The 42 RU (Rack Unit) equipment rack enclosure shall be the
Video Mount Products (VMP) EREN-42E1K. The EREN-42E1K shall
work with EIA compliant 19” rack equipment and accessories.
The overall dimensions for the EREN-42E1K are 78.2”H (81.1”H
with provided casters) x 23.6”W x 39.4” D with a maximum usable
depth of 33.0”. The EREN-42E1K shall come equipped with two
sets of adjustable rack rails which are #10-32 UNF threaded and
have numbered rack spaces. The EREN-42E1K shall come with a
lockable single hinged tempered glass front door and lockable
double hinged steel rear door. Both front and rear doors shall be
removable and reversible. Alternative door types shall be available for purchase. The EREN-42E1K shall come equipped with a
four fan tray preinstalled at the top of the enclosure. The top and
bottom of the EREN-42E1K shall be vented and include knockouts
for cable entry. The EREN-42E1K shall have removable side panels
which can accept locks (sold separately). The EREN-42E1K shall
have a load capacity of 1,300 lbs. The EREN-42E1K shall be fully
welded and ship assembled. The EREN-42E1K shall have a black
powder coat nish.
