SAFETY MEASURES
Before using the unit, read these instructions
carefully and keep them for future reference.
Use the unit according to its intended purpose only, as it is stated in this user manual.
Mishandling the unit can lead to its breakage
and cause harm to the user or damage to his/
her property.
• Before connecting the unit to the mains,
make sure that the voltage specified on
the unit corresponds to your home mains
voltage.
• Never leave the unit connected to the
mains unattended.
• Always unplug the unit before changing the
attachments.
• Before using the unit make sure that the
attachments are set properly.
• Do not connect the motor unit to the mains
without the attachments.
• The blender set allows quick and effec-
tive operation, but continuous operation
time should not exceed 1 minute while
using the blender attachment and the
whisk and 20-30 seconds while chopping
products in the chopper bowl. Make at
least a two-minute break between operation cycles.
• Before using the unit, cool down hot prod-
ucts, temperature of products should not
exceed +70°C.
• It is not allowed to switch the unit on without
attachments and products for processing.
• Do not use the unit outdoors.
• Do not place the chopper bowl and the
measuring cup into a microwave oven.
• Use only the attachments supplied.
• Before using the unit for the first time, thor-
oughly wash all the removable attachments
and containers that will contact food.
• Place the chopper bowl on a flat stable
surface.
• Products should be put into the chopper
bowl before the unit is switched on.
• Do not overfill the chopper bowl with prod-
ucts and watch the level of liquids.
• The cutting edges of the chopper’s chop-
ping knife and of the blender attachment
are very sharp and dangerous. Handle
these attachments very carefully!
• If rotation of the chopping knife is hindered,
unplug the unit and carefully remove products that prevent blade rotation.
• Remove products and pour out liquids from
the chopper bowl only after complete stop
of the chopping knife.
• Do not touch rotating parts of the unit.
Do not let hair or free hanging clothes get
into the rotation area of the blender attachment knife or whisk.
• Unplug the unit every time before cleaning
or when you are not using it.
• Unplug the unit by taking the power plug
directly.
• Do not pull the power cord and do not
twist it.
• Do not put the attachments and bowls in a
dishwashing machine.
• Do not use the unit near hot surfaces (such
as gas or electric stove, oven).
• Provide that the power cord does not
touch sharp edges of furniture and hot
surfaces.
• Do not touch the motor unit body, the
power cord and the plug with wet hands.

• Do not use the unit if the power cord or
power plug is damaged.
• For children safety reasons do not leave
polyethylene bags, used as a packaging,
unattended.
Attention! Do not allow children to play with
polyethylene bags or packaging film. Danger
of suffocation!
• Do not allow children under 8 years of age
to touch the body of the motor unit, the
power cord or the power plug during operation of the unit.
• Do not allow children under 8 years of age
to use the unit as a toy.
• Close supervision is necessary when chil-
dren under 8 years of age or disabled persons are near the operating unit.
• This unit is not intended for usage by chil-
dren under 8 years of age.
• Children aged 8 and over as well as dis-
abled persons can use this unit only under
supervision of a person who is responsible for their safety if they are given all the
necessary and understandable instructions concerning the safe usage of the unit
and information about danger that can be
caused by its improper usage.
• To avoid risk of electric shock or fire, do
not immerse the unit, the power cord and
the power plug of the unit into water or
any other liquids. If the unit is dropped into
water:
– do not touch the water;
– unplug the unit immediately, only after
that you may take the unit out of water;
– apply to an authorized service center for
testing or repairing the unit.
• Do not attempt to repair the unit. Do not
disassemble the unit by yourself, if any
malfunction is detected or after it was
dropped, unplug the unit and apply to any
authorized service center from the contact
address list given in the warranty certificate
and on the website www.vitek.ru.
• Transport the unit in the original package
only.
• For environment protection do not discard
the unit with usual household waste after
its service life expiration; apply to a specialized center for further recycling.
• Keep the unit out of reach of children and
disabled persons.
THE UNIT IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD
USAGE ONLY
BEFORE USING THE UNIT
After unit transportation or storage at low
temperature, it is necessary to keep it for
at least two hours at room temperature
before switching on.
• Wash the attachments that will contact
products with warm water and a neutral
detergent and dry them thoroughly before
use.
• Wipe the motor unit (2), whisk gear (9) and
geared lid (8) with a soft slightly damp cloth
and then wipe it dry.
Attention!
• Do not immerse the motor unit (2), the
whisk gear (9), the geared lid (8), the
power cord and the power plug into
water or any other liquids.
• Do not put the attachments and bowls
in a dishwashing machine.
Continuous operation time
• Continuous operation time while work-
ing with the blender attachment and the
whisk attachment should not exceed
1 minute, continuous operation time
while chopping food in the chopper
bowl should not exceed 20-30 seconds
(15 seconds for hard products). Make at
least a two-minute break between operation cycles.
USING THE BLENDER ATTACHMENT
WARNING: Before assembling and installing
attachments, make sure that the power
plug is not inserted into the mains socket.
– Install the blender attachment (1) into
the motor unit (2), preliminary matching the corresponding marks, and rotate
the blender attachment clockwise until
locking.

– Insert the power plug into the mains
socket.
– Immerse the blender attachment (1) into
the bowl with products that you want to
chop/mix.
Attention! During food processing hold
the unit vertically.
– To switch the unit on, press and hold down
the button «I» (4). Set the required operation speed from 5 to 20 using the control
knob (5).
– Use this operation mode for mixing liquid
products.
– If you press and hold down the turbo mode
button «TURBO» (3), the unit will operate at
maximum rotation speed. Use this operation mode for combined processing of liquid and hard products.
Notes:
– Products should be put into the bowl
before the unit is switched on. The amount
of food for processing should not exceed
2/3 of the capacity of the bowl for processing.
– Before starting to chop/mix, we recom-
mend to peel fruit, remove inedible parts,
such as stones, and cut fruit into 2х2 cm
cubes.
– After you finish using the unit, take the
power plug out of the socket and remove
the blender attachment (1), turning it counterclockwise.
Attention!
– Do not remove the blender attachment
(1) during operation.
– To avoid damaging the blades, do not
process too hard products such as cereals, rice, spices, coffee beans, cheese,
frozen food and other hard products.
– If the foodstuffs are hard to chop with
the blender attachment, add some
water if possible.
USING THE WHISK
Use the whisk attachment (10) only to beat
cream, make biscuit dough or for mixing ready
desserts.
WARNING: Before assembling make sure
that the power plug is not inserted into the
mains socket.
• Insert the whisk (10) into the gear (9).
• Insert the whisk gear (9) into the motor unit
(2), preliminary matching the corresponding marks, and turn it counterclockwise
until locking.
• Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
• Sink the whisk (10) into the bowl with prod-
ucts.
• Set the required operation speed using the
control knob (5).
• To switch the unit on, press and hold down
the ON button «I» (4). Use this operation
mode for mixing liquid products.
• If you press and hold down the turbo mode
button «TURBO» (3), the unit will operate at
maximum rotation speed.
• After you finish using the unit, take the
power plug out of the socket, disconnect
the whisk (10) from the gear (9) and disconnect the gear (9) from the motor unit (2)
by turning it counterclockwise.
Attention!
– Do not use the whisk (10) to make tight
dough.
– Put products into the bowl before switch-
ing the unit on.
USING THE MINI-CHOPPER
The chopper is used to chop meat, cheese,
onion, herbs, walnuts, almond, vegetables
and fruit.
Attention!
Do not chop very hard products, such as nutmegs, coffee beans, cereals, ice and other
hard products.
Before you start chopping:
– cut meat, cheese, onions, vegetables and
fruit into cubes approximately 2x2 cm in
size;
– remove stems of herbs, shell nuts;
– remove bones, sinews and cartilage from

– Disconnect the motor unit (2) from the
geared lid (8) feeding chute.
– Remove the geared lid (8), turning it coun-
terclockwise.
– Carefully remove the chopping knife (7)
taking it by the plastic end.
– Take the chopped products out of the
chopper bowl (6).
Attention!
Strictly follow the described sequence of
operations.
Chopping
Caution:the knife is very sharp! Always
hold the knife by the upper plastic end.
• Place the chopper bowl (6) on a flat stable
surface.
• Carefully remove the plastic protective
cover from the chopping knife (7).
• Set the chopping knife (7) on the axis inside
the chopper bowl (6).
• Put the food into the chopper bowl (6).
Note:
– Do not switch the unit on when the chopper
bowl (6) is empty.
• Place the geared lid (8) on the chopper
bowl (6), having matched the ledges on the
lid with the grooves on the bowl, and rotate
it clockwise until locking.
• Install the motor unit (2) on the lid (8)
feeding chute. Install the motor unit evenly
and strictly in vertical position, allowing no
gaps.
– To connect the unit to the mains, insert the
power cord plug into the mains socket.
– Set the required speed with the control
knob (5).
– To switch the unit on, press and hold down
the ON button «I» (4).
– When the turbo mode button «TURBO» (3)
is pressed, the knife rotates at maximal
rotation speed.
– During operation hold the motor unit (2)
with one hand and the chopper bowl (6)
with the other hand.
CLEANING
Attention! The blades of the chopping
knife (7) are very sharp and may be
dangerous.
Handle the chopping knife (7) very carefully!
1. Unplug the unit before cleaning.
2. Remove the attachments. Use a slightly
damp cloth to clean the motor unit (2) and
the reduction gears (8, 9), then wipe them
dr y.
3. After processing of salty and sour products
it is necessary to rinse the chopping knife
(7) with water immediately.
4. While possessing products with strong dye-
ing properties (for instance carrot or beetroot) the bowls or attachments can get
colored, wipe the attachments or bowls
with a cloth dampened in vegetable oil.
5. Wash the attachments that will contact
products with warm water and a neutral
detergent and dry them thoroughly after
use.
Note: Do not immerse the motor unit (2)
and the gears (7, 8) into any liquids; do not
wash them under water jet or in a dishwashing machine.

устройством может привести к его поломке,

• Прежде чем подключить устройство к
электросети, проверьте, соответствует
ли напряжение, указанное на устройстве,
напряжению электросети в вашем доме.
• Не оставляйте устройство, включённое в
электрическую сеть, без присмотра.
• Отключайте устройство от электрической
сети перед сменой насадок.
• Прежде чем начать пользоваться устрой-

• Блендерный набор позволяет работать
быстро и эффективно, но при этом продолжительность непрерывной работы
с насадкой-блендером и венчиком не
должна превышать 1 минуты, при измельчении продуктов в чаше чоппера продолжительность работы не должна превышать
20-30 секунд. Между рабочими циклами
делайте перерыв не менее двух минут.
• Прежде чем приступить к работе, охлаж-
дайте горячие продукты; температура продуктов не должна превышать +70°С.
• Запрещается включать устройство без
использования насадок и продуктов для
переработки.
• Не используйте устройство вне помеще-
ний.
• Запрещается помещать чашу чоппера и
мерный стакан в микроволновую печь.
• Используйте только те насадки, которые
входят в комплект поставки.
• Перед первым использованием устрой-
ства тщательно промойте все съёмные
насадки и ёмкости, которые будут контактировать с продуктами.
• Устанавливайте чашу чоппера на ровной
устойчивой поверхности.
• Продукты помещайте в чашу чоппера до
включения устройства.
• Не переполняйте чашу чоппера продук-
тами и следите за уровнем налитых жидкостей.
• Режущие кромки ножа-измельчителя
чоппера и насадки-блендера очень
острые и могут представлять опасность.
Обращайтесь с данными насадками
крайне осторожно!
• При работе с чоппером в случае затрудне-
ния вращения ножа-измельчителя
• отключите устройство от электрической
сети и аккуратно удалите продукты, мешающие вращению ножа.
• Извлекать продукты и сливать жидкости из
чаши чоппера можно только после полной
остановки вращения ножа-измельчителя.
• Не прикасайтесь к вращающимся частям
устройства. Не допускайте попадания
волос или свободно висящих элементов
одежды в зону вращения ножа насадкиблендера или венчика.
• Всякий раз перед чисткой устройства, а
также в том случае, если вы его не используете, отключайте устройство от электросети.
• При отключении устройства беритесь
непосредственно за вилку сетевого шнура.
