przekazana jest w celu przedstawienia
niezbędnych informacji dotyczących

3. Zastosowanie
Wózek przeznaczony jest dla dzieci z
niepełnosprawnością i/lub dysfunkcjami czynności
ruchu na skutek uszkodzenia CUN Centralnego
Układu Nerwowego. Może być wykorzystywany w
przypadku dzieci z MPD Mózgowe porażenie
dziecięce, przepukliną oponowo-rdzeniową, chorobami
mięśni, dysfunkcjami kończyn dolnych. Maksymalna
masa dziecka 30 kg.
Application
The stroller is designed for children with disabilities
and / or dysfunctions movement activities as a result of
damage of the CNS Central Nervous System. It can be
used in children with CP Cerebral Palsy,
myelomeningocele, muscle disorders, dysfunctions of
the lower limbs. The maximum weight 30 kg.
4. Przeciwwskazania
Przeciwwskazania do pozycji siedzącej.
Contraindications
Contraindications against sitting position.
5. Użytkowanie Application
Po rozpakowaniu opakowania należy
sprawdzić czy zawiera ono wszystkie części
zgodnie z wykazem elementów
zamieszczonym powyżej.
Należy upewnić się, że wszystkie elementy nie
posiadają widocznych uszkodzeń
mechanicznych. W przypadku wątpliwości
należy skontaktować się z wytwórcą.
Nie używaj wózka dopóki wszystkie części nie
zostaną właściwie połączone.
• After unpacking the package, check if it contains all
parts in accordance with the list of elements set out
above.
• Ensure that all components have no visible damage.
If any doubts, please contact the manufacturer.
• Do not use the stroller until all parts are properly
connected.

ROZKŁADANIE WÓZKA UNFOLDING THE STROLLER:

Rozkładanie wózka należy rozpocząć od
rozpięcia paska zabezpieczającego
znajdującego się z boku ramy.
Następnie należy pociągnąć rączki wózka w
kierunku, który przedstawia ilustracja 7. Dla
ułatwienia można przytrzymać jedną ręką
siedzisko wózka.
Gdy wózek jest częściowo rozłożony należy
nacisnąć stopą na tylną blokadę wózka
(Ilustracja 8.) do momentu w którym elementy
stabilizujące wózek osiągną pozycję poziomą
(Ilustracja 9.).
Unfolding the stroller should begin with
unfastening the safety belt placed on one side
of the frame.
Then pull the stroller handles in a direction
which is shown in illustration 7. In order to
make it easier, you can hold with hand the seat
of the stroller.
When the stroller is partially unfolded, press
foot on the stroller blockade (Illustration 8) to
the point where stabilizing elements will stop
in a horizontal position (Illustration 9).

Aby zapobiec nieplanowanemu
przemieszczaniu się wózka należy zablokować
możliwość obrotu obu tylnych kół.
W tym celu należy przycisnąć stopą dźwignię
hamulca znajdującą się przy tylnym kole.
Koniecznym jest upewnienie się, że dźwignia
hamulca została uruchomiona na obu kołach.
Następnie należy docisnąć w dół przednią
blokadę wózka (Ilustracja 11.) do momentu w
którym elementy stabilizujące wózek osiągną
pozycję poziomą (Ilustracja 12.).
To prevent unplanned movement of the
stroller, lock the possibility of rotation the two
rear wheels.
To do this, press the foot brake lever, located
at the rear wheel.
It is necessary to make sure that the brake has
been launched on both wheels.
Then push down the front lock of the stroller
(Illustration 11) to the point where stabilizing
elements will stop in a horizontal position
(Illustration 12).

Pod siedziskiem znajduje się blokada siedziska
(Ilustracja 12.). Stojąc przed wózkiem należy
pociągnąć uchwyt blokady siedziska w
kierunku do siebie do momentu w którym
odczuwalne będzie zablokowanie elementów.
Under the seat there is a seat lock (Illustration
12). Standing in front of the stroller, pull the
seat lock handle towards the back of the
stroller until stabilizing elements will be into
the locking position.

Rama wózka została wyposażona w blokadę
boczną. Aby zablokować ramę boczną należy
wsunąć oczko blokady na wolny koniec ramy
(Ilustracja 13., 14.).
Stroller frame is equipped with the side lock.
To lock the side frame, the side lock eyelet
should be put on the free end of the frame
(Illustration 13, 14.).

Aby przymocować barierkę należy wsunąć w
prowadnicę znajdującą się na ramie wózka
element mocowania barierki w kierunku od
dołu do góry. (Ilustracja 16., 17.)
To install the front guard, put the plastic ends
into the guides on the stroller frame in the
direction from bottom to top. (Illustration 16.,
17.)

Do barierki należy przymocować za pomocą
nap pas tapicerki po poprzednim
przymocowaniu do niego klina abdukcyjnego.

Klin abdukcyjny połączony jest z rzepem,
który należy owinąć dookoła pasa tapicerki.
By using the snaps attach the upholstery belt
to the front guard. But first you need to fasten
abduction wedge to the upholstery belt.
Abduction wedge is connected to velcro
which should be wrapped around the
upholstery waist.

Aby przymocować daszek należy wsunąć w

the guides on the stroller frame in the direction

Tylna część daszka powinna znajdować się na
zewnętrznej stronie oparcia.
The back part of the canopy should be located
on the outer side of the backrest.

W celu zamontowania podnóżka należy
ustawić ramy podnóżka równolegle względem
siebie oraz skierować przed wózek. (Ilustracja
21.)
Otwory podnóżka należy wsunąć w ramy
podnóżka przyciskając przy tym kciukami
blokady podnóżka.
Po wsunięciu podnóżka powinny być
widoczne blokady podnóżka zapobiegające
niepożądanemu zsunięciu się podnóżka z
ramy.
To install the footrest, footrest frame should be
set parallel to each other and directed towards
the front of the stroller. (Illustration 21.)
Holes of the footrest should be inserted into
the footrest frame by, pressing with your
thumbs the locks of footrest.
After inserting the footrest into the footrest
frame, there should be visible footrest lock to
prevent unwanted sliding the footrest from the
frame.
