Adjustable Access Breath Guard provides serving opening range of

DESCRIPTION

• Vollrath’s NSF Standard 7 Cold Food Station is constructed of
18-gauge stainless steel clad with optional laminate finish. All
exposed stainless steel is polished with #4 finish or equal.

• Unit is mounted on 4" (10.16 cm) diameter swivel casters with
non-marking treads.

• Food well opening is recessed 3" (7.62 cm) below work surface and

• Seamless pan well is 18-gauge stainless steel.

• Tops are attached with threaded studs to underside of top.

• Refrigeration coils are attached to exterior sidewalls of well and
step-down recess.

74" units – 1/3 HP compressor
88" units – 1/2 HP compressor

• Furnished with an 8' (243.84 cm) power cord with a 3-wire

• Inner body is fully insulated with thick foamed-in-place
polyurethane insulation.

• Integral drain exits through side of base.

• Available in 120V, 1 Phase AC only.

Cafeteria Breath Guard

Single Shelf
Twelve inch (30.48 cm) wide shelf is
constructed of 18-gauge stainless steel and
front panel is heavy-duty ¼" (.63 cm) clear
acrylic. Serving shelf and acrylic panel attach
to 1" (2.54 cm) square tubular
stainless steel uprights.

Double Shelf
Top shelf is 18-gauge stainless steel and 12"
(30.48 cm) wide. Intermediate shelf is ¼"
(.63 cm) acrylic. Shelves mounted to 1"
(2.54 cm) square tubular stainless steel
uprights. Breath guards are ¼" (.63 cm) clear
acrylic and pivot to provide access to serving areas.

style mounting brackets. Removable without tools. Adds 4" (10.16 cm)
