1. Unpack the Shiatsu Foot Massager from the box.
2. Remove any unwanted packaging materials such as cardboard, plastics or
styrofoam.
3. Connect the power adapter plug to the power receiver on the massager.
4. Plug into outlet.

General information
When using the Shiatsu Foot Massager with Heat, basic safety precautions should always be followed. PLEASE READ AND SAVE ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THE SHIATSU MASSAGER.
THIS ITEM CONTAINS A HEATING ELEMENT. Although it only provides a
soothing warmth, people who are sensitive to heat should pay attention when using.
Connect the massager to a properly grounded outlet only. This massager is intended for indoor, non-commercial, household use only. Do
not use the massager for any other purpose. Do not use outdoors.
Do not leave the massager unattended while it is in use. Always unplug the
massager from the electrical outlet when it is not in use.
Keep the massager out of the reach of children and pets. This massager is not
intended for use for infants, children or disabled persons without close supervision.
Use this massager only as described in this manual. Any other use not
recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or personal injury.
Do not use the massager to supplement medical treatment. Never locate or store the massager where it may fall or be pulled into a
bathtub, sink or other container with liquid in it. Keep the power supply cord and the massager away from heated areas.
Do not reach for an appliance that has fallen into water. Unplug it
immediately.
Do not immerse in water or other liquids. Do not operate the massager in wet or moist conditions. Do not allow the power supply cord to hang (e.g., over the edge of a table or
counter) or place/run the power supply cord under rugs, carpeting, or in high­traffic areas where it may be tripped over or pulled.
Do not attempt to plug or unplug the massager while massaging your feet. To disconnect the massager, remove the plug from the electrical outlet.
Never pull on the power supply cord when disconnecting from power outlet.
Do not operate, plug or unplug the massager from the electrical outlet with
wet hands.

Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, after the
appliance malfunctions, or has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Do not use the massager while bathing or showering.
Do not use attachments not recommended by the supplier, specifically any
attachments not provided with the massager.
Do not stand on the massager. Do not fall asleep while using the massager. Never use while sleeping. Do not
use the massager before going to bed. The massager has a stimulating effect and may delay sleep.
Never use pins or other metallic fasteners with the massager. Never drop or
insert any object into any opening.
Do not attempt to repair or disassemble the massager. There are no user
serviceable parts.
Do not operate massager where aerosol (spray) or similar products are being
used.
Do not operate the massager under a blanket or a pillow. Excessive heating
can occur and cause fire, electric shock or injury to user.
If you have concerns regarding your health, consult your doctor before using
the massager. Never use the massager if you are sensitive to heat, have sensitive skin, open wounds, discolored areas, or any area of the body that is swollen, burned, inflamed or where skin eruptions or sores are present.
Massage and heat should be pleasant and comfortable. If you experience
muscle or joint pain for a prolonged period of time or if pain or discomfort should result, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
In case of pregnancy, diabetes, or illness consult your doctor before use. Individuals with pacemakers should consult their doctor before using the
massager.
Keep cord away from heated surfaces. Do not carry the massager by its power cord or use the cord as its handle. Do
not pull or twist the power cable.
To disconnect, turn off all controls, then remove the plug from the outlet.

CAUTION: WARNING: Read and understand all instructions. Failure to follow all instructions
listed below may result in electric shock, fire or serious personal injury. The warnings, cautions, and instruction discussed in this instruction manual cannot cover all possible conditions and situations that may occur. It must be understood by the operator that common sense and caution are a factor which cannot be built into this product, but must be supplied by the operator.
CAUTION: A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of personal
injury resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord. Extension cords are available from local hardware stores and may be used if care is exercised in their use. If an extension cord is required, special care and caution is necessary. Also the cord must be: (1) marked with an electrical rating of 125V, and at least 13 A., 1625 W., and (2) the cord must be arranged so that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over accidentally.
Electric power
If electric circuit is overloaded with other appliances, your massager may not operate properly. The massager should be operated on a separate electrical circuit from other operating appliances.
Safety warning
Although your massager is easy to operate, for your safety, the warnings below must be followed:
1. Do not place the massager near a heat source.
2. Never leave the massager unattended while connected to the electrical outlet.
3. Do not unplug the massager by pulling on the power supply cord.
4. The massager must be unplugged: A. Before any cleaning or maintenance. B. After use. C. If it appears to be faulty.

How to use the Shiatsu Foot Massager with Heat
1. Connect the A/C power adapter plug into the D/C connector of the massager.
2. Plug the power supply cord into an electrical outlet. Be sure plug fits tightly in
the outlet.
3. After washing feet and drying thoroughly, place the massager on the floor
near a chair or sofa, sit down in a comfortable position and place your feet on the massager.
4. The Power button and Heat button are located in the upper left hand corner.
5. Press the white power button to turn on. The massage heads will rotate
outward.
6. Press the power button again, wait 2 seconds and the massage heads will
rotate inward.
7. If you would like to add soothing warmth to the massage press the Red heat
button to turn it ON. Press the Red heat button again to turn OFF the warmth.
8. The shiatsu massage can be enjoyed for as long as 15 minutes before it will
automatically turn itself off. If you do not want to use the massager for 15 minutes, simply switch off the power button.
