• Please read this Important Safeguards carefully before you use the blender and keep it well for future reference.

• Please read all instructions before use.

• Never attempt to repair or disassemble the motor base.

• Never immerse the motor base, cord, plug in water or any liquid.

• If the mains cord is damaged, it must be replaced by manufacturer, its

service agent or similarly quali ed persons in order to avoid a hazard.

• Do not use the appliance if the plug, the mains cord or other parts are damaged or not functioning properly.

• Do not twist, pull or abuse the mains cord.

• Do not leave the mains cord within the reach of children, close to or in contact with the hot parts of your appliance, close to a heat source or a sharp edge, or in contact with the blades.

• Do not plug into mains voltage other than 220-240v. Warranty will be void if product is damaged plugging into the wrong mains.

• Handle the blades with extreme care during cleaning and this could result in injury. The cutting blades are very sharp and could cut your

 ngers.

Important Safeguards

• Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance (220-240V) corresponds to the local mains voltage before you connect the appliances.

• Always unplug the appliance when not in use or before cleaning.

• Always unplug the appliance before you assemble, disassemble or move the blenders or accessories.

• Always unplug the appliance if the blades get stuck.

• Always place the appliance on a ﬂ at and stable work surface. Do not move the apliance during operation.

• Do not use for commercial purposes. Any inappropriate use or failure to comply with the instruction, the manufacturer would not accept responsiblity and warranty is void.

• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unelss they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

• Never use unauthorized accessories that are not supplied by Vitantonio or the local agent.

• Do not leave the appliance run unattended.

Important Safeguards

• Do not blend non-food items. Do not use blenders to blend hard food

like bones as this could damage the blades.

• Do not put in hot ingredients over 40°C.

• Always fasten the blade unit into the bottle properly before blending.

• To reduce the risk of injury, never place the blade unit on base

without the bottle securely fastened.

• Do not exceed the maximum level indicated on bottle.

• Do not use the appliances for prolonged period of time.

• Do not put the bottle, blade unit, lid, motor base and any of the parts

in a microwave oven.

Important Safeguards

This is not an ice crusher and it is not supposed to crush ice without water or juice.

(Recommended ice size is 2cm or around 30g)

It is not meant for chopping or grinding meat or  sh.

Examples: red beans and boiled potatos.

Examples: cheese, dry seaweed, jinseng, sesame, coffee beans, almond

Ingredients to Blend with Water / Juice

VBL-3 Mini Bottle Blender is designed to blend smoothie and juice. It is

suitable for blending solid together with liquid food ingredients. However it is

not meant for  ne chopping or slicing.

Do not use this appliance to blend non-food items.

Overloading the blender could activate the protection device to stop the appliance. If this happens, stop blending and follow the below procedures.

Unplug from the mains.

Let it cool down for 30 minutes, then you may blend again.

For fastening the bottle. For ﬁ xing the seals of the

blade unit and lid.

Drive couplers of the blade unit and motor base

The Drive Couplers are made of rubber and could be slightly worn with black powder

during daily usage. This is not a product damage.

If the bottle is not set up properly on the motor base during use, or blending abnormal

amount of food, the drive couplers could be worn out quickly. If this happens, please

contact the local service provider.

Blade Unit Seal (Gray) Lid Unit Seal (Black)

** Note the differences in seal colors and sizes

** Manufacturer has already had them in best position in production.

PROCEDURES

BEFORE USE

• Make sure the blade unit is locked into the bottle properly.

• Blend only when assembled properly.

• Do not put in hot ingredients (< 50°C. Cooling to room temperature is recommended.

• Never exceed the maximum mark of the bottle (280ml)

• Do not use prohibited ingredients.

Turn and fasten the blade unit into the bottle.

** If the ingredient is too big and stuck. Please remove and cut into smaller pieces.

Prepare ingredients according to recipe.

Use the rod to ﬁ x the seal on the

blade unit as shown on the picture.

Not ﬁ xing the seal properly could

result in leakage of ingredients and thus product damage.

Follow the below orders:

Ice cubes

Ingredients with little water content.

e.g. apples, carrots, bananas.

Green vegetables

Ingredients with more water content.

e.g. grapes, oranges.

Liquid

Ingredients are suggested to cut into

biggest 2cm.

Using the Blender

• Continuous blending for prolonged period (>1 min) is not recommended.

• Do not move the motor base in the process. Make sure the suction feet are attached on the surface.

• Do not tilt the bottle during blending.

Plug in the mains socket (220-240V only).

Press the bottle from the top to blend.

Stop blending by stop pressing the bottle.

Place the motor base on a ﬂ at surface where the suction feet could ﬁ rmly attach.

Turn the bottle upside down.

** Recommended to blend by doing PULSE actions several times for best result.

** If the ingredient is stuck at the top of the

bottle, lift up the bottle and shake to mix the

ingredients.

PULSE:

press for 1 second then stop.

CONTINUOUS

: long press the bottle.

** If the blade unit is not securely fastened, the ingredients could leak.

Using the Blender

• Lift up the bottle only when the motor rotation has stopped. The blade could continue the motion for a few seconds even when the motor base stopped.

• Do not touch the blade with bare hands. Put the blade unit into a safe place.

• Unplug from power supply after use.

Lift up the bottle and turn it upside down. Loosen the blade unit.

Fasten the lid into the bottle for storage or drinking on the go.

Care and Cleaning

Before Cleaning the Mini Bottle Blender

• Unplug from the mains before cleaning.

• Handle the blades with exteme care as the sharp blades could cut your

 ngers.

• Never immerse the motor base into water or clean under running water.

• Use soft damp clothes with mild detergents to clean the motor base. Do not use bleach, or strong chemical detergents.

Clean the motor base with damp cloth. Apply some mild detergents for some dirts

dif cult to clean.

Immerse the parts into clear warm water, then clean with a sponge with mild detergent.

Loosen the blade unit and shower it with water. (Refer to P.11)

Care and Cleaning

Handle the blades with extreme care as it is very sharp.

Please make sure the seal is properly installed to avoid leakage.

You are recommended to ﬁ x the seals after each usage of the appliance.

Using the rod to point to the space between the seal and the lid.

Move the rod to take out the seal.

Point to the small hole under the blade unit with a rod.

Take out the seal with the rod as shown in the picture.

Install the seal by using the

rod to ﬁ x it into the blade

unit.

Troubleshooting

Toubleshooting

The appliance is not working when pressing the bottle.

The blades do not turn smoothly.

Ingredients are stuck but blades are still turning.

Blades stopped turning or becomes very slow.

The ingredients leaked from the blade unit.

Unplug from the mains to stop the appliance.

Connect the appliance to a mains socket with correct 220-240v voltage

Reduce the size of ingredients.

Fasten the blade unit properly.

** If the blade unit was not properly fastened, the blades would not turn.

Lift up the bottle and shake to mix the

ingredients.

Increase quantity of ingredients.

Press and pulse (1 sec) several times to

mix the ingredients.

Cut the ingredients smaller.

Make sure it sits vertically and properly to the motor base

Stop the appliance and remove the food.

Reduce ingredient quantity.

Fasten the blade unit.

Take out the stuck ingredients.

Fasten the lid.

Please contact the local distributor for service.

Before Sending the Blender for Service...

Note: Warranty does NOT cover the consumable parts (e.g. blade unit, bottle, lids). Even within warranty period if the consumable parts are damaged, you will be asked to purchase the parts from local distributors or service centers.

Abnormal smells coming out from the motor base

Have blended continuously for too long.

The smell is from the motor where the oil is evaporated under the heat generated by prolonged usage.

Stop the appliance and cool it down for 30 minutes.

Protective device activated and the blender stopped.

Unplug from the mains. Wait for 30 min then restart.

Used the ingredients that is not allowed (as detailed on P.4)

When the ingredients is sticky, too little water, too hard or other banned substances, this could cause abnormal operation.

All products come with a warranty registration card in the ﬁ nal page of the user manual and it

detailed the registration procedures.

Warranty period is one year counting from the date of purchase. You will need to present (i)

the warranty card (exempted if registered online) and (ii) purchase receipt when requesting

for warranty services. If it is lost please contact your dealer to obtain the proof of purchase.

If the warranty period is expired you may still contact the local distributor or service agent for

assistance. However a certain fee could be involved for initial checks, repairing services, and parts if the appliance can be repaired.
