Attention!

For additional protection it is reasonable to
install a residual current device (RCD) with
nominal operation current not exceeding
30 mA. To install RCD, contact a specialist.

SAFETY MEASURES

Before using the thermopot, read this instruc­tion manual carefully and keep it for future ref­erence.
Use the unit for intended purposes only, as
specified in this manual. Mishandling the unit
can lead to its breakage and cause harm to the
user or damage to his/her property.

To avoid risk of electric shock:

• Make sure that operating voltage of the unit

corresponds to the voltage of your mains.

• The power cord is equipped with a “euro-

plug”; plug it into the socket with a reliable
grounding contact.

• To avoid risk of electric shock do not use

adapters for connecting the unit to the
mains.

• Do not use the unit in bathrooms. Do not use

it near swimming pools or other containers
filled with water.

• Do not use the thermopot near heat sources

or open flame.

• Place the thermopot on a flat stable sur-

face; do not place the unit on the edge of
the table.

• Do not place the unit near walls or furniture,

the distance between the unit and any other
surface should be at least 30 cm.

• Do not use the unit outdoors.

• Do not connect or disconnect the power

cord with wet hands, this may cause electric
shock or injuries.

• Make sure that the power cord does not

hang from the edge of a table, or touch hot
surfaces.

• When unplugging the unit, pull the plug but

not the cord.

• Do not switch the unit on without water.

• Use the thermopot only for water boiling.

It is prohibited to heat or boil other liquids
in it.

• Ensure that the water level is not below the

minimal mark and not above the maximal
mark.

• Do not refill the thermopot during boiling or

right after it.

• Do not fill the thermopot with water directly

from the faucet; to fill the thermopot use a
suitable bowl.

• Do not drop or tilt the unit.

• Do not leave the operating unit unat-

tended.

• Do not open the lid and do not pour water

during boiling.

• Do not rotate the unit when the water sup-

ply is on.

• Close the lid properly, but without exces-

sive effort.

• Keep your hands away and do not bend over

the steam release openings, it may cause
burns. Do not block the steam release open­ings with any foreign objects.

• Do not lift the unit by the carrying handle

during boiling, as it may cause burns by out­going steam. Do not open the lid during and
right after water boiling.

• Do not touch hot surfaces of the thermopot.

• Be careful while carrying the unit filled with

boiling water.

• Do not carry the thermopot holding it by the

lid opening button.

• Before pouring out the remaining water let

the unit cool down, then remove the thermo­pot lid and pour out the water.

• To avoid risk of electric shock, do not

immerse the unit, the power cord and the
power plug of the unit into water or other liq­uids. Unplug the thermopot when you don’t
use it and before cleaning.

• Do not wash the thermopot in a dishwash-

ing machine.

• Before taking the thermopot away for stor-

age and before cleaning, unplug the unit,
pour out water and let the unit cool down
and dry.

• For children safety reasons, do not leave

polyethylene bags, used as a packaging,
unattended.

Attention! Do not allow children to play with
polyethylene bags or packaging film. Danger

of suffocation!

• Do not allow children under 8 years of age

to touch the unit body, the power cord or
the power plug during operation of the
unit.

• Do not leave children unattended to prevent

using the unit as a toy.

• Close supervision is necessary when chil-

dren under 8 years of age or disabled per­sons are near the operating unit.

• This unit is not intended for usage by chil-

dren under 8 years of age.

• Children aged 8 and over as well as disabled

persons can use this unit only under supervi­sion of a person who is responsible for their
safety if they are given all the necessary and
understandable instructions concerning the
safe usage of the unit and information about
danger that can be caused by its improper
usage.

• To avoid damages, transport the unit in orig-

inal package only.

• Never use the unit if the power cord or the

power plug is damaged, if the unit works
improperly or after it was dropped. Do not
try to repair the unit by yourself. Contact
an authorized service center for all repair
issues.

• Keep the unit out of reach of children and

disabled persons.

THE UNIT IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD
USAGE ONLY

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

After unit transportation or storage at low
temperature, it is necessary to keep it for
at least two hours at room temperature
before switching on.

• Unpack the thermopot, remove any stickers

that can prevent unit operation.

• Check the thermopot for damages, do not

use it in case of damages.

• Before switching on make sure that the

operating voltage of the unit corresponds to
the voltage of your mains.

• Open the lid (11) by pressing the button (6)

and pulling it (pic. 1).

• Fill the thermopot with water using the suit-

able bowl, do not exceed the maximal water
level mark «FULL» (14), the maximal level is
marked on the inner surface of the thermo­pot flask.

• Insert the power cord (17) connector into

the socket (16) on the thermopot body, and
the power plug into the mains socket. The
thermopot will switch on in the boiling mode,
the «BOILING» indicator (19) will light up on
the control panel (5).

• After water starts boiling, the thermopot will

be switched to the keep warm mode, the
«KEEP WARM» indicator (20) will light up.

• Place a suitable bowl under the spout for

pouring water (4), and press the water dis­pense button (22) «DISPENSE» and pour the
water out of the thermopot.

• You can also dispense water using the

hand pump (7) after previously setting the
hand pump lock button (10) in the posi­tion «

• Tilt the thermopot carefully and pour the

remaining water out of the flask.

Note: To remove foreign smells boil and pour
out water 2-3 times.

Attention! Be careful when pouring out
water to avoid burns by steam and hot
water.

USAGE OF THERMOPOT

• Open the lid (11) by pressing the button (6)

and pulling it (pic. 1).

• Fill the thermopot with water using the suit-

able bowl, do not exceed the maximal water
level mark (14) «FULL» on the inner surface
of the thermopot flask.

• Insert the power cord (17) connector into

the socket (16) on the thermopot body, and
the power plug into the mains socket. The
thermopot will switch on in the boiling mode,
the «BOILING» indicator (19) will light up on
the control panel (5).

• After water starts boiling, the thermopot

will be switched to the keep warm mode,
the «KEEP WARM» indicator (20) will light
up.

• You can switch the reboiling on after water

boiling, when the unit is operating in the keep
warm mode and the «KEEP WARM» indica­tor (20) lights on the control panel. Press the
«REBOIL» button (21), the «Reheat» button
(19) illumination will light up.

• When using the thermopot, ensure that

the water level is not below the mark (1)
«MIN» and not above the maximal level mark
«FULL» (14). If the water level gets below the
mark (1) «MIN», open the lid (11) and refill
the thermopot with water.

• Pour boiled water into the suitable bowl,

placing it under the spout (4).

• To dispense hot water press and hold the

«DISPENSE» button (22)

• You can dispense water by pressing the

water dispense on button (3) with, for
instance, a mug.

• You can also dispense water using the

hand pump (7) after previously setting the
hand pump lock button (10) in the posi­tion «

• After use disconnect the unit from the mains

» .

• To pour out the remaining water wait until

the unit cools down completely. While keep­ing the lid (11) closed, press the lock (9)
and holding the button (6) remove the lid
upwards.

• Tilt the thermopot carefully and pour the

remaining water out of the flask.

• To install the lid (11) back to its place, press

the lock (9), insert the metal spindle of the
lid (11) into the lock (9) groove and release
the lock (9).

CLEANING AND CARE

• Before cleaning, disconnect the unit from

the mains, let the thermopot cool down and
pour out water.

• Clean the thermopot outer surface with a

soft damp cloth and then wipe it dry. Do not
use metal brushes, abrasives and solvents
to clean the thermopot.

• Do not immerse the thermopot body, power

cord and plug into water or any other liquids.

• Do not wash the thermopot in a dishwash-

ing machine.

Stains on the inner surface of the
thermopot

The inner metal surface may change its color
under the influence of different water impurities.

• To remove the stains wet a cloth with citric

acid or vinegar and wipe the inner surface
of the thermopot flask.

• To remove the citric acid or vinegar taste boil

the water and pour it out. Repeat this pro­cedure several times till the smell and taste
vanish completely.

Descaling

• Scale, appearing inside the thermopot,

influences the water taste and disturbs the
heat exchange between water and heating
element, that can lead to overheating and
malfunction.

• To remove scale, fill the thermopot flask with

a mixture of one part ordinary vinegar and
two parts water till the maximal water level
mark «FULL» (14). Boil the liquid and leave
it in the unit overnight. In the morning pour
out the liquid, fill thermopot with clean water
till the maximal mark «FULL» (14), boil and
pour out the water; if necessary repeat this
procedure 2 times.

kettles to remove scale, strictly following the
instructions on their usage.

Stromversorgungskreis aufzustellen. Wenden Sie
sich dafür an einen Spezialisten.

SICHERHEITSMAßNAHMEN

Vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme der Termosflasche
lesen Sie diese Bedienungsanleitung aufmerk­sam durch und bewahren Sie diese für weitere
Referenz auf.
Benutzen Sie das Gerät nur bestimmungsmäßig
und laut dieser Bedienungsanleitung. Nicht ord­nungsgemäße Nutzung des Geräts kann zu sei­ner Störung führen und einen gesundheitlichen
oder materiellen Schaden beim Nutzer hervor­rufen.

Um das Stromschlagrisiko zu vermeiden

• Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die

Betriebsspannung des Geräts und die
Netzspannung übereinstimmen.

• Das Netzkabel ist mit einem „Eurostecker“

ausgestattet; stecken Sie diesen in die
Steckdose mit sicherer Erdung ein.

• Verwenden Sie keine Adapterstecker beim

Anschließen des Geräts ans Stromnetz, um
das Stromschlagrisiko zu vermeiden.

• Es ist nicht gestattet, das Gerät im

Badezimmer zu benutzen. Benutzen Sie es in
der Nähe von Schwimmbecken oder anderen
mit Wasser gefüllten Behältern nicht.

• Benutzen Sie die Thermosflasche in direk-

ter Nähe von Wärmequellen oder offenem
Feuer nicht.

• Stellen Sie die Thermosflasche auf eine

ebene und standfeste Oberfläche auf, stel­len Sie das Gerät an den Tischrand nicht auf.

• Es ist nicht gestattet, das Gerät in der Nähe

von Wänden oder Möbel aufzustellen, der
Abstand vom Gerät zu jeglichen Oberflächen
soll mindestens 30 cm betragen.

• Es ist nicht gestattet, das Gerät draußen zu

benutzen.

• Es ist nicht gestattet, das Netzkabel mit nas-

sen Händen anzuschließen und abzutren­nen, das kann zum Stromschlag oder zur
Verletzung führen.

• Achten Sie darauf, dass das Netzkabel vom

Tisch nicht herabhängt und heiße Oberflächen
nicht berührt.

• Wenn Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose

herausnehmen, ziehen Sie das Kabel nicht,
sondern halten Sie den Netzstecker.

• Schalten Sie das Gerät ohne Wasser nicht ein.

• Benutzen Sie die Thermosflasche nur fürs

Wasseraufkochen, es ist nicht gestattet,
andere Flüssigkeiten darin aufzuwärmen oder
aufzukochen.

• Achten Sie darauf, dass der Wasserstand nicht

unter der minimalen Wasserstandsmarke und
nicht über der maximalen Wasserstandsmarke
liegt.

• Es ist nicht gestattet, Wasser in die

Thermosflasche während oder sofort nach
dem Kochen nachzugießen.

• Es ist nicht gestattet, die Thermosflasche

direkt aus dem Wasserhahn einzufüllen,
benutzen Sie dafür ein passendes Geschirr.

• Lassen Sie das Gerät nicht fallen und kippen

Sie es nicht um.

• Lassen Sie das eingeschaltete Gerät nie

unbeaufsichtigt.

• Öffnen Sie den Deckel während des

Wasserkochens nicht und führen Sie Wasser
nicht zu.

• Wenden Sie das Gerät hin und her während

der Einschaltung der Wasserzufuhr nicht.

• Schließen Sie den Deckel sicher zu, wenden

Sie aber dafür keine übermäßige Kraft an.

• Halten Sie Ihre Hände von den

Dampfablasslöchern fern und beugen Sie sich
darüber nicht, das kann Verbrühungen her­vorrufen. Decken Sie die Dampfablasslöcher
mit keinen fremden Gegenständen.

• Heben Sie das Gerät am Tragegriff während

des Kochens nicht auf, um Verbrühungen
durch austretenden Dampf zu vermeiden.
Öffnen Sie den Deckel während des Kochens
und sofort nach dem Wasseraufkochen nicht.

• Es ist nicht gestattet, heiße Oberflächen der

Thermosflasche zu berühren.

• Seien Sie beim Tragen des mit kochendem

Wasser gefüllten Geräts vorsichtig.

• Es ist nicht gestattet, die Thermosflasche mit-

tels der Taste der Deckelöffnung zu tragen.

• Vor dem Abgießen des Restwassers lassen

Sie das Gerät abkühlen, dann nehmen Sie den
Deckel der Thermosflasche ab und gießen Sie
Wasser ab.

• Tauchen Sie das Gerät, das Netzkabel und

den Netzstecker ins Wasser oder jegli­che andere Flüssigkeiten nicht ein, um das
Stromschlagrisiko zu vermeiden. Trennen
Sie die Thermosflasche vor der Reinigung
und wenn Sie das Gerät nicht benutzen vom
Stromnetz ab.

• Es ist nicht gestattet, die Thermosflasche in

der Geschirrspülmaschine zu waschen.

• Bevor Sie die Thermosflasche zur langen

Aufbewahrung wegnehmen oder Reinigung
vornehmen, trennen Sie das Gerät vom
Stromnetz ab, gießen Sie Wasser ab und las­sen Sie das Gerät abkühlen und abtrocknen.

• Aus Kindersicherheitsgründen lassen Sie die

Plastiktüten, die als Verpackung verwendet
werden, nie ohne Aufsicht.

Achtung! Lassen Sie Kinder mit Plastiktüten
oder Verpackungsfolien nicht spielen.

Erstickungsgefahr!

• Lassen Sie Kinder unter 8 Jahren das

Gerätegehäuse, das Netzkabel und den
Netzstecker während des Gerätebetriebs
nicht berühren.

• Beaufsichtigen Sie Kinder, damit sie das

Gerät als Spielzeug nicht benutzen.

• Besondere Vorsichtsmaßnahmen sind in

den Fällen angesagt, wenn sich Kinder unter
8 Jahren oder behinderte Personen in der
Nähe vom funktionierenden Gerät aufhalten.

• Dieses Gerät ist nicht für den Gebrauch von

Kindern unter 8 Jahren geeignet.

• Dieses Gerät darf von Kindern ab 8 Jahren

und behinderten Personen nur dann genutzt
werden, wenn sie sich unter Aufsicht der
für ihre Sicherheit verantwortlichen Person
befinden, und wenn ihnen entsprechende

DAS GERÄT IST NUR FÜR DEN GEBRAUCH IM
HAUSHALT GEEIGNET

VOR DER ERSTEN INBETRIEBNAHME

Falls das Gerät unter niedrigen Temperaturen
transportiert oder aufbewahrt wurde, las­sen Sie es bei der Raumlufttemperatur nicht
weniger als zwei Stunden bleiben.

• Nehmen Sie die Thermosflasche aus der

Verpackung heraus und entfernen Sie alle
Aufkleber, die den Gerätebetrieb stören.

• Prüfen Sie die Ganzheit der Thermosflasche,

wenn das Gerät beschädigt ist, benutzen Sie
es nicht.

• Vor dem Einschalten des Geräts vergewis-

sern Sie sich, dass die Betriebsspannung des
Geräts und die Netzspannung übereinstim­men.

• Öffnen Sie den Deckel (11), indem Sie die

Taste (6) drücken und anfassen (Abb. 1).

• Gießen Sie Wasser in die Thermosflasche

ein, indem Sie ein passendes Geschirr
