Additional Safety Instructions
for Tile Cutters
• Make sure that the cutting disc is
correctly screened by the guard.
• Do not use cutting discs which are bent,
deformed or otherwise damaged.
• Do not use cutting discs which do not
comply with the specications stated in
this manual.
• Never start cutting tiles before the
machine reaches full speed.
•Never attempt to cut extremely small
workpieces.
•Do not leave the work area until the
machine has been switched off and the
cutting disc has come to a complete
stand-still.
• Never attempt to stop the cutting disc by
exerting pressure on the side of the disc.
• Before use check the pump for damage.
Should the pump be damaged, it must
not be used.
• Never let the pump run dry.
• Never lift the pump by the mains cable or
hose, but only by the housing.
• Always unplug the machine before
performing any maintenance.
• Do not use the machine before it has
been completely assembled and
installed according to the instructions.
• Do not perform any design, assembly or
construction activities on the table while
the machine is switched on.
• Unplug the machine and clean the table
before leaving the work area.

Mounting the Frame (FIG. D)
• Hold the brace (3) in place at one side.
• Mount the rst Leg2 (2) into the hole of
brace (3)
• Mount the others according to the same in-
structions to the brace (3).
• Mount the rst long Leg1 (1) into the hole of
Leg2 (2)
• Mount the others according to the same instructions to the Leg2 (2).

Replacing the Cutting Disc (FIG. E)
Only use sharp and undamaged cutting
discs. Cracked or bent cutting discs must be
replaced immediately.
• Unscrew the housing (12).
• Use spanners to remove the screw (13).
• Remove the outer ange (14), the old
cutting disc (15)with the plastic protective
cover(16) and the inner ange (17).
• Clean the anges.
• Place the inner ange, the new cutting
disc and the outer ange. When tting the
cutting disc, make sure that the direction
of rotation corresponds to the arrow on
the housing.
• Fit the screw and use spanners to securely
tighten it.
• Fit the housing using the screws. Before
replacing the cutting disc always
unplug the tool. Make sure that the spindle
diameter and the bore match. Do not use
an adapter to mount a cutting disc with a
larger bore.
Cutting Tile (FIG.F)
When cutting tile,the tile will proceed as the
arrow by the push of hand.One side of the
tile is against the ruler(8).
Switching On and Off
• To switch the machine on, set the on/off
switch (6) to ‘I’.
• To switch the machine off, set the on/off
switch (6) to ‘0’.
Cleaning and Maintenance
The machine does not require any special
maintenance.
• Regularly check the machine for possible
damage.
• Store the machine in a dry place, out of
reach of children.
Instructions for Use
• Before switching the machine on, make
sure that the water pump is immersed.
• Switch on the machine before the cutting
disc touches the workpiece.
• Place the workpiece against ruler.
• Push the tile with hands to guide the work
piece through the cutting disc.
• Do not exert pressure on the cutting disc.
Allow the machine enough time to cut the
workpiece.
• Regularly check if the cutting disc is
sufciently cooled.
• Make sure that the pump is well below the
water. Add some cooling water if
necessary.

Fitting the Pump
• Lower the pump (5) carefully in the water.
• The mains cable and hose should not be
pulled tight and the pump should not be
pulled out of the water.
Never let the pump run dry. Always make
sure that the suction opening is fully
immersed.
