The 18 RU (Rack Unit) equipment rack enclosure shall be the Video
Mount Products (VMP) EREN-18. The EREN-18 shall work with all
EIA compliant 19” rack equipment and accessories. The overall di-
mensions for the EREN-18 are 36.13” H (39.03” with provided casters) x 23.6” W x 23.6” D with a maximum useable depth of 19.875”.
The EREN-18 shall come equipped with two sets of adjustable rack
rails which are #10-32UNF threaded and have rack spaces num-
bered. The EREN-18 shall come preloaded with 3 x ER-S2UV (Vent-
ed Two Space Rack Shelf ) and 3 x ER-2B (Two Space Blank Panel).
A version of the EREN-18 without the preloaded shelves and
blanks shall also be available (EREN-18E). The EREN-18 shall come
with a lockable single hinged tempered glass front door and a
lockable double hinged steel rear door. Both front and rear doors
shall be removable and reversible. Alternative door types shall be
available for purchase. The EREN-18 shall come equipped with a
dual fan tray preinstalled at the top of the enclosure. The top and
bottom of the EREN-18 shall be vented and include knockouts for
cable entry. The EREN-18 shall have removable side panels which
can accept locks (sold separately). The EREN-18 shall have a load
capacity of 1,000 lbs. The EREN-18 shall be fully welded and ship
assembled. The EREN-18 shall have a powder coat black nish.
