MIXER VT-1414 W
The mixer is intended for mixing liquids, making sauces and desserts (whipped cream, puddings, cocktails, mayonnaise), for kneading dough and chopping soft products.

SAFETY MEASURES
Before using the mixer, read this instruction man­ual carefully and keep it for future reference. Use the unit for intended purposes only, as speci­fied in this manual. Mishandling the unit can lead to its breakage and cause harm to the user or damage to his/her property.
Before switching the mixer on, make sure that
voltage of the mains corresponds to unit oper­ating voltage.
Before using the mixer, examine the power
cord closely and make sure that it is not dam­aged. Do not use the unit if you find any dam­age.
Provide that the power cord does not contact
with hot surfaces and sharp furniture edges. Avoid damaging the isolation of the power cord.
Use only the attachments supplied.
Do not use the attachments for mixing hard
ingredients, such as hard butter or frozen dough.
Do not install and use the beater and the
dough hook at the same time.
Before installing the attachments, make sure
that the power plug is not inserted into the mains socket.
Before using the mixer, make sure that the
attachments are installed properly and fixed.
Do not remove the hooks, beaters or blender
attachment during the mixer operation.
Remove the blender attachment from the pro-
cessed products only after complete stop of the knife.
Before connecting the unit to the mains, make
sure that the operation mode switch is set to the position “0”.
Do not use the unit outdoors.
Maximal continuous operation time with dough hooks and beaters is no more than 4 minutes. Maximal continuous operation time with the blender attachment should not exceed 1 minute. Make at least a 15-20 minute break before switching the mixer on again.
After mixer operation, switch it off, pull the
power plug out of the mains socket and remove the attachments.
Do not immerse the unit body, the power plug
or the power cord into water or other liquids.
If the unit is dropped into water, unplug it
immediately and only then take it out of the water.
Do not touch the mixer body, the power cord
or the power plug with wet hands.
Do not block the ventilation openings on the
unit body during the unit operation; this may lead to the electric motor overheating.
Never leave the plugged-in mixer unattended.
Always unplug the unit before cleaning or when you are not using it.
Never pull the power cord when disconnect-
ing the unit from the mains; take the power plug and carefully pull it out of the socket.
Clean the mixer regularly.
Do not touch the rotating attachments while
using the mixer. Keep hair or clothes edges away from the attachments rotation area.
Do not allow children to touch the unit body,
the power cord or the power plug during oper­ation of the unit.
Do not leave children unattended to prevent
using the unit as a toy.
This unit is not intended for usage by children
under 8 years of age. During the unit’s oper­ation and breaks between operation cycles place the unit out of reach of children under 8 years of age.
Children aged 8 and over as well as disabled
persons can use this unit only under supervi­sion of a person who is responsible for their safety if they are given all the necessary and understandable instructions concerning the safe usage of the unit and information about danger that can be caused by its improper usage.

For children safety reasons do not leave poly-
ethylene bags, used as a packaging, unat­tended.
Attention! Do not allow children to play with polyethylene bags or packaging film. Danger of
suffocation!
From time to time check the power cord and
plug integrity for damage of insulation. Do not use the unit if the unit, the power plug or the power cord has damages.
Do not disassemble and repair the unit by
yourself. If there are any damages in the unit, apply to the authorized service center.
To avoid damages, transport the unit in origi-
nal package only.
Keep the unit out of reach of children and dis-
abled persons.
THE UNIT IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD USAGE ONLY
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
After unit transportation or storage under cold (winter) conditions, it is necessary to keep it for at least two hours at room tem­perature before switching on.
Unpack the unit, remove any stickers that can
prevent unit operation.
Check the unit for damages, do not use it in
case of damages.
Make sure that operating voltage of the unit
corresponds to the voltage of your mains.
Wash the dough hooks (7), the beaters (8) and
the blender attachment (9) with warm water and neutral detergent, rinse them and dry.
Clean the unit body (1) with a soft, slightly
damp cloth, and then wipe it dry.
HOOKS ANS BEATERS Dough hooks (7)
Use the hooks (7) for kneading yeasted dough, mixing minced meat etc. Mix dry ingredients for the dough at the speed «1-2»; when kneading dough, increase or decrease the attachments rotation speed using the switch (3).
Beaters (8)
Use the beaters (8) for beating cream and egg white, making biscuit dough, puddings, cock­tails, cream, mayonnaise, puree and sauces and for mixing liquid products. The recommended speed operation modes are 3, 4, 5, «TURBO».
Blender attachment (9)
Use the blender attachment (9) for mixing liq­uids and chopping soft products. Never use the blender attachment (9) to process too hard prod­ucts such as cereals, rice, spices, coffee beans, cheese, frozen food and ice.
USING THE MIXER

Check if the hooks and beaters are attached
properly.
Do not install and use the beater (8) and
the dough hook (9) at the same time.
Do not block the ventilation openings on the
mixer body during the unit operation; this may lead to the electric motor overheating.
Maximal continuous operation time with
dough hooks and beaters should not exceed 4 minutes.
Maximal continuous operation time
with the blender attachment should not exceed 1 minute.
Make at least a 15-20 minute break before
switching the mixer on again.
Before using the blender attachment (9) for
chopping fruit or vegetables, it is recom­mended to peel the products, remove ined­ible parts (such as stones), and cut fruit or vegetables into approximately 2х2 cm cubes.
The products for processing should be put
into the bowl before the unit is switched on. The amount of products should not exceed 2/3 of the capacity of the bowl in which they are processed.
Do not switch the mixer on before immersing
the blender attachment (9) into the products to be processed.
If processing food with the blender attach-
ment (9) is hindered, add some liquid.
Make sure that the operation mode switch (3)
is set to the position «0», and the plug is not inserted into the socket.
Put the ingredients to be processed into a
suitable bowl.
Installing the attachments
Install the hooks (7) or the beaters (8) into the
sockets (5).
The beaters (8) are similar and you can install
them into any sockets (5).
Each dough hook (7) should be inserted to its
own socket (5).

To install the blender attachment (9), move
the installation place (6) lid aside with the bottom part of the attachment (9), insert the blender attachment (9) into the installation place (6) and turn it counterclockwise until it is fully fixed (you will need to turn the attach­ment (9) several times).
Switching on
Insert the power plug into the mains socket. Sink the installed attachments into the bowl
with products.
Switch the mixer on using the switch (3) and
set required attachment rotation speed from «1» to «5» (see the table).
To switch the maximal rotation speed on,
press and hold the button (2) «TURBO».
To operate the blender attachment (9), set
the switch (3) to the extreme left position ( press and hold down the button (2) «TURBO».
Switching the unit off
Set the switch (3) to the «0» position and
unplug the unit.
Removing the attachments
Holding the hooks (7) or the beaters (8), press
the attachment release button (4) and remove the attachments.
To remove the blender attachment (9), turn it
clockwise.
CLEANING AND CARE
Switch the unit off and unplug it.Wash all removable parts with warm water and
a neutral detergent and then dry them.
Clean the unit body (1) with a soft, slightly
damp cloth and then wipe the body (1) dry.
Do not immerse the unit body (1), power cord
and plug into water or any other liquids.
Use neutral detergents to remove dirt; do not
use metal brushes, abrasive detergents and solvents.
STORAGE
Clean the unit.Keep the unit away from children in a dry cool
place.

SICHERHEITSMAßNAHMEN
Vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme des Mixers lesen Sie diese Bedienungsanleitung aufmerk­sam durch und bewahren Sie diese für weitere Referenz auf. Benutzen Sie das Gerät nur bestimmungsmäßig und laut dieser Bedienungsanleitung. Nicht ord­nungsgemäße Nutzung des Geräts kann zu seiner Störung führen und einen gesundheitlichen oder materiellen Schaden beim Nutzer hervorrufen.
Vergewissern Sie sich vor der ersten Nutzung
des Mixers, dass die Spannung des Geräts mit der Netzspannung übereinstimmt.
Vor der Gerätenutzung prüfen Sie das
Netzkabel aufmerksam und vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Kabel nicht beschädigt ist. Falls Sie irgendwelche Beschädigung ent­deckt haben, benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht.
Vermeiden Sie die Berührung des
Netzkabels mit heißen Oberflächen und scharfen Möbelkanten. Vermeiden Sie die Beschädigung der Netzkabelisolierung.
Benutzen Sie nur die Aufsätze, die zum
Lieferumfang gehören.
Es ist nicht gestattet, die Aufsätze fürs Mischen
von harten Zutaten, wie harter Milchbutter oder gefrorenem Teig, zu benutzen.
Es ist nicht gestattet, den Schlagbesen und
den Aufsatz fürs Anteigen aufzustellen und gleichzeitig zu benutzen.
Vergewissern Sie sich vor dem Aufstellen
der Aufsätze, dass der Netzstecker an die Steckdose nicht angeschlossen ist.
Vergewissern Sie sich vor der Nutzung des
Mixers, dass die Aufsätze richtig aufgestellt und befestigt sind.
Es ist nicht gestattet, die Aufsätze,
Schlagbesen und den Stabmixeraufsatz während des Betriebs des Mixers abzu­nehmen.
Nehmen Sie den Stabmixeraufsatz aus den
bearbeiteten Nahrungsmitteln erst wenn das Messer völlig gestoppt hat heraus.
Bevor Sie den Mixer ans Stromnetz anschlie-
ßen, vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Betriebsstufenschalter in der Position “0” ist.
Es ist nicht gestattet, das Gerät draußen zu
benutzen.
Der maximale Dauerbetrieb bei der Nutzung der Aufsätze fürs Anteigen und der Schlagbesen ist 4 Minuten. Die maximale Dauerbetrieb bei der Nutzung des Stabmixeraufsatzes ist 1 Minute. Schalten Sie das Gerät erst nach 15-20 Minuten wieder ein.
Schalten Sie den Mixer nach dem Betrieb aus,
ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose heraus und trennen Sie die Aufsätze ab.
Tauchen Sie das Gerätegehäuse, das
Netzkabel oder den Netzstecker ins Wasser oder jegliche andere Flüssigkeiten nicht ein.
Falls das Gerät ins Wasser gefallen ist, ziehen
Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose her­aus, erst danach holen Sie das Gerät aus dem Wasser heraus.
Berühren Sie das Mixergehäuse, das
Netzkabel und den Netzstecker mit nassen Händen nicht.
Sperren Sie die Lüftungsöffnungen am
Gerätegehäuse während des Gerätebetriebs nicht ab, das kann zur Überhitzung des Elektromotors führen.
Lassen Sie den ans Stromnetz angeschlosse-
nen Mixer nie unbeaufsichtigt. Schalten Sie das Gerät vor der Reinigung, dem Ersetzen der Aufsätze oder wenn Sie es nicht benut­zen, aus.
Wenn Sie das Gerät vom Stromnetz abtren-
nen, ziehen Sie das Netzkabel nicht, halten Sie den Netzstecker und ziehen Sie diesen aus der Steckdose vorsichtig heraus.
Reinigen Sie den Mixer regelmäßig.
Es ist nicht gestattet, drehende Aufsätze
während des Gerätebetriebs zu berühren. Halten Sie Haar oder Kleidungskanten vom Drehbereich der Aufsätze fern.
