of ventilation products offers the classic Viking look – heavy-duty, yet stylish. It’s hard to
imagine something so bold could be so quiet. But be careful – it controls odors so well,
you might forget all about the fish stock simmering on the back burner.

Heavy-duty construction; professional-type size,
construction, design, and styling
Virtually seamless design with no visible screws
Halogen lights for better visibility and efficiency
•Dimmer on lights allows custom lighting –
separate on/off switch allows consumer to leave
dimmer at favorite position
Heat sensor turns ventilator on full power when
cooking temperatures reach uncomfortable levels
Heat lamps are standard on all 18" high wall hoods;
30", 36", and 42" wide hoods have one lamp; 48",
54", and 60" wide hoods have two lamps
(250-watt bulbs not included)

ventilators
Variable speed controls for custom venting –
separate on/off switch allows consumer to leave
ventilator at favorite setting
Interior-power ventilator kits – 300 CFM (VINV300),

1,200 CFM (DEV1200), or 1,500 CFM (DEV1500)

Easy cleanup
Commercial-type baffle filter system efficiently removes
grease and heated vapors from the air; especially
designed for use with commercial-type products
Dishwasher-safe filters are easily removed for quick cleaning
All 18" high hoods have a removable trough which
catches liquefied grease, making cleanup quick and easy
Design of low-profile filter system means less interior hood
space to be cleaned
Interior of rangehood canopy has stainless steel liner for
increased rigidity, seamless appearance, and easy cleaning
10" high interior-power wall hoods
Allow replacement of most older, low-performance
hoods with minimal cabinet alteration
460 CFM interior-power ventilator comes standard
with product
Recommended for use with 24" wide ranges, 30" wide
ranges, rangetops, and cooktops, and 36" wide non-griddle/
grill ranges, rangetops, and cooktops; for larger equipment,
use 18" high wall hood

Delay feature allows consumer to set the ventilator to
shut off on its own from 10 to 30 minutes later
12-hour timer built into ventilator controls; excellent
for use with Professional or D3 cooking products
