WARRANTY
Viewtronix warrants to Customer that the Products will be free from defects in material and
workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from date of invoice. Customer’s
exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty is that Viewtronix will either (i) repair or replace, at its option,
any Product which fails during the warranty period because of such defect (if Customer promptly reported
the failure to Viewtronix in writing) or, (ii) if Viewtronix is unable to repair or replace, Viewtronix will refund
the purchase price of the Product upon its return to Viewtronix. This warranty does not apply to any
Product which has been subjected to misuse, abnormal service or handling, or which has been altered or
modified in design or construction, or which has been serviced by anyone other than Viewtronix. The
warranty set forth herein is in lieu of, and exclusive of, all other warranties, express or implied.

Introduction
The SXT2010 is a 20.1” SXGA (1280 x 1024) TFT industrial flat panel monitor for use in NEMA 4
and NEMA 12 applications. Graphics and text can be displayed on the monitor in true color and in the
modes listed below. When the monitor is being driven in modes other than SXGA, it will automatically
expand the image and center it on the LCD. The unit is fully self-contained needing only to be panel
mounted in an appropriate enclosure and connected to 120/240 VAC and a VGA source. The monitor
features a bright 180-nit LCD display and conveniently located front panel controls with on screen menus
for easy set up and adjustment. The unit is designed to provide tool free access for quick back light
replacement and cleaning. The SXT2010 is available with optional integrated analog resistive touch
screen and/or a 304 stainless steel bezel.
