1. Set aliquot volume on dial

For aliquoting

3. Press & hold aliquot button

until the aliquot is dispensed. You will
hear and feel the motor come on. Repeat
for each aliquot. (For maximum precision,
discard first aliquot.)

Note: if you don’t hold the button long enough for the

full aliquot volume, you will hear an “alert” sound and red
light will flash.

2. Aspirate adequate volume for
total number of desired aliquots.

When you first receive your ali-QTM,

press the purple aliquoting button

to wake the unit out of shipping mode.

Note: The motor will activate at

seemingly random times when
pressing the aspirate or dispense
buttons. Don’t worry. It’s normal!
