SAFETY MEASURES
Read this instruction manual carefully before
using the unit and keep it for the whole unit operation period.
Use the unit for intended purposes only, as specified in this manual. Mishandling of the unit may
lead to its breakage and cause harm to the user
or damage to property.
• Before using the unit for the first time, make
sure that the voltage in your mains corresponds to the voltage of the unit.
• Do not use the unit outdoors.
• Place the unit on a flat steady surface.Always
unplug the unit before cleaning or if you are
not using it.
• The cutting edges of the knives are very sharp
and dangerous. Handle the knives very carefully when dismantling the unit or removing
processed food from the blender bowl and
during cleaning!
• In case the knives suddenly stop rotating,
unplug the unit before removing the ingredients which block the knives’ rotation.
• Do not overfill the blender bowl with products
and watch the level of liquids.
• Remove products and pour out liquids from
the blender bowl only after complete stop of
the knives.
• Put the products into the blender bowl before
the unit is switched on. Do not switch the unit
on without food in the bowl.
• Cool down hot products before using the
unit.
• Before using the unit, make sure that the
blender bowl, the knife block and the
blender bowl lid are set properly. Do not
switch the unit on if the blender bowl lid is
not installed.
• Do not touch the rotating parts of the unit.
Do not let hair or free hanging clothes get into
the rotation area of the knife.
• Unplug the unit every time before cleaning or
when you are not using it.
• When disconnecting the power plug from the
mains, do not pull the cord, but hold the plug
with your hand.
• Do not let the power cord hang from the edge
of the table and make sure that the cord does
not touch hot surfaces or sharp edges of furniture.
• Do not touch the power plug with wet hands.
• Do not leave the operating unit unattended.
• Do not use the unit near a kitchen sink, do not
expose the unit to moisture.
• Do not use the unit in places where aerosols
are sprayed or highly flammable liquids are
used.
• Do not place the glass bowl into the micro-
wave oven, do not wash it with water if the
water temperature is above +50°С.
• To avoid electric shock, do not immerse the
power cord, the power plug and the motor unit
in water or any other liquids.
• Do not allow children to touch the motor unit
and the power cord during the blender operation.
• Do not leave children unattended to prevent
using the unit as a toy.
• This unit is not intended for usage by children
under 8 years of age. During the unit’s operation and breaks between operation cycles,
place the unit out of reach of children under
8 years of age.
• Children whose age is 8 or over, as well as
disabled persons, may use this unit only when
supervised by a person who ensures their
safety and only upon receiving and understanding all necessary instructions concerning safe usage of the unit and concerning
dangers that may arise from an improper
usage.
• For children safety reasons do not leave poly-
ethylene bags used as a packaging unattended.
Attention! Do not allow children to play with
polyethylene bags or packaging film. Danger of
suffocation!
• To avoid damages, transport the unit in the
original package only.
• Periodically check the power cord and the
plug for damages.

• Do not use the unit if the motor unit body,
the power cord or the plug is damaged, if
the unit works improperly or after it was
dropped.
• Do not attempt to repair the unit. Do not disas-
semble the unit by yourself, if any malfunction
is detected or after it was dropped, unplug
the unit and apply to any authorized service
center from the contact address list given in
the warranty certificate and on the website
www.vitek.ru.
• Keep the unit out of reach of children.
THE UNIT IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD
USAGE ONLY
BEFORE USING THE UNIT
After unit transportation or storage at low
temperature keep it for at least three hours
at room temperature before switching on.
• Unpack the unit completely and remove any
stickers that can prevent unit operation.
• Check the unit for damages; do not use it in
case of damages.
• Before switching the unit on, make sure that
your home mains voltage corresponds to the
unit operating voltage.
• Before the first use wash all removable parts
with warm water and neutral detergent and
then dry thoroughly.
• Clean the motor unit with a soft, slightly damp
cloth and then wipe it dry.
• Do not immerse the motor unit into any
liquids or wash it with water.
• Place the blender on a flat stable surface.
ATTENTION! Continuous operation time of
the blender should not exceed 2 minutes;
then switch the unit off and let it cool down
for at least 2 minutes.
• Do not remove the blender bowl and the bowl
lid during the operation.
USING THE BLENDER
• Place the blender bowl (3) on the motor unit
(6) and turn it clockwise until bumping.
• Remove the blender bowl lid (2).
• Put the necessary ingredients into the
bowl (3).
Note:
– Before starting to chop/mix, we recommend
to peel fruit, remove inedible parts, such as
stones, and cut fruit into cubes approximately
2х2 cm in size.
– The blender is not intended for beating eggs,
making potato mash, kneading dough or
extracting fruit or vegetable juice.
– The amount of products to be processed
should not exceed 2/3 of the capacity of
the bowl in which they are processed or be
below the minimal mark of the blender bowl
“500 ml”.
• Close the blender bowl (3) with the lid (2).
• Make sure once again that the blender bowl
(3) is installed correctly and fixed.
• Insert the measuring cup (1) into the lid (2)
opening, matching the corresponding marks
on the measuring cup (1) and the lid (2), and
turn the measuring cup clockwise as far as it
will go.
• Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
Note: The blender will not be switched on if the
blender bowl (3) is installed incorrectly.
• Use the operation mode switch (7) to set the
required rotation speed of the knives:
– «I» (low speed) - for mixing liquid products;
– «II» (high speed) - for liquid and hard prod-
ucts.
• To switch the pulse mode on, set the switch
(7) to the position “P” and hold it for several
seconds.
• During the operation or between the opera-
tion cycles, you can add the required ingredients into the bowl (3). To this end, turn the
measuring cup (1) counterclockwise, matching the corresponding marks, and remove the
measuring cup (1). After adding ingredients
through the lid (2) opening, install the measuring cup (1) back to its place.
• After the unit’s operation is finished, set the
operation mode switch (7) to the “0” position
and unplug the unit.
• Remove the blender bowl (3) from the motor
unit (6) by turning it counterclockwise.
• Remove the measuring cup (1) from the lid
(2).
• Remove the lid (2) from the bowl (3) taking it
by the ledge and take the processed products
out of the bowl (3). If necessary, you can use a
spatula to remove the products.
• After the operation is finished, wash the
blender bowl (3).
Note:
– If food processing is hard, add some liquid
(water, liquor, juice) into the blender bowl (3).
– To chop ice cubes (no more than 10 cubes
sized 2.5 cm x 2.5 cm x 2.5 cm) put them

into the blender bowl (3), set the switch (7)
to the position “P” and hold the switch (7) for
1-3 seconds; repeat 8-12 times.
– If you want tot mix water with ice (no more than
10 cubes sized 2.5 cm x 2.5 cm x 2.5 cm), first
chop the ice as described above and then set
the switch (7) to the position “II” and let the
blender operate for 1-2 minutes.
ATTENTION! Continuous operation time of
the blender should not exceed 2 minutes;
after that switch the unit off and let it cool
down for at least 2 minutes.
CLEANING AND CARE
After the unit operation is finished, switch the
blender off by setting the operation mode switch
(7) to the “0” position and unplug it.
• Remove the blender bowl (3) from the motor
unit (6) by turning it counterclockwise.
• Remove the measuring cup (1) from the lid (2).
• Remove the lid (2) from the bowl (3) taking it
by the ledge and take the processed products
out of the bowl (3).
• Wash the bowl (3) preliminarily.
• Turn the bowl (3) upside down and unscrew
the knife block (5) using the corresponding grooves on the measuring cup (1) (see
pic. 1). Remove the sealing gasket from the
knife block. Rotate the knife block counter-
clockwise to unscrew.
ATTENTION: The cutting edges of the knives
are very sharp and dangerous. Handle them
very carefully.
• Wash the bowl (3), the knife block (5) and
the sealing gasket with warm water and soft
detergent and dry them.
• Clean the unit body with a soft damp cloth and
then wipe it dry.
• Do not use coarse sponges, abrasives and
solvents to clean the blender.
• Do not immerse the motor unit (6) into
any liquids; do not wash it in a dishwash-
ing machine.
• Do not put the removable parts of the
blender in a dishwashing machine.
• Install the sealing gasket into the knife block
(5).
• Install the knife block (5) into the blender
bowl (3). Use the measuring cup (1) to turn
the knife block (5) counterclockwise as far
as it will go.
• When installing the knife block (5), do not
apply excessive effort to avoid damage of
the sealing gasket.
STORAGE
• Perform the requirements of the CLEANING
AND CARE section before taking the unit away
for storage.

SICHERHEITSMAßNAHMEN
Vor der ersten Nutzung des Geräts lesen Sie
diese Bedienungsanleitung aufmerksam durch
und bewahren Sie diese für weitere Referenz auf.
Benutzen Sie das Gerät nur bestimmungsmäßig
und laut dieser Bedienungsanleitung. Nicht ordnungsgemäße Nutzung des Geräts kann zu seiner Störung führen und einen gesundheitlichen
oder materiellen Schaden beim Nutzer hervorrufen.
• Vor dem ersten Einschalten des Geräts verge-
wissern Sie sich, dass die Netzspannung und
die Spannung des Geräts übereinstimmen.
• Es ist nicht gestattet, das Gerät draußen zu
benutzen.
• Stellen Sie das Gerät auf einer ebenen stand-
festen Oberfläche auf.Schalten Sie das
Gerät vom Stromnetz unbedingt ab, wenn
Sie es längere Zeit nicht nutzen oder vor der
Reinigung.
• Die Schneidkanten der Messer sind sehr
scharf und gefährlich. Gehen Sie mit den
Messern während der Reinigung sehr vor-
sichtig um, sowie wenn Sie das Gerät aus-
einandernehmen oder die verarbeiteten
Nahrungsmittel aus dem Mixerbehälter her-
ausnehmen!
• Im Falle der unvorgesehenen Unterbrechung
der Messerdrehung trennen Sie das Gerät
vom Stromnetz ab, bevor Sie die Zutaten, die
die Messer blockiert haben, entfernen.
• Es ist nicht gestattet, den Mixerbehälter
mit Nahrungsmitteln zu überlasten, achten
Sie auf den Füllstand der eingegossenen
Flüssigkeiten.
• Nehmen Sie Nahrungsmittel heraus und gie-
ßen Sie Flüssigkeiten aus dem Mixerbehälter
erst dann ab, wenn die Messer völlig gestoppt
haben.
• Legen Sie die Nahrungsmittel in den
Mixerbehälter vor der Einschaltung des
Geräts ein. Wenn es keine Nahrungsmittel im
Behälter gibt, schalten Sie das Gerät nicht ein.
• Lassen Sie heiße Nahrungsmittel vor der
Nutzung abkühlen.
• Vergewissern Sie sich vor der ersten
Nutzung des Geräts, dass der Mixerbehälter,
der Messerblock und der Deckel des
Mixerbehälters richtig aufgestellt sind.
Schalten Sie das Gerät ohne aufgestellten
Deckel des Mixerbehälters nicht ein.
• Es ist nicht gestattet, drehende Geräteteile
zu berühren. Halten Sie Haar oder frei hängende Kleiderstücke vom Drehbereich des
Messers fern.
• Trennen Sie das Gerät vom Stromnetz
immer ab, wenn Sie es nicht benutzen oder
Reinigung vornehmen möchten.
• Wenn Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose
herausnehmen, ziehen Sie das Netzkabel
nicht, sondern halten Sie den Netzstecker
mit der Hand.
• Achten Sie darauf, dass das Netzkabel vom
Tisch nicht herabhängt und heiße Oberflächen
und scharfe Möbelkanten nicht berührt.
• Greifen Sie den Netzstecker mit nassen
Händen nicht.
• Lassen Sie das eingeschaltete Gerät nie
unbeaufsichtigt.
• Es ist nicht gestattet, das Gerät in direkter
Nähe vom Küchenwaschbecken zu benutzen
und Feuchtigkeit auszusetzen.
• Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht an den Orten, wo
Sprays oder leichtentzündbare Flüssigkeiten

• Es ist nicht gestattet, den Glasbehälter in den
Mikrowellenofen zu stellen und ihn mit über
