Statement of Agency Compliance
Vocollect wireless headsets are designed to be compliant with the rules and regulations in the locations into which they are sold and are labeled as required. Vocollect headsets are type approved and do not require the user to obtain license or authorization before using them. Changes or modifications not expressly approved by Vocollect, Inc. could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.

Regulatory Approvals for Bluetooth Radio Devices
RF devices are designed to comply with the most current applicable standards on safe levels of RF energy developed by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the American National Standards Institute Communications Commission (FCC).
CAUTION: Exposure to Radio Frequency Radiation. The Talkman SRX headset contains an internal low-power radio. The radiated output power of the radio is far below the FCC radio frequency exposure limits. Nevertheless, the Talkman SRX headset shall be used in such a manner that the potential for human contact with the radio antenna during normal operation is minimized. The headset should not be used if the case is open or if the internal antenna is exposed. When not in use, the Talkman SRX headset should be powered off. In addition, the headset should be worn in accordance with the instructions for this device.
