1. CARACTERÍSTICAS TÉCNICAS
Según el ángulo de inclinación, se pueden cortar distintos
anchos, oscilando entre:
Ancho máximo a 45°.......................................90 mm
Ancho máximo a 90°................................... 145 mm
Espesor máximo de chapas estratificadas...........1,8 mm
Peso.................................................................7 Kg
2. MONTAJE PATAS DE APOYO
La cizalla dispone de 5 patas de apoyo, que deben ser

montadas cada una en su alojamiento correspondiente.
La pata de apoyo a, más corta, se debe colocar en la zona
indicada en la (Fig. 1).
3. INSTRUCCIONES PARA EL MANEJO
REGULACIÓN DEL ANGULO DE CORTE
Al girar la palanca B, (Fig. 1), se podrá desplazar el regle
escuadra, seleccionando los grados necesarios. Una vez
seleccionados fijar el regle apretando suavemente la palanca B.
4. CAMBIO DE LA CUCHILLA
Desenroscar los tornillos C, (Fig. 2) y reemplazar la cuchilla por otra en buenas condiciones. Es necesario para
obtener un corte limpio, exacto y preciso que al deslizar la
cuchilla sobre la sufridera se ajuste rozando suavemente.
5. PISADOR
Permite sujetar la chapa estratificada en el momento del
corte por estar sincronizada con el desplazamiento de la
cuchilla.
6. GARANTIA
Todas las herramientas VIRUTEX, tienen una garantía
válida de 12 meses a partir del día de su suministro,
quedando excluidas todas las manipulaciones o daños
ocasionados por manejos inadecuados o por desgaste
natural de la misma. Para cualquier reparación dirigirse al
servicio oficial de asistencia técnica VIRUTEX.
VIRUTEX se reserva el derecho de modificar sus productos sin previo aviso.

1. SPECIFICATIONS
Depending on the rake angle, the machine can cut several
widths, between:
Maximum width at 45°...................................90 mm
Maximum width at 90°.................................145 mm
Maximum thickness of stratified plates........1.8 mm
Weight.........................................................................7 Kg
2. ASSEMBLY OF LEGS
The mitering machine has 5 legs, each of which must be
mounted in its corresponding housing. The shorter leg, A,
must be placed at the area indicated in (Fig. 1)
3. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
ADJUSTMENT OF CUTTING ANGLE
Rotating the lever B, (Fig. 1), the squared rule can be
shifted selecting the degrees required. When selected, the
rule is fixed by smoothly tightening the lever B.
4. BLADE CHANGE
Black off screws C, (Fig.2), and replace blade for a fresh
one in good condition. For a clean, accurate and perfect
cutting it is essential that the blade on sliding over the dolly
is adjusted slightly rubbing it.
5. TREAD
With this device the stratified plate can be clamped at the
time of cutting since it is synchronized with the blade
shifting.
6. GUARANTEE
All VIRUTEX tools are guaranteed for 12 months from the
date of purchase, excluding any damage which is a result
of incorrect use or of natural wear and tear on the tool. All
repairs should be carried out by the official VIRUTEX
technical assistance service.
VIRUTEX reserves the tight to modify its products without
prior notice.

2. MONTAGE DES PIEDS D'APPUI
La cisaille dispose de 5 pieds d'appui qui doivent être
montés chacun dans leur logement respeetif. Le pied
d'appui A, le plus court, doit être placé dans la zone
indiquée sur la (Fig. 1).
3. INSTRUCTIONS DE SERVICE
RÉGLAGE DE L’ANGLE DE COUPE
En faisant tourner le levier B, (Fig. 1), on pourra déplacer
la règle équerre pour selectionner les degrés nécessaires.
Aprés la sélection fixer la régle à èquerre en appuyant
doucement sur le levier B.
4. SUBSTITUTION DU COUTEAU
Déviser les vis C, (Fig. 2), et remplacer le couteau par un
autre remplissant les conditions voulues. Pour obtenir une
coupe nette, exacte et précise, il convient que le couteau
soit ajusté de façon à ce que, en glissant sur la base
métalique, le frottement soit faible.
5. FOULEUR
Grace à sa synchronisation avec le déplacement du
couteau, il permet d’assujettir la planche stratifiée au
moment de la coupe.
6. GARANTIE
Toutes les outils VIRUTEX ont une garantie valable 12
mois à partir de la date d'achat, en étant exclus toutes
manipulations ou dommages causés par des maniements
inadéquats ou par l'usure naturelle de l'outil. Pour toute
réparation, s'adresser au service officiel d'assistance
technique VIRUTEX.

2. MONTAGE DER STÜTZFÜSSE
Die Schere hat 5 Stützfüße, die in ihren entsprechenden
Aufnahmen montiert werden müssen. Der kürzere Stützfuß
A muß an der auf (Abb. 1) eingezeichneten Stelle montiert
werden.
3. BEDIENUNGSANLEITUNG
EINSTELLUNG DES SCHNITTWINKELS
Durch Drehen des Hebels B (Abb. 1) kann man die
Winkelleiste bewegen und so die notwendige Gradzahl
auswählen. Nach der Auswahl die Leiste durch sanftes
Festziehen des Hebels B feststellen.
4. AUSWECHSELN DES SCHERMESSERS
Die Schrauben C abschrauben (Abb. 2) und das
Schermesser durch ein anderes ersetzen, das sich in
einem guten Zustand befindet. Für einen sauberen,
geneauen und präzisen Schnitt muß sich das Messer,
wenn es über den Gegenhalter gleitet so anpassen, daß es
sich leicht daran reibt.
5.HALTEVORRICHTUNG
Anhand der Haltevorrichtung kann das
Schichtpreßstoffurnier beim Schneiden festgehalten
werden, da sich Haltevorrichtung und Schermesser
synchron bewegen.
