Wash Cycles
Pots/Pans
Heavily soiledpots, pans and casseroledishes. Long heatedprewash loosens up encrusted food. Hightemperature, intense pressure, and long mainwash. High temperature rinse.
Normal Wash
Normally soiledplates, glasses, bowls, and lightly soiledpots and pans. Normal prewash, main washand rinse. Medium pressureand temperature.
Econo Wash
Normally soiledplates, glasses, bowls, and lightly soiledpots and pans. Lower temperature mainwash and rinse. Longer prewash andmain wash to maximizecleaning performance whileusing less energy.
Light/China
Lightly soileddishes or fine chinaand crystal. Low temperaturewash and rinse. Lightest pressure toprotect dishes.
Rinse/Hold
All dishware.Short, medium pressure rinsewith no heat.
Wash Options
Top Wash
Washes disheson top rack only.Uses less water andconserves energy. Availableon Normal Cycle.
Econo Dry

Delay Start
Lets youdelay running the dishwasherfor up to 10hours. To set“Delay Start”, select the desired washcycle and option(s). Pressthe “Delay Start”button once and thenumber “2” will light,indicating a two hourdelay. If you desire alonger delay, continuepressing the “Delay Start”button to a 4,6, 8 or 10 hour delay.The corresponding number onthe button willlight. Once you haveset the desired delay time,press the “START”button and close thedoor. “Delay Start”is not available with theRinse/Hold cycle.
Audible Sound Signal (Select models)
A singlebeep will occur whenyou select cycles, optionsand press the “START”key. The end-of-cycle signalconsists of 2 longbeeps. If the “START”button is not pressedor if the door isnot closed within 4seconds of pressing the “START”button, 3 short beepswill occur. For allother error messages andto deselect the audiblesound signal, see the Troubleshooting/FaultCodes section.

Cycle Data
Changing a programafter the unit has started
T
he dishwasheris programmed to stopoperating if the dooris opened during acycle. To changea program oroption after starting themachine, open the doorslightly to let thespray arms stop rotating and avoidgetting sprayed with water.Press and hold “
START”for four seconds to cancelthe current s
election. Thenpress the touchpad(s) foryour d
esired selection.
Press “START”again and closethe door. The drain pump willrun to remove anydirty water from the dishwasher beforestarting the newly selectedcycle. Check tomake sure there isstill detergent in the detergent dispenser.
Opening the doorafter Cycle has started
I
f thedoor is opened forlonger than five seconds, after thecycle has started, the”START” button will flash toindicate that the dishwasheris in Standby Mode. Pressthe “START” buttonbefore closing the door andthe cycle will resume.
Power On Light
A
blue lightwill illuminate from thebottom right corner ofthe dishwasher kickplate when acycle is running.
Load allitems so that theforce of the waterand t

Keep sinkdrain plugs inserted duringdishwasher operation toprevent noise transfer throughdrains.
• Loaddishes so they do nottouch each other.
• Makesure lightweight items aresecured in the rack.
Make surepot lids and handles,pizza pans, cookie s
heets, etc.,DO NOT touch interior walls.
The Silverware/Cutlery Basket
Tips forBest Cleaning Results:
• Distributeitems evenly and mix knives,forks, and spoons sothat items will avoidnesting.
ALWAYSplace forks andspoons with eating portions upand handles down.
• Eachcompartment has a lid whichwill separate the silverware forthe best cleaning anddrying results. The lidsalso hold small, lightweightitems in place.
IMPORTANT: Sharp orpointed items, such as knives, shouldalways be put inwith the point down toprotect your hands.
• Basketcan be moved to upperrack or lower rack.
Adjusting Racks
The Lower Rack
The lowerrack is bestfor dinner plates,smaller plates, serving plates,larger bowls,pots, and pans.
• Securelyplace heavily soiledcookware face downin the rack.
• Usethe fold-down tinesto provide spacefor large items suchas pots andpans.
• Makesure pot handles and other items DO NOTstop rotationof lower wash armby hanging below the rack.
The Upper Rack
The upperrack is bestfor glasses, cups,bowls, small plates, andsaucers andcan accommodatefull-sized plates upto 10-1/4”.
• Makesure small plasticitems are heldfirmly in place withHold Tight™ dividers.
• Arrange stemware between prongs of stemware cradle sothat the stemware cannot move easily.
• Makesure items hanging below the rackDO NOT blockthe rotation of the washarm.
