Q: The gimbal won't stabilise or hold my phone horizontally at all

A: Ensure that the gimbal's battery grip has charge, and then repeat Step 2 of the
Quick Start Guide. Also ensure that your Smartphone is fully inserted into the
holder, or else the gimbal may have trouble achieving balance.

Q: My Phone Won't fit the Clamp.

A: Unfortunately the device mount is probably not compatible with your
Smartphone. Please contact seller.

Q: I can't see any picture on my Smartphone's screen.

A: First ensure that your Smartphone's camera is switched on, and check that it
is installed in the correct orientation. Please refer to Step 2 of the Quick Start
Guide.

Q: How long does tha battery last for?

A: The battery normally lasts for approximately 3 hours.

GoPro Cradle

Designed for use with Smartphones and GoPro cameras, the TX-1
hand held Gimbal Stabiliser from Vituso will give your pan, tilt and
even walking shots professional fluid results. Unlike some other
steady rigs, which can be complicated, and difficult to set up, the
Vituso TX-1 comes pre-assembled, and it pretty much ready for use
straight out of the box with minimal set up. Simply place your
smartphone into the cradle with your lens to the left, then level the
gimbal and turn on… The motors will level your camera out within a
few seconds, and you’re ready to shoot.

The TX-1 uses a unique 3-axis motorised Gyro system together with
sophisticated software to counteract against sudden hand
movements resulting in flawlessly stable, professional looking
footage from your Smartphone. The TX-1 can also be used with the
GoPro Hero 3 & 4 action cameras using the supplied GoPro mount
accessory. Simply switch out the Smartphone cradle for the GoPro
mount, and away you go. The GoPro mount encloses the camera,
whilst still allowing for easy access to all of the controls.

The TX-1 comes with a rechargeable battery pack, which lasts for
approximately 3 hours, enabling you to take as much footage as your
heard desires. The TX-1 is the Perfect solution for the video blogger
or action videographer that is always on the go.
