New FLASH MEMORY and Old FLASH MEMORY are compatible

3．Repair Procedure

1) Location of new FLASH MEMORY

2) Flash Memory Replacement

① Remove Flash Memory using Hot gun(Heat Gun)

- Set Hot gun at 200℃ and remove compound(Under-fill) around Flash memory

- Set Hot gun at 400℃ and remove the Flash memory

- Remove compound(Under-fill) on the Flash memory location

- Clean on the Flash memory location

② Replace Flash Memory using Hot gun(Heat Gun)

- Put lead on Ball Type PAD on main board
