This light device has been tested and found to comply with the limits for Consumer
RF Lighting device, pursuant to Part 18 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed
to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential
installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy
and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful
interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that
interference will not occur in a particular installation.
This product may cause interference to radio equipment and should not be installed near
maritime safety communications equipment or other critical navigation or communication
equipment operating between 0.45–30 MHz.
1 Use only on 120 volt, 60 hertz.
2 Never disassemble or modify - any changes could void the user's authority to
operate this device.
3 Risk of electric shock - do not use where directly exposed to water.
4 This device is not intended for use with emergency exit fixtures or emergency exit
lights.
5 This product could produce interference when used near a TV, radio, wireless remote
control or maritime safety communications equipment or other critical navigation or
communication equipment operating between 0.45-30 MHz. If interference should occur,
move the lamp away from the appliance a distance of three feet or more. Or, plug the lamp
or the appliance into a different outlet.
6 To prevent burns, do not touch the bulb during operation or immediately after switching off.
7 Not for use with dimmers, electronic timer or photocell devices or occupancy sensor.
