1. HANDLING COMPACT DISCS

MOISTURE CONDENSATION

On a rainy day or in a very damp area, moisture may condense on the lenses inside the unit. Should this occur, the unit will not operate properly. In such a case, remove the disc and wait for about an hour until the moisture has evaporated.

NOTES ON CDs

A dirty or defective disc may cause sound dropouts while playing. To enjoy optimum sound, handle the disc as follows. Handle the disc by its edge. To keep the disc clean, do not touch the surface (P.1).

Do not stick paper or tape on the disc (P.2).

Do not expose the discs to direct sunlight or

heat sources such as hot air-ducts, or leave them in a car parked in direct sunlight where there can be a considerable rise in temperature inside the car (P.3).

Before playing, clean the discs with an

optional cleaning cloth. Wipe each disc from the centre out (P.4).

NOTES ON DISCS

If you use the discs explained below, the sticky residue can cause the CD to stop spinning and may cause malfunction or ruin your discs.

Do not use second-hand or rental CDs that have a sticky residue on the surface (for example, from peeled-off stickers or from ink, or glue leaking from under the stickers).

There are paste residue. Ink is sticky (P.5).

Do not use rental CDs with old labels that are beginning to peel off.

Stickers that are beginning to peel away, leaving a sticky residue (P.6).

Do Not Use Special Shape CDs

Be sure to use round shape CDs only for this unit and do not use any special shape CDs. Use of special shape CDs may cause the unit to malfunction.(P.8).

RECORDABLE REWRITABLE

Only for this unit. CD-Rs and CD-RWs which have not

undergone finalization processing cannot be played. (For more information on finalization processing, refer to the manual for your CD-R/CD-RW writing software or CD-R/CD-RW recorder.) Additionally, depending on the recording status, it may prove impossible to play certain CDs record on CD-R or CD-RW.

2. INSTALLATION

Before finally installing the unit, connect the wiring temporarily and make sure it is all connected up properly and the unit and system work properly. Use only the parts included with the unit to ensure proper installation. The use of unauthorized parts can cause malfunctions. Consult with your nearest dealer if installation requires the drilling of holes or other modifications of the vehicle. Install the unit where it does not get in the driver's way and cannot injure the passenger if there is a sudden stop, like an emergency stop.I If installation angle exceeds 30° from horizontal, the unit might not give its optimum performance.

Avoid installing the unit where it would be subject to high temperature, such as from direct sunlight, or from hot air, from heater, or where it would be subject to dust dirt or excessive vibration. Be sure to remove the front panel before installing the unit.

DIN FRONT/REAR-MOUNT

This unit can be property installed either from “Front” (conventional DIN Front-mount) or “Rear”(DIN Rear-mount installation, utilizing threaded screw holes at the sides of the unit chassis). For details, refer to the following illustrated installation methods A and B.

Removing the unit

Trim Plate Installation:

Push the trim plate against the chassis until it is fitted. You must do this before you install the front panel, otherwise it can't be attached.

DIN REAR-MOUNT (METHOD B)

Installation using the screw holes on the sides of the unit. Fastening the unit to the factory radio mounting bracket.

a. Frame b. Insert fingers into the groove in the

front of frame and pull out to remove the frame. (When re-attaching the frame, point the side with a groove down wards and attach it.)

c. Insert the levers supplied with the

unit into the grooves at both sides of the unit as shown in figure until they click. Pulling the levers makes it possible to remove the unit from the dashboard.

1. Select a position where the screw holes of the bracket and the screw holes of the main unit become aligned (are fitted) and tighten the screws at 2 places on each side.

3. DETACHABLE CONTROL PANEL (D.C.P.)

Removing The Detachable Control Panel (D.C.P.).

3. Remove the D.C.P.

1. Attach the panel at the right side first, with point B on the main unit touching point A on the D.C.P. (As shown on the digram).

2. Then press the left side of D.C.P. onto the main unit until a “click” sound is heard.

CAUTION

DO NOT insert the D.C.P from the left side. Doing so may damage it. The D.C.P can easily be damaged by shocks. After removing it, place it in a protective case and be careful not to drop it or subject it to strong shocks. When the release button is pressed and the D.C.P is unlocked, the car's vibrations may cause it to fall. To prevent damage to the D.C.P, always store it in a protective case after detaching it. The rear connector that connects the main unit and the D.C.P is an extremely important part. Be careful not to damage it by pressing on it with fingernails, pens, screwdrivers, etc.

Note:

If the D.C.P is dirty, wipe off the dirt with soft, dry cloth only. And use a cotton swab soaked in isopropyl alcohol to clean the socket on the

WARNING Connecting the ISO Connector The pin arrangement for the ISO connectors depends on the type of vehicle you drive.Make sure to make the proper connections to prevent damage to the unit. The default connection for the wiring harness is described in below. If the ISO connector pins are set as described in or .make the connection as illustrated.

The 1 pin (red) of the vehicle's ISO connector is connected to the constant power supply, and the 3 pin (yellow) is linked to the ignition.

The 3 pin (yellow) of the vehicle's ISO connector is not connected to anything, while the 1 pin (red) is connected to the constant power supply (or both the 1(red) and 3(yellow)pins are connected to the constant power supply).

When the connection is made as in above,the unit's power will not be linked to the ignition key. For that reason,always make sure to turn off the unit's power when the ignition is turned off. To link the unit's power to the ignition,connect the ignition cable (ACC...red) to a power source that can be turned on and off with the ignition key.

5. BASIC OPERATIONS

1) PANEL RELEASE BUTTON ( )

Press this button to remove the control panel.

13) POWER ON/OFF BUTTON ( )

Press this button to turn on or off the power.

11) DISPLAY BUTTON( DISP )

Press this button to view Clock, Programme Type (PTY), and Frequency of the station in listening.

12) MODE BUTTON (M)

Press this button to select different mode , sequence as follow:

A) Tuner mode (Radio) B) CDP / MP3 (only if a CD or MP3 disc is inserted) C) USB (only if a USB drive is inserted) D) SD / MMC (Only if a SD or MMC card is inserted)) E) AUX IN (only if this unit with this features)

MODE PRIORITY

Whenever a USB or SD/MMC is being inserted, unit will automatically switch to USB or SD/MMC mode, does not matter the unit is currently in what mode.

When in USB or SD / MMC mode, if the USB or SD / MMC is being removed, unit will automatically switch to radio mode.

AUX INPUT

Connect the external signal to the RCA line in jack located at the rear of the unit , then press Mode button to select Aux mode. Press Mode Button again to cancel Aux Mode and return to previous mode.

RESET BUTTON

The RESET button is located on the main unit (as shown on the diagram). To press it vertically with a ballpoint pen or metal object will activate it. The reset button is to be activated for the following reasons:

Initial installation of the unit when all wiring is completed. All the function buttons do not operate. Error symbol on the display.

Note: If press RESET button, the unit still cannot function normally, please use a cotton swab soaked in isopropyl alcohol to clean the socket on the back of the control panel.

6. AUDIO OPERATIONS

2) ENCODER VOLUME KNOB

Turn this knob to adjust desired volume level.

3) AUDIO SELECT BUTTON

Press this button to select desired audio function.

ORDER OF FUNCTION: VOL->BASS (BAS)->TREBLE (TRE)->BALANCE (BAL)-> FADER (FAD)

While the selected function is displayed, turn Volume Knob to adjust the level within 5 seconds, otherwise the unit will return to volume adjustment mode.

7) PRESET EQUALIZER BUTTON (PEQ)

Press this button to toggle the following EQ setting:

FLAT->CLASSICS->POP M->ROCK M->DSP OFF

At DSP OFF mode, EQ will be controlled by Bass/Treble setting.

15)BAND/LOUDNESS BUTTON (BAND/LOUD)

Press the Band/Loudness Button long to switch the loudness on or off. When Loudness is on, display will show 'Loud On' for a few seconds.

7. RADIO OPERATIONS

9) RADIO SIGNAL STRENGTH METER (RSLM)

This is use to indicate the signal strength of current radio station broadcast. When you choose RADIO mode, it will show on the display.

10) AUTO MEMORY STORE/PRESET SCAN BUTTON (AS/PS)

1.PRESET SCAN: Press AS/PS button briefly to enter Preset Scan mode, it will scan all the preset stations in the memories, you can hear that it will stay on each station for about 5 seconds.

2.AUTO MEMORY STORE: Press AS/PS button for couple of seconds to enter Auto Store

mode, this feature will automatically scan the current band and enter up to 6 strongest stations into the 6 preset memories. To stop Auto Store & Scan, press the AS/PS button again.

7) STATION PRESET BUTTONS (M1-M6)

1.Press these buttons briefly to recall the stored stations in the selected band.

2.Presetting stations manually, Press the BAND button to select the band for the station to

be preset. Use Tuning Up/Down to tune in the stations to be preset. Press the Preset button at which you want to store the station for at least 2 second. The preset number will appear on the display accompanied by a beep, this indicate that the station has been stored into memory.

15) BAND/LOUDNESS BUTTON (BAND/LOUD)

This a dual function button. Press this button short to change between BAND FM1, FM2, FM3 & AM/MW bands. Press it long to turn on or off Loudness function.

8) TUNING / SEEK UP AND TUNING / SEEK DOWN BUTTONS

1.Press these buttons briefly will operate AUTO SEARCH tuning mode, the radio will tune up or

down to the next station and remain on the frequency.

2.Press these buttons more than 2 seconds, operate as MANUAL SEARCH buttons, under

this mode the tuning frequency will advance up or down rapidly when the button is pressed. If the buttons are not pressed within 3 seconds, they will return to auto search mode.

8. RDS OPERATIONS

5) AF BUTTON(ALTERNATIVE FREQUENCIES)

When pressed short, AF switching mode is selected. When AF switching mode is selected, the radio check the signal strength of the AF all the time.

When pressed long, it is activated as regional mode ON/OFF.

- Regional mode ON:

AF Switching or PI SEEK is implemented to the station which have all PI codes are same as current station. REG segment is turned on, in LCD display.

- Regional mode OFF:

The Regional code in the format of PI code is ignored when AF switching or PI SEEK is implemented. Some broadcasting stations may change their program from normal broadcasting to regional broadcasting for a certain period. When regional mode is off, the region identification in the PI code is ignored; the radio may switch to a local variant of the current program. When region mode is on, the radio will only switch to a program carrying the exact same PI code.

Note: When AF switch is on, at this moment use tuning up/down to search station will only stop at station which has RDS broadcasting.

16)PTY BUTTON

Each time when this button is pressed, the PTY mode will toggle in the following order:

PTY Music Group -> PTY Speech Group ->PTY Off

The current PTY code is displayed on the LCD, use the 6 preset buttons to select the other PTY code, the distribution of program type are as follow:

OVERVIEW OF THE RDS FUNCTION

Radio Data System (RDS) is a broadcasting service that allows FM stations to send additional digital information along with the regular radio program signal. Your car stereo offers you a variety of services. Here are just a few:

- PI (Program identification)

It is a code that identified RDS stations; it is unique for each station.

- PS (PROGRAM Service Name)

The name of current station, it is shown on the display.

- AF (Alternative Frequencies List)

The list(s) of Alternative Frequencies give information on the various transmitters broadcasting the same program in the same or adjacent reception area. If the main frequency should get worse, the radio will tune automatically to the strongest Alternative frequency.

- TP (Traffic Program)

If the tuned program carries Traffic Announcement, the TP indicator will turn on.

- PTY (Program Type Codes)

This code is used to designate the current program material being broadcast. With this feature, you can search the programs that match the selected program type, which is chosen from a specific list of types.

- TP (Traffic Program)

If the tuned program carries Traffic Announcement, the TP indicator will turn on.

- PTY (Program Type Codes)

- EON (Enhanced Other Networks Information)

It is a supplementary service enabling the radio to obtain information not only from the current station but also from the others.

- CT (Clock Time)

This function permits to update the clock of the receiver the nation from which the station is broadcasting (from PI). It could happen that on the display will be shown the wrong hour; this happens because in Italy the Clock Time function is not working yet.

Notes

Depending on the country or region, not all of the RDS functions are available in Italy. RDS may not work properly if the signal strength is weak or if the station you are tuned to is not transmitting RDS data.

PROGRAMMABLE OPTIONALS

To use this function keep press long SEL Button for few seconds, each time you press this button the mode will move and the functions will shown on the display, turn the encoder volume knob up/

down to set the desires functions ,the function states as following:

- PI SOUND, PI MUTE

When the vehicle is crossing the area where two stations with same AF but different PI code can be received at the same time, the receiver will become unstable, under this situation two modes can be selected. PI SOUND The different PI sounds will be heard. PI MUTE Under the same situation, the radio will be muted.

- RETUNE L , RETUNE S

To determine the initial time of automatic TA Search or PI Search. RETUNE L 90 seconds RETUNE S 30 seconds

- MASK PI, MASK ALL

“PI” is referred to “Different PI with same AF”. During AF search, PI stations and non-RDS stations with strong signal will be masked, in the latter case, the non-RDS stations may cause interference, resulting the real AF to be masked due to the misjudgment of the radio under interference. There are two options to handle this situation. MASK PI to mask only the AF with different PI. MASK ALL mask both PI and strong signal non-RDS stations.

- BEEPS 2ND, BEEP ALL, BEEP OFF

To determine how the beep sound is generated when the keys are pressed. BEEP 2ND Beeps only when the second function of the dual function button is selected (long press). BEEP ALL Beeps when any buttons is pressed. BEEP OFF To disable the beep option.

9.CD OPERATIONS

4) CD SLOT

Insert the disc into CD slot. The CD will begin to play.

M1) PAUSE BUTTON ( )

Press this button to pause CD play, press again to release pause.

M2) SCAN BUTTON (SCN)

Press this button, the first 10 seconds of each track will be played sequentially until this button is pressed again, then normal play will resume at the current track.

M3) REPEAT BUTTON (RPT)

Press this button, the current track will be played repeatedly until this button is pressed again.

M4) RANDOM BUTTON (RDM)

Press RANDOM BUTTON (RDM) during disc play to play all tracks on a CD in random, shuffled order. Press RANDOM BUTTON (RDM) again to stop random play.

8) TRACK UP AND TRACK DOWN BUTTON

Press the Track Up Button to skip to the next track or previous track. Press the Track Down button during play will return to the beginning of the current track, press it one more time to skip to previous skip. Press and hold Track Up/Down Button to fast forward or fast reverse. CD player starts when you release the button.

6) EJECT BUTTON

Press this button to eject the CD from the unit. The receiver will switches to radio mode automatically.

10. USB DRIVE OPERATIONS

Due to the fast changing technology world, this unit may or may not be compatible to all the USB drive / device available with all the future technology, especially those USB drive / device which require to install a driver. Always choose a compatible USB drive / device which is compatible with this unit.

NOTE:

This unit is not compatible with portable Hard-Disk.

START THE USB DEVICE MODE

1.The USB socket is covered by the USB plastic cover as indicated in picture 1 (P.1). Flip open the USB plastic cover, and the USB socket will become accessible.

2. A 0.5mm USB cable is included with this unit. Please connect the USB drive /device to the unit thru the USB cable as indicated in picture (P.2),

and the display will show “USB PLAY”.........the download has begun.

NOTE:

The unit may take a while to detect or download the USB files, detect & download time may vary depends on the type of USB drive / device.

3.Does not matter the unit is in what mode (

SD/MMC, etc), once a USB drive / device is being plugged into the

unit, unit will automatically switch to USB mode.

4.All the USB files playback function is same as normal CD or MP3

disc playback.(Please refer to section CD operations & MP3 operations)

TO STOP USB PLAYBACK

1.The USB drive / device is unplugged, the unit automatically switch to radio mode. Or user can use mode button to switch to other mode.

2.User can use the mode button to choose USB mode (only if USB drive / device is inserted in the unit ) or any other modes, when they are in any mode.

WARNING

1. Always unplugged the USB gently from the unit, excessive force

3. Please never try to plug in any USB drive / device with excessive

weight or excessive size into the unit. Please always use USB drive / device with reasonable weight & size which will not overload the unit, which will not make performing normal operation on the front panel impossible. Excessive weight or size USB drive / device may cause permanent & serious damage to the unit. And may cause access to the buttons / knobs on the front panel impossible.

11. SD/MMC OPERATIONS

1.Press panel release button to release the front panel.(P.1)

2.The SD/MMC card slot is located on the unit as indicated in (P.2).

3. Insert the SD/MMC card into the card slot in the correct direction until a “CLICK” sound is heard.(P.3)

5. The display will show “SD PLAY” to indicate that the SD or MMC card is correctly inserted. Once the SD or MMC card is inserted, the MP3 file will automatically loaded & playback will also start.

6. Does not matter the unit is in what mode (Tuner, CD, USB,etc

), once a SD or MMC card

is being inserted in the unit, unit will automatically switch to SD / MMC mode.

7. All the SD / MMC files playback function is same as normal CD or MP3 disc playback. (Please refer to section CD operations & MP3 operations)

TO STOP SD/MMC CARD PLAYBACK

1.Push on the end of the SD or MMC card to eject the sd or MMC card. Once the SD or MMC card is taken out, the unit will automatically switch to previous mode.(P.5-P.6)

2.User can use the mode button to choose SD / MMC mode (only if SD or MMC is inserted in the unit ) or any other modes, when they are in any mode.

- Disc written by Packet Write (UDF) is not supported.

LOADING DISC

Insert the CD as usual, if it is an MP3 CD, the display will show “MP3 T01” then the message “READING” will appear, when disc scanning completed, the first track on the first directory will play.

NOTE: 1) MP3 ICON turns on when a MP3 disc is playing.

2) MP3 ICON is blinking when under directory/Files search mode.

NAVIGATING THROUGH DIRECTORIES AND TRACKS

NOTE: MP3 Directory / Track selection can be done by Encoder Volume Knob or Tune Up / Down

Buttons Both operations will be described. But Encoder Volume Knob is available on some models only. Please skip this description if your model is not equipped with this feature.

THERE ARE FOUR WAYS TO SELECT YOUR FAVORITE TRACK / DIRECTORY

A) SEARCHING TRACK DIRECTLY

Under MP3 play mode, press MP3 MENU BUTTON once, the display shows “MP3 T*”, enter the desired track number directly, then press MP3 ENTER BUTTON to confirm. The distribution of the number are listed as follow:

Rotate ENCODER VOLUME KNOB (ROTATE ANTI-CLOCKWISE First ) to navigate through the directory list, press MP3 ENTER BUTTON to select the desired directory. The display will show “ \\ “. To select the tracks under the selected directory, by Rotate ENCODER VOLUME KNOB (ROTATE ANTI-CLOCKWISE First ) then press MP3 ENTER BUTTON to confirm when desired track is found.

(D) NAVIGATING THROUGH DIRECTORY BY USING M5/M6 BUTTON

Press directory up (M6) or directory down (M5) buttons to skip the current directory forward or backward by one position. In a multi-level directories disc, the movement will take place at the current level until the last directory is reached. At this point press directory down (M5) again , it will move to the next level of directory.

ID3 TAG

Press DISPLAY button repeatedly to Display ID3 TAG information. If the MP3 file is available with ID3 TAG, pressing the display button repeatedly will show information in the following sequence:

SONG TITLE > ARTIST> ALBUM TITLE

If any of the ID3-TAG information is not available, pressing the DISPLAY button repeatedly will show information in the following sequence:

UNKNOWN SONGNAME> UNKNOWN ARTIST> NO ALBUM TITLE

If the MP3 file is without ID3 TAG, pressing the DISPLAY button, & “NO ID3 TAG” will be displayed. The file name & track number of the MP3 file will scroll repeatedly through the display during the playing of the MP3 file.

14.TROUBLE SHOOTING

Before going through the check list, check wiring connection. If any of the problems persist after check list has been made, consult your nearest service dealer.

1. MANIPULATION CD

CONDENSATION D’HUMIDITE

Les jours de pluie ou dans une zone très humide, l’humidité peut se condenser sur la lentille à l’intérieur de l’appareil. Si cela se produit, l’appareil ne fonctionnera pas correctement. Dans ce cas, retirer le disque et attendre environ une heure que l’humidité se soit évaporée.

REMARQUES SUR LES CD

1. Un disque sale ou défectueux peut causer des sautes de son lors de la lecture. Pour profiter au mieux du son, manipuler le disque comme suit. Tenir le disque par les bords. Pour tenir le disque propre, ne pas toucher la surface (I. 1).

Ne pas exposer les disques à la lumière directe du soleil ou à des sources de chaleurs comme les conduites d’air chaud et ne pas les laisser dans une voiture stationnée en plein soleil lorsque la température à l’intérieur de la voiture peut augmenter considérablement (I. 3).

Avant la lecture, nettoyer les disques avec un chiffon de nettoyage (en option). Essuyer chaque disque du centre vers l’extérieur (I. 4).

NOTES SUR LES DISQUES

Si vous utilisez les disques indiqués cidessous, le résidu collant peut causer l’arrêt de la rotation du CD et entraîner un dysfonctionnement ou abîmer votre disque. Ne pas utiliser de CD d’occasion ou de location qui ont un résidu collant sur la surface (par exemple, d’étiquette arrachée ou d’encre ou encore de colle laissée par les autocollants).

Il reste de la colle. L’encre est collante (I. 5).

Ne pas utiliser de CD de location avec de vieilles étiquettes qui commencent à se détacher.

Les autocollants qui commencent à se détacher laissent un résidu collant (I. 6).

2. INSTALLATION

• Avant de terminer l’installation de l’appareil, branchez le câblage provisoirement et assurez-

vous que tout soit connecté correctement et que l’appareil et le système fonctionnent normalement.

• Utilisez uniquement les pièces fournies avec l’unité pour une installation correcte. L’utilisation

de pièces non autorisées peut entraîner un dysfonctionnement.

• Renseignez-vous auprès du revendeur le plus proche si vous devez percer des trous pour

installer l’unité ou si vous devez apporter d’autres modifications au véhicule.

• Installez l’unité à un endroit où elle ne gênera pas le conducteur et où elle ne risquera pas de

blesser les passagers en cas d’arrêt brusque du véhicule, un arrêt d’urgence par exemple. Si l’angle d’installation dépasse 30° de l’horizontale, l’appareil peut ne pas fonctionner au mieux.

• Eviter l’installation de l’appareil dans un endroit sujet à de fortes températures, comme en plein

soleil ou proche de l’air chaud, du chauffage ou dans un endroit très poussiéreux ou soumis à des vibrations excessives.

• Assurez-vous de retirer la façade avant d’installer l’appareil.

MONTAGE AVANT / ARRIÈRE DIN

Cet appareil peut être installé soit de l’avant (montage avant DIN conventionnel) soit de l’arrière (montage arrière DIN à l’aide des trous filetés sur les côtés du châssis de l’appareil). Pour plus de détails, consultez les méthodes d’installation A et B illustrées ci-dessous.

Poussez la plaque de garniture contre le châssis jusqu’à ce qu’elle soit en place.

Vous devez faire cela avant d’installer la façade, sinon elle ne pourra pas être fixée.

MONTAGE PAR L’ARRIÈRE DIN (Méthode B)

Installation utilisant les trous pour vis sur les côtés de l’appareil. Fixation de l’appareil sur le support de montage d’origine de l’autoradio.

a. Cadre b. Introduisez les doigts dans la rainure

à l’avant du cadre et tirez pour retirer le cadre. (lorsque vous remettez le cadre en place, placez une rainure vers le bas et fixez-le).

c. Insérer les leviers fournis avec

l’appareil dans les rainures des deux côtés de l’appareil comme indiqué sur la figure jusqu’à ce que vous entendiez un déclic. En tirant sur les leviers, vous pourrez retirer l’appareil du tableau de bord.

1. Choisir une position où les trous pour les vis du support et les trous pour les vis de l’appareil principal coïncident puis fixer les vis sur 2 points de chaque côté.

ATTENTION

• NE PAS introduire la façade par le côté gauche. Dans le cas contraire, elle peut s’endommager.

• La façade peut facilement être endommagée par les chocs. Une fois retirée, placez la façade dans un étui de protection et faites attention à ne pas la faire tomber ou lui causer des chocs importants.

• Lorsque la touche de libération est appuyée et que la façade est déverrouillée, les vibrations du véhicule peuvent la faire tomber. Pour éviter d’endommager la façade, conservez-la toujours dans un étui de protection après l’avoir détachée.

• Le connecteur arrière qui relie l’appareil principal à la façade est une pièce extrêmement importante. Faites attention à ne pas l’endommager en appuyant dessus avec les ongles, un stylo, un tournevis, etc.

1. Fixer d’abord la façade sur le côté droit (point B de l’appareil principal en contact avec le point A de la façade). (Comme indiqué sur le schéma).

2. Appuyez ensuite sur le côté gauche de la façade vers l’appareil principal jusqu’à ce que vous entendiez un déclic.

Remarque:

Si la façade est sale, essuyez-la avec un chiffon doux et sec uniquement. Utilisez un morceau de coton imbibé d’alcool d’isopropyle pour nettoyer la prise à l’arrière de la façade.

• MODE PRIORITY

Quand un USB ou une SD/MMC est inséré, l’appareil passe automatiquement en mode USB ou SD/MMC, peu importe le mode qu’est l’appareil. En mode USB ou SD/MMC, si le USB ou SD/MMC est enlevé, l’appareil repasse automatiquement en mode radio.

AUX INPUT

Branchez le signal externe à la prise AUX située en façade de l’appareil, puis appuyez sur la touche mode pour sélectionner le mode Aux. Appuyez à nouveau sur la touche Mode pour annuler le mode Aux et revenir au mode précédent.

BOUTON RESET

Le bouton RESET est placé sur l’appareil principal (comme montré sur le schéma). En appuyant verticalement avec la pointe d’un stylo ou d’un objet métallique vous l’enclenchez. La touche RESET doit être activée pour les raisons suivantes :

• Installation initiale de l’unité à l’issue du câblage.

• Toutes les touches sont bloquées.

• Symbole d’erreur à l’affichage.

Remarque: Si vous appuyez sur RESET, l’appareil ne marche toujours pas, utilisez du coton imbibé d’isopropanol pour nettoyer la prise à l’arrière du tableau de commande.

Appuyez sur ce bouton pour choisir les réglages suivants d’égaliseur (EQ) :

FLAT->CLASSICS->POP M->ROCK M->DSP OFF

En mode DSP OFF, EQ est contrôlé par le réglage des graves et des aigus.

15) BOUTON BANDE / CONTOUR (BAND/LOUD)

Appuyez sur ce bouton pour actionner ou désactiver le contour. Avec le contour en marche, l’écran montre « loud on » pendant quelques secondes.

Cela sert à indiquer la force du signal de la station émise à ce moment. En mode RADIO, cela est montré sur l’écran.

10) STOCKAGE AUTO MÉMOIRE/ BALAYAGE PRÉDÉFINI (AS/PS)

1. BALAYAGE PRÉDÉFINI : Appuyez vite sur AS/PS pour entrer en mode de balayage prédéfini. Cela examine toutes les stations prédéfinies en mémoire. Vous pouvez écouter chacune d’elle pendant 5 secondes.

2. STOCKAGE AUTO MÉMOIRE : Appuyez longtemps sur AS/PS pour entrer en mode de stockage automatique. Cela examine automatiquement la bande actuelle et introduit les 6 stations les plus fortes dans les 6 mémoires prédéfinies. Pour arrêter Stockage auto & balayage, appuyez sur AS/PS de nouveau.

7) BOUTONS STATION PRÉDÉFINIE (M1-M6)

1. Appuyez sur ces boutons rapidement pour rappeler les stations enregistrées sur la bande choisie.

2. Prédéfinition manuelle des stations. Appuyez sur BAND pour choisir la bande de la station à prédéfinir.Utilisez Réglage avt/arr. pour régler les stations à prédéfinir. Appuyez sur Preset là où vous voulez garder la station pendant au moins 2 secondes. Le numéro de prédéfinition s’affiche avec un bip, ce qui indique que la station est bien enregistrée dans la mémoire.

15) BOUTON BANDE / CONTOUR (BAND/LOUD)

C’est un bouton a double fonction. Appuyez un peu sur ce bouton pour changer entre FM1, FM2, FM3 et les bandes AM/MW. Appuyez longtemps pour dés/activer la fonction Contour.

8) BOUTONS RÉGLAGE/ RECHERCHE AVT ET RÉGLAGE/ RECHERCHE ARR.

1. Appuyez sur ces boutons rapidement pour activer le mode de réglage RECHERCHE AUTO, la radio se règle vers l’avant ou l’arrière jusqu’à la prochaine station de cette fréquence.

2. Appuyez sur ces boutons plus de 2 secondes, et vous serez en RECHERCHE MANUELLE, où la fréquence de réglage avance rapidement en avant ou arrière lorsque le bouton est enclenché. Si les boutons ne sont pas enclenchés en 3 secondes, on revient au mode de recherche automatique.
