IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

1. Read these instructions carefully before using appliance.

2. Before using check that the voltage of wall outlet corresponds with
coffeemaker rating plate.

3. Close supervision is necessary when your appliance is being used near
children or disabled persons.

4. Do not use the appliance on or near hot surface or on a heated oven.

5. Remove plug from wall outlet before cleaning or when not in use and allow
appliance cool down completely before taking off or attaching
components, or before cleaning.

6. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the
appliance malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Return
appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair
or electrical or mechanical adjustment.

7. The accessories that are not recommended by manufacturer may cause
injury to persons or damage to appliance.

8. Do not pull power cord or wrap it around appliance, or flex power cord.

9. Place appliance on flat surface or table, do not hang appliance over the
edge of table or counter.

10. Ensure power cord does not touch hot surface.

11. Do not touch the hot surface of appliance (such as stainless steel, tray and
the cover, steam pipe and the sleeve, inner cover of tank, filter holder and
the metal filter just boiling).

12. Do not remove the filter holder when appliance in brewing coffee or when
steam and hot water escape from filter holder and ensure to release the
pressure in water tank before removing filter holder.

13. In case of water leakage from carafe or overflowing from lid, stop using
appliance immediately and rearrange the carafe to insure the center of lid
aligned with spout of filter holder.

14. Do not operate appliance without any water in water tank.

15. Connect plug to wall outlet before using and turn any switch off before plug
is removed from wall outlet.

16. As the brewing coffee is hot, handle carefully and avoid being burn.

17. Be careful of steam and avoid being burn when making cappuccino.

18. Do not immerse appliance or power cord into water or any other liquid.

19. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliances by a person responsible for their safety.

20. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.

OPERATION

A. Before the first use

1. Remove unit from package and position it in a safe place where children
can't reach.

2. Clean all detachable parts according to the latter “CARE AND
CLEANING”

3. Add fresh water in water tank to the max capacity and operate the
appliance per 1-9 steps of A and B sections, but do not add coffee
powder, repeat it for several times.
