The S toelting Optima delivers frozen drink profits by the pitcher. The Model SO328 is a high-volume producer of ready-to-serve frozen cocktails or frozen neutral base for those special drink recipes. From an extra-small space, the Optima’s compact design and high capacity output will give you extra-large profits.
