Troubleshooting
Problem Cause Solution
Power indicator is not lit.
No start-up interface.
Can see start-up clock, but could not play (when a card or USB drive is present).
The order of image les is not what I wanted.
Since there are many brands of memory cards, please test the compatibility on the spot when you purchase the memory cards. This digital photo frame could not support pirate cards. If the memory card is correctly inserted, and the startup interface is displayed but the photo frame can not read the card, please turn off and restart the photo frame, or format the card and re-copy les.
Power is off or power indicator is broken.
AC adapter is not well connected or does not power on normally.
Card is not correctly inserted or card is corrupt or not fully compatible.
The order of les is sorted by le name. Numbers have higher priority than alphabets.
Check whether the AC adapter is well connected and power supply is normal.
Check whether the AC adapter is well connected and make sure the photo frame is powered on normally.
Insert the card correctly; format the card before copy les, or replace with a new card.
Rename the les.
