial to desired setting.
How to Install
Install fridge in a convenient location away from extreme heat and cold. Allow sufficient clearance between the fridge and side walls so the door will open without obstruction. The refrigerator is not designed for recessed installation. Select a space with strong level floor. Allow 5 inches of space between the refrigerator’s side and walls. The appliance must be correctly connected to the power supply.
Power Cord Replacement
If the refrigerator’s power cord is damaged, have it replaced by a
qualified repair agent.
Changing the Reversible Door
CAUTION: To avoid personal injury to yourself and/or property, we recommend someone assist you during the door reversal process.
1. Remove top hinge cover
2. Remove top hinge by removing the two screws
3. Remove top hinge hole cover and middle hinge hole cover
4. Remove the freezer door by lifting off of the middle hinge
5. Remove the middle hinge by removing the two screws
6. Remove the refrigerator door by lifting off of the bottom hinge
7. Tilt the cabinet backwards to remove bottom hinge and two adjustable feet
8. Remove the door stoppers at the bottom of the refrigerator door and freezer door, then
install them on the opposite side
9. Reinstall the bottom hinge to the opposite side, and two adjustable feet as well
10. Reinstall the refrigerator door on the bottom hinge by putting the hinge hole of the opposite
side onto the hinge pin
11. Remove a button covering the hinge hole on the upper doorframe of refrigerator door

12. Insert hinge pin of middle hinge into the hole and then fix the hinge to the cabinet with
screws
13. Remove the button covering the hinge hole on the upper doorframe of freezer door. Insert
hinge pin of top hinge into the hole and then fix the hinge to the cabinet with screws
14. Place the top hinge cover on
Disposable of the Packing Material
The packing material is recyclable. The following procedure is recommended:
Dispose of paper, card and carton in the relative containers Dispose of plastics into their respective containers If you have no recycling bins in your area then you can put this material in the
appropriate disposal bins and/or take it to the appropriate collection centers.

DISPOSAL: Do not dispose this product as unsorted municipal waste.
Collection of such waste may require special treatment if necessary.
Do not dispose of electrical appliance as unsorted municipal waste. Use
separate collection facilities.

If electrical appliances are disposed of in landfills or
dumps, hazardous substances can leak into the groundwater and damage your local environment, resulting in hazards to your health and well-being.

General Information and Troubleshooting
When the fridge is not in use for extended storage:
Remove the power plug from the power point. Remove all contents from the fridge. Dry the interior and leave the door open.
When you wish to move the fridge:
Secure all movable parts and contents. (Package them separately if necessary) Transport the fridge only in an upright position. Any other position may damage the
compressor.
In case of abnormal operations, please refer to the table below for possible problems and solutions. If the problem persists, please contact the service department of our company, local institutions for additional assistance or service arrangements.

The following are NOT results of faulty equipment:
1) The intermitting noise heard in the cabinet during operation of the unit
sometimes after shut-off is caused by the circulating flow of coolant in the condensing pipes.
2) The surface temperature of compressor may rise to a range between 66C
/ 150F and 90C / 194F.
3) The condensed water beads on the external side of the unit or door during
the rainy seasons will not affect the operation of the unit. The water beads may be wiped off with a dry cloth.
Start Up & Compressor Signal Lighting:
There is a light bulb located near the module of the compressor. It will flash a number of times if an error occurs. Count the number of flashes and compare with the chart below.

1) The module will run too hot if the unit system has been too heavily loaded or if the
ambient temperature is higher than 45C / 113F
