Only current Vintage models purchased from a participating retailer between January 1-May 4, 2020 are eligible. Purchases must be made on the
same invoice. No substitutions of other models allowed. Offer requires this completed online form and a legible copy of store receipt showing paid in

full with the purchase price circled. Incomplete submissions will be cancelled and customer notied as to what is needed for re-submission via email.

Claim must be submitted no later than June 4, 2020. Resubmissions must be sent by June 30, 2020. Allow 8 weeks for processing. Questions about the

to individual sales to the end user and original purchaser made through participating retail dealers in all states except for Alaska, California, Colorado,
