The blender set is intended for beating, mixing,
chopping and combined processing of liquid and
hard products.

SAFETY MEASURES

Before using the unit, read these instructions
carefully and keep them for future reference.
Use the unit according to its intended purpose
only, as it is stated in this user manual.
Mishandling the unit can lead to its breakage
and cause harm to the user or damage to his/her
property.

• Before connecting the unit to the mains, make

sure that the voltage specified on the unit cor­responds to your home mains voltage.

• The blender set allows quick and effective

operation, but continuous operation time
should not exceed 30 seconds, the weight of
the products to be chopped in the mini-chop­per should not exceed 500 g. Make at least a
3-5 minute break between operation cycles.

• Cool down hot products, when using the

blender attachment, temperature of products
should not exceed 70°С.

• Do not switch the unit on without attachments

and products to process.

• Do not use the unit outdoors.

• Do not place the measuring cup and the

chopper bowl in a microwave oven.

• Use only the attachments supplied.

• Always unplug the unit before changing the

attachments.

• Before using the unit for the first time, wash all

the removable attachments and bowls that will
contact food thoroughly.

• Before using the unit, make sure that the

attachments are installed properly.

• Place the chopper bowl on a flat stable sur-

face.

• Products should be put into the chopper bowl

before the unit is switched on.

• Do not overfill the chopper bowl with products

and watch the level of liquids.

• The cutting blades of chopping knife of the

chopper and blender attachment are very
sharp and dangerous. Handle these attach­ments very carefully!

• If during the chopper operation rotation of the

chopping knife is hindered, unplug the unit
and carefully remove products that prevent
blade rotation.

• Remove products and pour out liquids from

the chopper bowl only after complete stop of
the chopping knife.

• Do not touch the rotating parts of the unit. Do

not let hair or free hanging clothes edges get
into the blade rotating zone of the blender
attachment or the whisk.

• Never leave the unit connected to the mains

unattended.

• Always unplug the unit before cleaning and

when you do not use it.

• Unplug the unit by taking the power plug

directly. Do not pull the power cord and do
not twist it.

• Do not put the attachments and bowls in a

dishwashing machine.

• Do not use the unit near hot surfaces (such as

gas or electric stove, oven).

• Provide that the power cord does not touch

sharp edges of furniture and hot surfaces.

• Do not touch the motor unit body, the power

cord or the power plug with wet hands.

• Do not use the unit if the power cord or the

power plug is damaged.

• For children safety reasons do not leave polyeth-

ylene bags, used as a packaging, unatended.

Attention! Do not allow children to play with
polyethylene bags or packaging film.
Danger of suffocation!

• Do not allow children under 8 years of age to

touch the motor unit body, the power cord or
the plug during the unit operation.

• Do not allow children under 8 years of age

to use the unit as a toy.

• Close supervision is necessary when children

under 8 year of age or disabled persons are
near the operating unit.

• This unit is not intended for usage by children

under 8 years of age.

• Children aged 8 and over as well as disabled

persons can use this unit only under supervision
of a person who is responsible for their safety,
if they are given all the necessary and under­standable instructions concerning the safe
usage of the unit and information about danger
that can be caused by its improper usage.

• Do not repair the unit by yourself. Do not dis-

assemble the unit by yourself, if any mal­function is detected or after it was dropped,
unplug the unit and apply to any authorized
service center from the contact address list
given in the warranty certificate and on the
website www.vitek.ru.

• To avoid damages, transport the unit in origi-

nal package only.

• To avoid risk of electric shock or fire, do not

immerse the unit, the power cord and the
power plug of the unit into water or any other
liquids. If the unit was dropped into water:

– do not touch the water;
– unplug the unit immediately, only after that

you can take the unit out of water;

– apply to the authorized service center for

testing and repairing the unit.

• Keep the unit out of reach of children under

8 years of age.

THE UNIT IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD USAGE
ONLY

Before using the unit

After unit transportation or storage at low
temperature it is necessary to keep it for at
least two hours at room temperature before
switching on.

• Before using the unit, wash the blender

attachment (1), the whisk (11), the chopping
knife (8), the chopper bowl (7) and the mea­suring cup (6) with warm water and a neutral
detergent.

• Wipe the motor unit (2), whisk gear (10) and

geared lid (9) with a soft slightly damp cloth and
then wipe it dry.

Attention!

• Do not immerse the motor unit (2), the whisk

gear (10), the geared lid (9), the power cord
and the power plug into water or any other
liquids.

• Do not put the attachments and bowls in a

dishwashing machine.

Continuous operation time

• Continuous operation time with the attach-

ments should not exceed 30 seconds; the
weight of the products to be chopped in the
mini-chopper should not exceed 500 g.

• Make at least a 3-5 minute break between

operation cycles.

Using the blender attachment

WARNING: Before assembling and installing
the attachments make sure that the power
plug is not inserted into the mains socket.

• Attach the blender attachment (1) to the

motor unit (2), matching the mark  on the
motor unit (2) with the mark

on the blender
attachment (1) and turn it clockwise till bump­ing. The mark  should match the mark
the blender attachment (1) in fixed position.

• Insert the power plug into the mains socket.

• Immerse the blender attachment (1) into the

bowl with products that you want to chop/mix;
you can use the measuring cup (6) for it.

• To switch the blender on, press and hold the

button (4). Set the required operation speed
from 1 to 15 using the control knob (5). Use
this operation mode for mixing liquid products.

• If you press and hold the button (3), the unit

will operate at maximum rotation speed. Use
this operation mode for combined processing
of liquid and hard products.

Notes:

– Products should be put into the bowl before

the unit is switched on. The amount of pro­cessed food should not exceed 2/3 of the
capacity of the bowl in which the food is pro­cessed.

- Before you start chopping/mixing, we
recommend to peel fruit, remove inedible parts,
such as stones, and to cut fruit into approximately
2х2 cm cubes.

• After you finish using the unit, unplug it

and remove the blender attachment (1)
by turning it counterclockwise so that the
mark  on the motor unit (2) is opposite
the mark

.

Attention!

• Do not remove the blender attachment (1)

during operation.

• To avoid damaging the blades, do not pro-

cess too hard products such as cereals,
rice, spices, coffee beans, cheese and
frozen food.

• While using the blender attachment, if

the products are difficult to process, add
some water into the bowl, if possible.

Using the whisk

Use the whisk (11) only to make cream, biscuit
dough or mixing ready desserts.

WARNING: Before assembling make sure
that the power plug is not inserted into the
power socket.

• Insert the whisk (11) into the gear (10).

• Attach the gear (10) to the motor unit (2),

matching the mark  on the motor unit (2) with
the mark

on the gear (10) and turn it clock­wise till bumping. The mark  should match
the mark

on the gear (10) in fixed position.

• Insert the power plug into the mains socket.

• Put the whisk (11) into the bowl with products.

• Set the required operation speed from 1 to 15

using the control knob (5).

• To switch the blender on, press and hold the

button (4). Use this operation mode for mixing
liquid products.

• If you press and hold the button (3), the unit

will operate at maximum rotation speed.

• After you finish using the unit, take the power

plug out of the socket, take the whisk (11) out
of the gear (10) and disconnect the gear (10)
from the motor unit (2) turning it clockwise
so that the mark  on the motor unit (2) is
opposite the mark

.

Attention!

• Do not use the whisk (11) to make tight

dough.

• Products should be put into the bowl

before the unit is switched on.

Using the mini-chopper

The mini-chopper is used to chop meat, onion,
herbs, garlic, vegetables and fruits.

Attention!

• Do not chop very hard products, such as

nutmegs, coffee beans and cereals.

Before you start chopping:

• Remove bones, sinews and cartilage from meat.

• Cut meat, onion, garlic, carrots, etc. into

approximately equal slices.

• When chopping greens, remove stems of

herbs.

Chopping

WARNING:

- Before assembling the chopper make sure
that the power plug is not inserted into the
mains socket.
Caution:

- The chopping knife (8) is very sharp!
Always hold the chopping knife (8) only by
the plastic end.

• Set the chopping knife (8) on the axis of chop-

per bowl (7).

• Put the food into the chopper bowl (7).

• Place the geared lid (9) on the chopper bowl

(7) and rotate the geared lid (9) clockwise until
bumping.

• Attach the motor unit (2) to the geared lid (9),

matching the mark  on the motor unit (2)
with the mark on the geared lid (9) and turn
it clockwise till bumping. The mark  should
match the mark on the geared lid (9) in fixed
position.

• Set the required operation speed from 1 to 15

using the control knob (5).

• To switch the blender on, press and hold the

button (4).

• When the button (3) is pressed, the unit oper-

ates at maximal rotation speed.

• During operation hold the motor unit (2) with

one hand and the chopper bowl (7) with the
other hand.

• After you finish using the chopper, detach the

motor unit (2) from the geared lid (9) by turn­ing it counterclockwise so that the mark 
on the motor unit (2) is opposite the mark .

• Remove the geared lid (9) by rotating it clock-

wise.

• Carefully remove the chopping knife (8) taking

it by the plastic end.

• Take the chopped products out of the chop-

per bowl (7).

Attention! Follow the described sequence of
operations strictly.

Cleaning

Attention! The blades of the chopping knife
(8) are very sharp and dangerous. Handle
the chopping knife (8) very carefully!

• Unplug the unit before cleaning.

• Remove the attachments.

• Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the motor

unit (2) and the gears (9, 10), then wipe them
dr y.

• After processing of salty or sour products it is

necessary to rinse the chopper knife (8) and
the blender attachment (1) with water right
after the use.

• While processing products with strong dyeing

properties (for instance carrot or beet-root)
the bowls or attachments can get colored,
wipe the attachments or bowls with a cloth
dampened in vegetable oil.

• Wash the attachments (1, 11), the chopper

bowl (7) and the measuring cup (6) in warm
soapy water, rinse and dry them.

DO NOT IMMERSE THE MOTOR UNIT (2) AND
THE GEARS (9, 10) INTO ANY LIQUIDS; DO
NOT WASH THEM UNDER WATER JET OR IN
A dishwashing machine.

Storage

• Clean and dry the unit thoroughly before tak-

ing it away for storage.

• Do not wind the power cord around the motor

unit.

• Keep the blender set away from children in a

dry cool place,.

SICHERHEITSMAßNAHMEN

Vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme des Geräts lesen
Sie diese Bedienungsanleitung aufmerksam
durch und bewahren Sie diese für weitere
Referenz auf.
Benutzen Sie dieses Gerät nur bestimmungsmäßig
und laut dieser Bedienungsanleitung.
Nicht ordnungsgemäße Nutzung des
Geräts kann zu seiner Störung führen, einen
gesundheitlichen oder materiellen Schaden
beim Nutzer hervorrufen.

• Bevor Sie das Gerät ans Stromnetz anschlie-

ßen, prüfen Sie, ob die Spannung, die am
Gerät angegeben ist, und die Netzspannung
in Ihrem Haus übereinstimmen.

• Das Stabmixer-Set ermöglicht eine schnelle

und effektive Nahrungsmittelbearbeitung,
die ununterbrochene Betriebsdauer soll
aber 30 Sekunden nicht übersteigen, bei
der Zerkleinerung von Nahrungsmitteln im
Minizerkleinerer soll das Gewicht der zu zer­kleinernden Nahrungsmittel 500 g nicht
übersteigen. Die Intervalle zwischen den
Betriebszyklen sollen nicht weniger als
3-5 Minuten betragen.

• Lassen Sie heiße Nahrungsmittel abkühlen,

bei der Nutzung des Stabmixeraufsatzes soll
die Temperatur 70°C nicht übersteigen.

• Es ist nicht gestattet, das Gerät ohne Aufsätze

und Nahrungsmittel zur Bearbeitung einzu­schalten.

• Es ist nicht gestattet, das Gerät draußen zu

benutzen.

• Es ist nicht gestattet, den Messbecher

und den Zerkleinerungsbehälter in den
Mikrowellenofen zu stellen.

• Benutzen Sie nur die Aufsätze, die zum

Lieferumfang gehören.

• Trennen Sie das Gerät vor dem Wechseln der

Aufsätze vom Stromnetz ab.

• Vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme des Geräts

waschen Sie sorgfältig alle abnehmbaren
Teile und Behälter, die mit Nahrungsmitteln in
Berührung kommen werden.

• Vergewissern Sie sich vor der Inbetriebnahme

des Geräts, dass die Aufsätze richtig aufge­stellt sind.

• Stellen Sie den Zerkleinerungsbehälter auf

einer geraden standfesten Oberfläche auf.

• Legen Sie die Nahrungsmittel in den

Zerkleinerungsbehälter vor der Einschaltung
des Geräts ein.

• Es ist nicht gestattet, den Zerkleinerungsbehälter

mit Nahrungsmitteln zu überlasten, beach­ten Sie den Füllstand der zugegebenen
Flüssigkeiten.

• Die Schneideklingen des

Zerkleinerungsmessers und des
Stabmixeraufsatzes sind sehr scharf und
gefährlich. Gehen Sie mit diesen Aufsätzen
vorsichtig um!

• Trennen Sie das Gerät im Falle der behinder-

ten Drehung des Zerkleinerungsmessers vom
Stromnetz ab, und entfernen Sie vorsichtig
die Nahrungsmittel, die das Messerdrehen
blockieren.

• Nehmen Sie die Nahrungsmittel aus dem

Zerkleinerungsbehälter heraus und gießen
Sie die Flüssigkeiten erst dann ab, wenn der
Messerbetrieb komplett unterbrochen ist.

• Es ist nicht gestattet, drehende Geräteteile zu

berühren. Halten Sie Haar oder frei hängende
Kleiderstücke vom Drehbereich der Messer des
Stabmixeraufsatzes oder des Schlagbesens
fern.

• Lassen Sie das ans Stromnetz angeschlos-

sene Gerät nie unbeaufsichtigt.

• Trennen Sie das Gerät vom Stromnetz

immer ab, wenn Sie es nicht benutzen oder
Reinigung vornehmen möchten.

• Beim Abtrennen des Geräts vom Stromnetz

fassen Sie den Stecker des Netzkabels unmit-

zu ziehen und es abzudrehen.

• Es ist nicht gestattet, die Aufsätze und die

Behälter in der Geschirrspülmaschine zu
waschen.

ßen Oberflächen (wie z.B. Gas-, Elektroherd
oder Backofen) nicht.

• Achten Sie darauf, dass das Netzkabel heiße

Oberflächen und scharfe Möbelkanten nicht

• Fassen Sie das Gehäuse des Motorblockes,

das Netzkabel oder den Netzstecker mit den
nassen Händen nicht an.

• Es ist nicht gestattet, das Gerät zu benutzen,

wenn das Netzkabel oder der Netzstecker
beschädigt ist.

• Aus Kindersicherheitsgründen lassen Sie die

Plastiktüten, die als Verpackung verwendet
werden, nie ohne Aufsicht.

Achtung! Lassen Sie Kinder mit Plastiktüten
oder Verpackungsfolien nicht spielen.
Erstickungsgefahr!

• Lassen Sie Kinder unter 8 Jahren das Gehäuse

des Motorblockes, das Netzkabel und den
Netzstecker während des Gerätebetriebs
nicht berühren.

• Es ist nicht gestattet, Kindern unter 8 Jahren

das Gerät als Spielzeug zu geben.

• Besondere Vorsichtsmaßnahmen sind in

den Fällen angesagt, wenn sich Kinder unter
8 Jahren oder behinderte Personen während
der Nutzung des Geräts in der Nähe aufhalten.

• Dieses Gerät ist nicht für den Gebrauch von

Kindern unter 8 Jahren geeignet.

• Dieses Gerät darf von Kindern ab 8 Jahren

und behinderten Personen nur dann genutzt
werden, wenn sie sich unter Aufsicht der
für ihre Sicherheit verantwortlichen Person
befinden, und wenn ihnen entsprechende

• Tauchen Sie nie das Gehäuse des Geräts,

das Netzkabel oder den Netzstecker ins
Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten, um das
Stromschlag- oder Brandrisiko zu vermeiden.
Falls das Gerät ins Wasser gefallen ist:

– berühren Sie das Wasser nicht;
– ziehen Sie sofort den Netzstecker aus der

Steckdose heraus, erst danach dürfen Sie
das Gerät aus dem Wasser herausnehmen;

– wenden Sie sich an einen autorisierten

(bevollmächtigten) Kundendienst, um das
Gerät zu prüfen oder reparieren zu lassen.

DAS GERÄT IST NUR FÜR DEN GEBRAUCH IM
HAUSHALT GEEIGNET.

Vorbereitung zur Inbetriebnahme

Falls das Gerät unter niedrigen Temperaturen
transportiert oder aufbewahrt wurde, lassen Sie
es vor der Nutzung bei der Raumlufttemperatur
für nicht weniger als zwei Stunden bleiben.

• Vor der Nutzung des Geräts waschen Sie

den Stabmixeraufsatz (1), den Schlagbesen
(11), das Zerkleinerungsmesser (8),
den Zerkleinerungsbehälter (7) und den
Messbecher (6) mit Warmwasser und neutra­lem Waschmittel.

• Wischen Sie den Motorblock (2), das

Schlagbesengetriebe (10) und den
Getriebedeckel (9) mit einem weichen, leicht
angefeuchteten Tuch ab, danach trocknen Sie
diese ab.

Achtung!

• Es ist nicht gestattet, den Motorblock
(2), das Schlagbesengetriebe (10), den
Getriebedeckel (9), das Netzkabel und
den Netzstecker ins Wasser oder andere
Flüssigkeiten zu tauchen.

• Es ist nicht gestattet, die Aufsätze und die
Behälter in der Geschirrspülmaschine zu
waschen.

Betriebsdauer

• Die ununterbrochene Betriebsdauer mit den

Aufsätzen soll 30 Sekunden nicht übersteigen,
