WHAT IS A SLOW JUICER?
This kind of juice extractors is provided with a
low screw rotation speed juicing technology – up
to 100 r/min, with power consumption of about
300 W. Such juice extractors are called «slow
juicers», but don’t be misled by this name, the
slow juicer extracts juice faster and with higher
juice extraction rate than regular juice extractors.
The spiral screw chops the product, then pushes
the chopped pulp through the filter, extracting
juice; thanks to this technology the extracted
juice retains more phytonutrients

contained in
pigmented fruits and vegetables.

and low product temperature while chopping

SAFETY MEASURES
Before using the slow juicer, read this instruction
manual carefully and keep it for future reference.
Use the unit for intended purposes only, as
specified in this manual. Mishandling the unit
can lead to its breakage and cause harm to the
user or damage to his/her property.
• Before using the unit for the first time, make
sure that the voltage in your mains corresponds to unit operating voltage.
• Check the mesh on the screw before every
use of the slow juicer. If you find any mechani-

cal damage, stop using the unit and contact
an authorized service center.
• Place the unit only on a dry flat and stable sur-
face, away from heat sources, moisture, open
flame and direct sunlight.
• Before using the unit for the first time, wash all
removable parts that will contact processed
foods thoroughly.
• Use only the removable parts supplied with
the unit.
• Do not use the unit outdoors.
• Do not place the power cord near hot surfaces,
heat sources and sharp edges of furniture
• Before using the unit, make sure that all parts
are set properly.
• Never push products into the feeding chutes
with your fingers or other objects during operation. Use the pusher.
• The unit is not intended for chopping or mix-
ing of products.
• Do not disassemble the slow juicer, if its
power plug is connected to the mains socket.
• Do not touch the power plug, the power cord
and the motor unit with wet hands.
• Remove the slow juicer lid only after the unit
is switched off and the screw has stopped
completely.
• If some moisture or juice drops appeared on
slow juicer housing, switch it off, unplug it and
wipe the housing with dry cloth.
• After operation switch the unit off and pull the
power plug out of the socket.
• Do not leave the operating unit unattended.
• Close supervision is necessary when chil-
dren or disabled persons are near the operating unit.
• Do not allow children to touch the unit and the
power cord during operation.
• This unit is not intended for usage by children
under 8 years of age.
• This unit is not intended for usage by people
(including children over 8) with physical, neural and mental disorders or with insufficient
experience or knowledge. Such persons may
use this unit only if they are under supervision
of a person who is responsible for their safety
and if they are given all the necessary and
understandable instructions concerning the
safe usage of the unit and information about
danger that can be caused by its improper
usage.
• Do not leave children unattended to prevent
using the unit as a toy.

• For children safety reasons do not leave poly-
ethylene bags, used as a packaging, unattended.
Attention! Do not allow children to play with
polyethylene bags or packaging film. Danger of
suffocation!
• Do not immerse the power cord, the power
plug or the motor unit into water or other liquids.
• Do not wash the motor unit under water jet.
Clean the motor unit with a slightly damp
cloth, and then wipe it dry.
• If water or juice gets into the motor unit,
switch the unit off and apply to an authorized
service center.
• Do not use the unit, if the power cord or the
plug or other any removable parts are damaged, if the unit works improperly or after it
was dropped. Do not repair the unit by yourself; in case of any malfunctions apply to the
authorized service center.
• Transport the unit in the original package only.
• Keep the unit out of reach of children and dis-
abled persons.
THE UNIT IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD
USAGE ONLY
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
After unit transportation or storage under
cold (winter) conditions, it is necessary to
keep it for at least two hours at room temperature before switching on.
• Remove all stickers and packaging elements
that can prevent unit operation.
• Check whether your home mains voltage
corresponds to the voltage specified on the
device housing.
• To disassemble the slow juicer, do the fol-
lowing:
• remove the pusher (1);
• turn the lid (3) counterclockwise and remove it;
• turn the processing bowl (6) counterclock-
wise and remove it together with the screw (4)
from the motor unit (11);
• with a slight effort remove the screw (4)
upwards from the processing bowl (6);
• take the separator (5) and remove it from the
bottom part of the screw (4). To install the
separator (5) back to its place, match the
ledges on the separator (5) with the grooves
in the bottom part of the screw (4) and insert
the separator (5) into the screw (4).
• Wash all removable parts with warm water
and a neutral detergent, then rinse thoroughly
and dry;
• wipe the motor unit (11) with a slightly damp
soft cloth and then wipe dry.
• Use the slow juicer only on a dry flat and sta-
ble surface, away from heat sources, moisture, open flame and direct sunlight.
Assembling the unit
Important! Make sure that silicone gasket
(13) is set properly in the bottom part of the
processing bowl (6). The silicone gasket
must seal the pulp channel tightly, otherwise
leakage of juice/water from the bowl may
cause damage to the unit (pic. 1). When
cleaning the unit, move the silicone gasket
aside.
If liquid – water or juice – gets into the motor
unit, switch the unit off and apply to the
authorized service center.
• Set the processing bowl (6) on the motor
unit (11), matching the symbol «
» on the
motor unit (11) with the mark «» on the bowl
(6), then turn the bowl clockwise with a slight
effort till the symbols «» and «
» match
each other (pic. 2).
• Install the screw (4) inside the bowl (6), apply-
ing little effort; turn it slightly to provide secure
fitting of the screw on the drive axis if necessary (pic. 3).
• Install the lid (3) on the processing bowl (6),
matching the symbol «
» on the bowl (6) with
the mark «» on the lid (3), then turn the lid
(3) clockwise until the symbols «» and «
match (pic. 4).
USING THE SLOW JUICER
Important! Before switching the unit on,
make sure that all parts are installed properly. Do not switch the unit on without the
products intended for processing.
Fruit, vegetables and berries intended for processing must be fresh.
• Before juice extracting remove inedible parts
from vegetables or fruit, such as stems, hard
peel or stones, for example, cherry or peach.
• Wash fruit/vegetables and chop them into
pieces easily fitting into the feeding chutes (2).
• Place unit on a flat stable surface.
• Place the containers (9, 10) under the juice (8)
and pulp (7) spouts (pic. 5).
• Insert the power plug into the mains socket.

• Switch the slow juicer on by setting the switch
(12) to the «I» position.
Operation mode switch (12) position
«I» – the juicer is on.
«O»– the juicer is off.
«II» – changing of the screw rotation direction.
The Reverse mode is used only when the screw
(4) rotation stops.
The screw (4) can stop rotating during the slow
juicer operation if the unit is overloaded with
products or when processing hard or fibrous
products. To switch the reverse mode on, turn
the unit off by setting the switch (12) to the position «O», then press and hold down the switch
(12) in the position «II». Use the reverse mode
for 30-40 seconds. If the screw (4) doesn’t start
rotating after this, disassemble the slow juicer
and clean it; after that assemble the unit and
continue the operation.
Notes:
– If the screw stops again, you should cut
fruits and vegetables into smaller pieces and
deliver products slower.
– The slow juicer will be switched on only if all
the removable parts are installed properly.
• Feed fruit or vegetables into the feeding
chutes (2) openings only when the screw (4)
is rotating.
• Put the precut vegetables or fruits into the
feeding chutes (2) gradually and push them
slightly with the pusher (1). Do not press
on the pusher hardly as it can decrease the
amount of extracted juice and even stop the
screw (4) rotation. The slower is the fruit and
vegetables processing, the higher is the juice
extraction rate.
• Do not put your fingers or any other parts of
your body or foreign objects into the feeding
chutes (2).
• While operation check the mesh filter on the
screw (4) for mesh obstruction periodically
and wash the screw (4) if necessary. Before
removing the filter, switch the unit off and
unplug it.
• Control the pulp and juice containers (9, 10)
filling. If the container is filled up, switch the
slow juicer off and unplug it. Set the juice
draining spout into the upper position, turning it counterclockwise (pic. 6), pour the juice
out from the container and remove the pulp.
Attention! The maximal continuous operation
time is 30 minutes with a 10-15 minute subsequent break.
After processing of 1 kg hard and fibrous
fruits and vegetables (citrus plants, pineapples etc.), disassemble and clean the unit.
Non-compliance with the requirement can
cause the screw blockage and will complicate the unit cleaning.
Self-clean function
If you need to clean the unit before extracting
juice from another type of vegetables or fruit, use
the self-clean function.
– Switch the unit on and pour a glass of water
into one of the feeding chutes (2). Most pulp
will be removed.
– Switch the unit off, clean and wash the pulp
container (10) and the juice cup (9).
– Clean the slow juicer completely after every
usage (see chapter “CLEANING AND CARE”).
TIPS
• Use only fresh fruits and vegetables, as they
contain more juice.
• For juice extracting you can use different veg-
etables, such as carrots, cucumbers, beets,
celery stems, spinach, tomatoes or fruits:
such as apples, grapes, pineapples.
• It is recommended to wash berries right
before juicing, as they lose freshness quickly.
• It is not necessary to remove thin peel from
fruits or vegetables, remove thick peel only,
for example, from pineapples, beet, bananas
and citrus fruit.
• When extracting apple juice remember that its
richness depends on the apple sort.
• Choose the apple sort, from which you can
make juice according to your taste.
• Remove big stones from the fruit, as they can
damage the unit.
• For better taste and diet purposes you can
extract juice from lettuce, spinach, fresh
herbs and soy (it is necessary to preliminary
steep soy beans in water for 10 hours before
extracting the juice).
• The juicer construction enables to keep maxi-
mal amount of nutrients in the extracted juice,
that’s why the juice is cloudy as it contains
the pulp.
• Drink juice right after you made it. The juice
loses its taste and nutrition value during long
air storage.
• We recommend to wash down freshly-made
vegetable juice with some water because its
concentration is very high.

• Apple juice gets dark quickly, but adding a few
drops of lemon juice slows down the process
of juice darkening.
• If you keep juice in the refrigerator, pour it
into a clean bowl with a lid to prevent it from
absorbing smell of other foods stored in the
refrigerator. It is not recommended to keep
juice in a metal container, as the juice can
acquire corresponding flavor.
Attention! The slow juicer is not intended
for processing of extra hard of extra fibrous
fruits or vegetables, such as coconuts or
quince.
CLEANING AND CARE
After the end of operation or before cleaning
always switch the unit off and unplug it.
Disassemble and clean slow juicer after
every usage:
• remove the pusher (1) from the feeding
chute (2);
• turn the lid (3) counterclockwise and remove
it from the bowl (6);
• set the juice draining spout (8) into the
upper position, turning it counterclockwise
(pic. 6);
• turn the bowl (6) counterclockwise and
remove it from the motor unit (11).
• remove the screw (4) from the bowl (6);
• remove the separator (5) from the screw (4)
by pulling it;
• it is more convenient to wash the mesh filter
openings on the screw (4) from the outside
using the small brush (14);
• to clean the pulp outlet channel, move the sili-
cone gasket (13) aside;
• do not wash the screw (4) and other remov-
able parts in the dishwasher.
• It is recommended to wash all removable
parts in warm water with neutral detergent
right after unit operation.
• Clean the motor unit (11) with a slightly damp
cloth, and then wipe it dry. Do not immerse the
motor unit (11) in water or any other liquids; do
not wash it under water jet.
• Do not use coarse sponges, abrasives and
solvents to clean the slow juicer.
• Some products, such as carrots or beets,
can dye slow juicer removable parts, you can
use dry cloth dampened in vegetable oil for
removing stains; after cleaning of parts wash
them with warm water and a neutral detergent, then dry.
STORAGE
• Before putting the unit away for storage, make
sure it is unplugged.
• Perform the requirements of “CLEANING AND
CARE” section.
• Keep the unit away from children in a dry cool
place.

In Press-Schnecken-Entsaftern wird eine
Technologie des Saftauspressens mit kleiner Schneckendrehgeschwindigkeit – bis 100
Umdrehungen/Minute benutzt, dabei beträgt
die Aufnahmeleistung 300 W. Solche Entsafter
bezeichnet man als “langsame Entsafter”, aber
damit müssen Sie sich nicht täuschen, der PressSchnecken-Entsafter presst den Saft schneller
und mit bester Saftausbeute, als gewöhnliche
Entsafter, aus. Spiralschnecke zerkleinert das
Nahrungsmittel und dann drückt das zerkleinerte Fruchtfleisch durch den Filter ein, indem

SICHERHEITSMAßNAHMEN
Vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme des Entsafters
lesen Sie diese Bedienungsanleitung aufmerksam durch und bewahren Sie diese für weitere
Referenz auf.
* Das Fachwort “phytonutrients” stammt aus dem griechischen Wort “phyto” (“Pflanze”) und “nutrient” (“die Ernährungkomponente, die für normales Funktionieren des Organismus notwendig ist”). Die Phytonutrients sind auch als
Phytochemikalien bekannt, d.h. bioaktive Naturkomponenten der Pflanzennahrungsmittel.
Benutzen Sie das Gerät nur bestimmungsmäßig
und laut dieser Bedienungsanleitung. Nicht ordnungsgemäße Nutzung des Geräts kann zu seiner Störung führen und einen gesundheitlichen
oder materiellen Schaden beim Nutzer hervorrufen.
• Vor dem ersten Einschalten vergewissern
Sie sich, dass die Netzspannung und die
Betriebsspannung des Geräts übereinstimmen.
• Prüfen Sie das Sieb an der Schnecke vor jeder
Nutzung des Entsafters. Falls Sie irgendwelche mechanische Beschädigungen entdeckt
haben, stoppen Sie den Gerätebetrieb ab
und wenden Sie sich an einen autorisierten
(bevollmächtigten) Kundendienst.
• Benutzen Sie den Entsafter nur auf eine tro-
ckene, ebene und standfeste Oberfläche fern
von Wärmequellen, Feuchtigkeit, offenem
Feuer und direkten Sonnenstrahlen.
• Vor der ersten Nutzung des Entsafters
waschen Sie alle abnehmbaren Teile, die mit
den zu bearbeitenden Nahrungsmitteln in
Berührung kommen werden, sorgfältig ab.
• Benutzen Sie nur die mitgelieferten abnehm-
baren Teile.
• Es ist nicht gestattet, das Gerät draußen zu
benutzen.
• Legen Sie das Netzkabel in der Nähe von hei-
ßen Oberflächen, Wärmequellen und scharfen Möbelkanten nicht.
• Vergewissern Sie sich vor der Gerätenutzung,
dass alle Teile richtig aufgestellt sind.
• Es ist nicht gestattet, Nahrungsmittel wäh-
rend des Gerätebetriebs mit den Fingern
oder anderen Gegenständen in die Füllrohre
durchzustoßen. Benutzen Sie dafür nur den
Stampfer.
• Der Entsafter ist zur Zerkleinerung oder
Mischung von Nahrungsmitteln nicht geeignet.
• Es ist nicht gestattet, den Entsafter ausein-
anderzunehmen, wenn der Netzstecker in die
Steckdose eingesteckt ist.
• Berühren Sie den Netzstecker, das Netzkabel
und die Motoreinheit mit nassen Händen
nicht.
• Öffnen Sie den Deckel des Entsafters nur
nach dem Ausschalten des Geräts und nach
dem vollständigen Stoppen der Schnecke.
• Beim Entstehen von Wasser- oder Safttropfen
am Gehäuse des Entsafters schalten Sie ihn

aus, trennen Sie ihn vom Stromnetz ab und
wischen Sie das Gehäuse mit einem trockenen Tuch ab.
• Schalten Sie das Gerät nach der Beendigung
des Betriebs aus und ziehen Sie den
Netzstecker aus der Steckdose heraus.
• Lassen Sie das eingeschaltete Gerät nie
unbeaufsichtigt.
• Besondere Vorsichtsmaßnahmen sind in den
Fällen angesagt, wenn sich Kinder oder behinderte Personen während des Gerätebetriebs
in der Nähe aufhalten.
• Lassen Sie Kinder das Gerät und das
Netzkabel während des Betriebs nicht berühren.
• Dieses Gerät ist nicht für den Gebrauch von
Kindern unter 8 Jahren geeignet.
• Dieses Gerät ist nicht für Personen (darun-
ter auch Kinder über 8 Jahren) mit Körper-,
Nerven- und Geistesstörungen oder ohne
ausreichende Erfahrung oder Kenntnisse
geeignet. Dieses Gerät darf von solchen
Personen nur dann genutzt werden, wenn
sie sich unter Aufsicht der Person befinden,
die für ihre Sicherheit verantwortlich ist, und
wenn ihnen entsprechende und verständliche Anweisungen über sichere Nutzung des

• Beaufsichtigen Sie Kinder, damit sie das
Gerät als Spielzeug nicht benutzen.
• Aus Kindersicherheitsgründen lassen Sie die
Plastiktüten, die als Verpackung verwendet
werden, nie ohne Aufsicht.
Achtung! Lassen Sie Kinder mit Plastiktüten
oder Verpackungsfolien nicht spielen.
Erstickungsgefahr!
• Es ist nicht gestattet, das Netzkabel, den
Netzstecker oder die Motoreinheit ins Wasser
oder jegliche andere Flüssigkeiten einzutauchen.
• Es ist nicht gestattet, die Motoreinheit
unter dem Wasserstrahl durchzuspülen. Zur
Reinigung der Motoreinheit benutzen Sie ein
leicht angefeuchtetes Tuch, danach trocknen
Sie diese ab.
• Falls Wasser oder Saft in die Motoreinheit
gelangen, schalten Sie das Gerät aus und
wenden Sie sich an einen autorisierten
(bevollmächtigten) Kundendienst.
• Es ist nicht gestattet, das Gerät zu benut-
zen, wenn das Netzkabel, der Netzstecker
oder jegliche andere abnehmbare Geräteteile
beschädigt sind, nachdem das Gerät abgestürzt ist oder wenn das Gerät nicht richtig funktioniert. Es ist nicht gestattet, das
Gerät selbständig zu reparieren, bei der
Feststellung von Beschädigungen wenden

• Transportieren Sie das Gerät nur in der
Fabrikverpackung.

DAS GERÄT IST NUR FÜR DEN GEBRAUCH IM
HAUSHALT GEEIGNET
VOR DER ERSTEN INBETRIEBNAHME
Falls das Gerät unter kalten (winterlichen) Bedingungen transportiert oder
aufbewahrt wurde, lassen Sie es bei der
Raumtemperatur nicht weniger als zwei
Stunden bleiben.
• Entfernen Sie die Verpackung und alle
Aufkleber, die den Gerätebetrieb stören.
• Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Netzspannung
und die Gerätebetriebsspannung übereinstimmen.
• Zum Auseinandernehmen des Entsafters
machen Sie Folgendes:
• nehmen Sie den Stampfer (1) heraus;
• drehen Sie den Deckel (3) entgegen dem
Uhrzeigersinn und nehmen Sie ihn ab;
• drehen Sie den Behälter (6) entgegen dem
Uhrzeigersinn und nehmen Sie ihn von
der Motoreinheit (11) zusammen mit der
Schnecke (4) ab;
• ziehen Sie die Schnecke (4) aus dem Behälter
(6) mit leichter Kraft nach oben heraus;
• fassen Sie den Separator (5) an und neh-
men Sie ihn aus dem Unterteil der Schnecke
(4) heraus. Um den Separator (5) zurück
aufzustellen, lassen Sie die Vorsprünge am
Separator (5) und die Aussparungen im
Unterteil der Schnecke (4) zusammenfallen und setzen Sie den Separator (5) in die
Schnecke (4) ein;
• waschen Sie alle abnehmbaren Teile
mit Warmwasser und einem neutralen
Waschmittel, spülen und trocknen Sie diese
sorgfältig ab;
• wischen Sie die Motoreinheit (11) mit einem
weichen, leicht angefeuchteten Tuch, dann
trocknen Sie diese ab.
