Getting Started
To get started, turn on your VINCI Tab MV by pressing and holding the power ON/OFF button for a few seconds.
Then follow the screen prompts to set up VINCI Tab MV. Visit www.vincigenius.com to register your VINCI Tab MV and to:

Download free content
Charging
Connect the USB cable to the USB
connector with the arrow on the cable facing the screen
damage or cause device malfunction.
Connect the other end of the cable to the
charger or to your PC. It takes about 4 hours to reach a full charge.

to remove the battery
Insert the SIM card into the slot
Install the battery and close the back cover

Data Connection
If your SIM card comes with WCDMA 3G
services, you can get online using the wireless network. Turn on 3G data service in SIM Card Management, under Settings.
Voice Service
If your SIM card comes with voice
service, you can make calls, send/receive SMS by enabling these services in SIM Card Management, under Settings.
GPS
Use the GPS app preloaded on VINCI Tab
MV for location or map service.
WIFI
Enable WIFI by going to Settings, then turn
on WIFI and follow the prompt to enter a password.
Note: The availability of these features depends on your cellular service plan
USB Connection
This version supports the USB interface. You can connect your VINCI Tab MV with the PC via the USB and data cable to copy or move les, browse images and video les.
Insert the USB data cable connector into
the USB interface of VINCI Tab MV
Connect the other terminal of the USB
data cable with the USB interface of the PC
Note: USB connector may become damaged or malfunction if bent

VINCI Curriculum MicroSD cards do NOT work with VINCI Tab MV. You may install new apps through WIFI. VINCI Curriculum apps can be downloaded by visiting
curriculum.vincigenius.com.You may also install
additional VINCI Kids Library titles from
kidslibrary.vincigenius.com.
WARNING: The inside of your VINCI Tab MV contains fragile components. Do not twist, disassemble or drop from a high place or onto a hard surface. Avoid extreme heat and do not submerge in water.

Carrying Your Tab
When you are using the Tab, keep it at some distance (at least 2.5 cm away from your body). In case there is a need of slipcover, belt clip, or other accessories to carry your Tab, it is important to ensure these accessories are approved by the manufacturer. Otherwise, it may exceed the upper limit of radio frequency leakage.
Energy Leak of Radio Frequency
VINCI Tab MV is a low-power, wireless transmitter and receiver. After being powered on, it will periodically send and receive radio signals while
its transmission power is controlled by the net­work. This device complies with local standards restricting energy leak of radio frequency.
Electromagnetic Radiation
VINCI Tab MV fully complies with standards related to wireless irradiation enacted by the authority of the State and International Health Association. These limitations are part of the comprehensive regulations and constitute pub­lic wireless irradiation permission standards. These standards are developed and formed after long-term intensive scientic research by independent scientic organizations such as International Commission on Non-Ionizing Ra­diation Protection (ICNIRP). These standards contain a large surplus to ensure the safety of all and take the variable factors of various mea­surement conditions into consideration.
FCC Statement: This device has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reason­able protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This device generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications.
