Die Informationen in dieser Anleitung richten sich an folgende Personen‐

Für Personen, die nicht über die o. a. Ausbildung bzw. Qualifikation ver‐
fügen, sind Montage, Installation und gegebenenfalls Wartung dieses

2.1 Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung

2.1.1 Einsatzbereiche

Viega Systempresswerkzeuge sind speziell für die Verarbeitung der
Viega Presssysteme entwickelt und darauf abgestimmt worden. Bei Ver‐
wendung für Systeme anderer Hersteller kann Viega keine Gewährleis‐
tung übernehmen.

Nehmen Sie Ihre Sorgfaltspflicht wahr und folgen Sie diesen
Pflegehinweisen. Dadurch erzielen Sie eine höchstmögliche
Funktionssicherheit zwischen den Wartungsintervallen.
Generell gilt: Sicherheit durch Wartung. Bei Nichtbefolgung
kann keine Verantwortung für Personenschäden über‐
nommen werden.

3 Handhabung

3.1 Transport und Lagerung

n Presswerkzeuge nach der Verwendung säubern und leicht einölen.
n Presswerkzeuge sauber und trocken lagern.
n Presswerkzeuge beim Transport vor mechanischen Einwirkungen

schützen.

3.2 Pflege und Wartung

3.2.1 Kontrollen durchführen

Für einen störungsfreien Betrieb regelmäßig Kontrollen durchführen:

Nach jedem Gebrauch die Presskontur der Pressbacken, -ketten
und -ringe sowie die Kugelköpfe der Gelenkzugbacken und die
Ansatzpunkte der Pressringe auf Schäden oder sichtbare Abnut‐
zungen prüfen.

Die Pressbacken und Pressringe auf Leichtgängigkeit prüfen.
Eine Probepressung mit eingelegtem Pressverbinder ausführen und

die Pressstelle auf Gratbildung prüfen.

Bei Störungen kontaktieren Sie einen autorisierten Servicepartner.

Presswerkzeuge reinigen

Anwendung und Pflege sollten von Fachleuten unter Beach‐
tung der Service-Intervalle erfolgen.

Presskonturen der Pressbacken, Pressringe und Pressketten regel‐
mäßig mit feiner Stahlwolle oder Reinigungsvlies säubern, um Abla‐
gerungen zu entfernen und Korrosion zu vermeiden (z B. mit Viega
Reinigungsvlies, Artikelnummer 104 412).

Die Gelenke und die beweglichen Bauteile mit Pflegeöl (Artikel‐
nummer 667 924) behandeln. Werkzeuge und Gelenke beim
Abschmieren bewegen.

Die Wartung alle zwei Jahre von einem zugelassenen Servicepartner

3.2.3 Inspektion und Wartung

Viega empfiehlt, die Systempressbacken, -ketten und -ringe regelmäßig
von einem Servicepartner überprüfen zu lassen. Hierbei werden Ver‐
schleißteile ausgetauscht, Presskonturen nachgearbeitet und die Sys‐
tempressbacken, -ketten und -ringe neu eingestellt.

Seit 2012 erhalten die Viega Systempressbacken schrittweise einen
Wartungsaufkleber, der den nächsten empfohlenen Wartungstermin
anzeigt. Das Beispiel zeigt, dass der nächste Wartungstermin im 1.
Quartal 2021 ansteht. Der Viega Servicepartner wird nach erfolgter War‐
tung einen neuen Aufkleber anbringen.

2 Product information

2.1 Intended use

2.1.1 Areas of use

Viega system press tools have been specifically designed for and
adapted to the installation of the Viega press connector systems. If sys‐
tems by other manufacturers are used, Viega cannot provide any war‐
ranties.

Please fulfil your duty of care and follow these care instruc‐
tions. In this way, you achieve maximum functional safety
between the maintenance intervals. The general principle
"safety through maintenance" applies. If the advice is not
followed, no responsibility for personal injury can be
accepted.

3 Handling

3.1 Transport and storage

n After use, clean the press tools and oil them lightly.
n Store the press tools in a clean and dry place.
n Protect the press tools from mechanical impact during transport.

3.2 Care and maintenance

3.2.1 Performing checks

For trouble-free operation, perform checks in regular intervals:

After every use, check the press contour of the press jaws, press
chains and press rings as well as the ball heads of the hinged
adapter jaws and the contact points of the press rings for damage
or visible wear.

3.2.2

Check the press jaws and press rings for smooth operation.
Carry out a test pressing with the press connector inserted, and

check the pressing point for formation of burrs.

In case of malfunctions, contact an authorised service partner.

Cleaning the press tools

Application and care should be carried out by specialists in
compliance with the servicing intervals.

Regularly clean the press contours of the press jaws, press rings
and press chains with fine steel wool or cleaning fleece to remove
deposits and avoid contamination (e.g. with Viega cleaning fleece,
article no. 104 412).

Lubricate the joints and moving components with maintenance oil
(article no. 667 924). Move the tools and joints while lubricating
them.

3.2.3 Inspection and maintenance

Viega recommends to have the system press jaws, chains, and rings
regularly by a service partner. During the procedure, wear parts are
replaced, press jaw contours are revised and the system press jaws,
chains and rings are reset.

Since 2012, the Viega system press jaws have been provided with
maintenance stickers which show the next recommended inspection
date. In the example, the next maintenance date is due in the 1st
quarter of 2021. After completed maintenance, the Viega service partner
will apply a new sticker.

2 Informace o výrobku

2.1 Použití v souladu se stanovením výrobce

2.1.1 Oblasti použití

Systémové lisovací nástroje Viega byly speciálně vyvinuté pro zpraco‐
vání lisovacích spojovacích systémů Viega a byly s nimi sladěny. Při
použití pro systémy jiných výrobců nemůže Viega převzít žádnou
záruku.

Dodržujte prosím povinnou péči a řiďte se těmito pokyny k
ošetřování. Docílíte tím maximální možnou funkční bezpeč‐

3 Manipulace

3.1 Přeprava a skladování

n po použití lisovací nářadí vyčistěte a lehce naolejujte.
n skladujte lisovací nářadí v suchu a čistotě.
n při přepravě chraňte lisovací nářadí před mechanickými vlivy.

3.2 Péče a údržba

3.2.1 Provádění kontrol

Pro bezporuchový provoz provádějte pravidelné kontroly:

Manipulace

Po každém použití zkontrolujte lisovací obrys lisovacích čelistí,
řetězů a lisovacích prstenců a kulové hlavy tažných kloubových
čelistí a určené body lisovacích prstenců ohledně poškození nebo
viditelného opotřebení.

3.2.2

Při poruchách kontaktujte autorizovaného servisního partnera.

Čištění lisovacího nářadí

Kontrolujte lehký chod lisovacích čelistí a lisovacích prstenců.
Proveďte zkušební lisování s vloženou lisovací spojkou a zkontro‐

lujte místo lisování ohledně vytvořených otřepů.

Používání a ošetřování by měli provádět odborníci při
dodržování servisních intervalů.

Pravidelně čistěte lisovací obrysy lisovacích čelistí, lisovacích
prstenců a lisovacích řetězů jemnou ocelovou vlnou nebo čisticím
rounem, aby se odstranily usazeniny a předešlo se korozi (např.
pomocí čisticího rouna Viega, číslo artiklu 104 412).

Klouby a pohyblivé komponenty ošetřete ošetřujícím olejem (číslo
artiklu 667 924). Při mazání pohybujte nářadím a klouby.

Servisní partneři

Viega doporučuje nechat provádět pravidelné kontroly systémových
lisovacích čelistí, řetězů a prstenců servisním partnerem. Přitom budou
vyměněny opotřebitelné díly, opraveny lisovací obrysy a systémové liso‐
vací čelisti, řetězy a prstence budou znovu seřízeny.

Od roku 2012 jsou systémové lisovací čelisti Viega postupně
opatřovány nálepkou o údržbě, která ukazuje další doporučený termín
údržby. Na příkladu je příští termín údržby 1. čtvrtletí 2021. Po prove‐
dení údržby Vám servisní partner Viega připevní na čelisti novou
nálepku.

obraťte na servisního partnera ve své zemi.

Udfør regelmæssige kontroller for at opnå en fejlfri drift:

Kontroller efter hver brug presbakkernes preskontur, preskæder og ­ringe samt trækbakkernes kuglehoveder og presringenes påsæt‐
ningspunkter for skader og synlig slitage.

Kontroller, at presbakkerne og presringene går let.
Udfør en prøvepresning med isat presfitting, og kontroller presse‐

stedet for gratdannelse.

Kontakt en autoriseret servicepartner i tilfælde af fejl.

Rengøring af presværktøjer

Rengør regelmæssigt presbakkernes preskonturer, presringe og
preskæder med fin ståluld eller med en renseklud for at fjerne aflej‐
ringer og undgå korrosion (f.eks. med en Viega renseklud, artikel‐
nummer 104 412).

Behandel leddene og de bevægelige komponenter med olie til pleje
(artikelnummer 667 924). Bevæg værktøjer og led, mens de smøres.

Viega anbefalder regelmæssigt at lade en servicepartner kontrollere
systempresbakkerne, -kæderne og -ringene. I den forbindelse udskiftes
sliddele, preskonturer korrigeres, og systempresbakkerne, -kæderne og

-ringene indstilles igen.
Siden 2012 er Viega systempresbakker løbende blevet forsynet med en

serviceklistermærkat, der viser det næste anbefalede vedligeholdelses‐
tidspunkt. Eksemplet viser, at det næste vedligeholdelsestidspunkt er i

1. kvartal 2021. Viega servicepartneren anbringer et nyt mærkat efter
vedligeholdelsen.

2.1 Uso previsto

2.1.1 Ámbitos de aplicación

Las máquinas de prensar del sistema de Viega se han diseñado espe‐
cialmente para trabajar con los sistemas de conectores de prensado de
Viega, y están especialmente adaptadas a ellos. Viega no puede ofrecer
garantías si se utilizan para sistemas de otros fabricantes.

Hágase cargo de su responsabilidad y tenga en cuenta las
presentes indicaciones de mantenimiento. Así podrá contar
con la máxima seguridad funcional entre los intervalos de
mantenimiento. Por lo general, se puede aplicar el lema: el
mantenimiento garantiza la seguridad. La inobservancia nos
exime de responsabilidad en caso de lesiones.

3 Manejo

3.1 Transporte y almacenamiento

n Después de usarlas, limpie siempre las herramientas de prensado, y

engráselas ligeramente.

n Almacene las herramientas de prensado limpias y secas.
n Durante el transporte, proteja las herramientas de prensado de los

agentes mecánicos.

3.2 Mantenimiento y cuidados

3.2.1 Controles

Para garantizar un funcionamiento sin averías, el producto se debe
someter a controles periódicos:

Tras cada uso, revise el contorno de compresión de las mordazas,
de las cadenas y de los anillos de prensado. Compruebe, además,
si los cabezales redondos de las mordazas articuladas y los puntos
de apoyo de los anillos de prensar presentan daños o desgaste
visible.

Compruebe si las mordazas de prensado y los anillos de prensar
funcionan con suavidad.

Lleve a cabo un prensado de prueba con un conector de prensado
colocado y compruebe si la zona en que se ha llevado a cabo el
prensado presenta rebabas.

Si detectara averías, póngase en contacto con un socio de servicio
autorizado.

Limpiar las herramientas de prensado

La utilización y los cuidados deben ser realizados siempre
por expertos que respeten los intervalos de servicio.

Limpie regularmente, con lana de acero fina o con una esponja de
limpieza, los contornos de compresión de las mordazas de pren‐
sado, los anillos de prensar y las cadenas de prensar, para retirar la
suciedad acumulada y para evitar la corrosión (utilice, p ej., la
esponja de limpieza de Viega, n.º de art. 104 412).

Trate las articulaciones y los componentes móviles con aceite para
mantenimiento (n.º de art. 667 924). Mueva las herramientas y las
articulaciones mientras las engrasa.

INFORMACIÓN: Consulte, a este respecto, las ilustraciones
del capítulo Ä “Lubricar los puntos de lubricación de las herra‐
mienta de prensado” en la página 10.

Encargue el mantenimiento, cada dos años, a un socio de servicio
homologado (véase Ä Capítulo 3.3 “Socios de servicio”
en la página 12).

3.2.3 Inspección y mantenimiento

Viega recomienda mandar las mordazas, las cadenas y los anillos de
sistema regularmente a un socio de servicio para que los revise.
Durante este procedimiento, se cambian piezas de desgaste, se
retocan contornos de prensado y se ajustan las mordazas, las cadenas
y los anillos de sistema.

Desde 2012, se ha introducido paulatinamente el uso de un adhesivo en
las mordazas de sistema de Viega en el que figura la fecha recomen‐
dada para el próximo mantenimiento. En el caso del ejemplo, el adhe‐
sivo indica que el próximo mantenimiento se debe llevar a cabo el
primer trimestre de 2021. El socio de servicio de Viega colocará una
nueva etiqueta una vez realizado el mantenimiento.

2 Tuotetiedot

2.1 Määräysten mukainen käyttö

2.1.1 Käyttöalueet

Viega-puristusjärjestelmätyökalut on kehitetty erityisesti Viega-puristus‐
järjestelmien työstöön ja sovitettu siihen. Viega ei voi antaa takuuta
muiden valmistajien järjestelmiä käytettäessä.

Noudata huolenpitovelvollisuuttasi ja noudata näitä hoito­ohjeita. Näin saavutetaan suurin mahdollinen toimintavar‐
muus huoltovälien välillä. Yleisesti on voimassa: Huollon

3 Käsittely

3.1 Kuljetus ja varastointi

n Puhdista puristustyökalut käytön jälkeen ja öljyä ne kevyesti.
n Varastoi puristustyökalut puhtaassa ja kuivassa paikassa.
n Suojaa puristustyökaluja kuljetuksessa mekaanisilta vaikutuksilta.

3.2 Hoito ja huolto

3.2.1 Tarkastusten suorittaminen

Suorita säännölliset tarkastukset häiriöttömän toiminnan varmistami‐
seksi:

Tarkasta jokaisen käytön jälkeen puristusleukojen, -ketjujen ja -ren‐
kaiden puristusmuoto sekä välileukojen pallopäät ja puristusren‐
kaiden kosketuskohdat vaurioiden tai näkyvien kulumien varalta.

Tarkasta puristusleukojen ja puristusrenkaiden helppokulkuisuus.
Suorita testipuristus puristusliitin asetettuna ja tarkasta puristus‐

kohta jäysteenmuodostuksen varalta.

Jos havaitset häiriöitä, ota yhteyttä valtuutettuun huoltokumppaniin.

Puristustyökalujen puhdistaminen

Ammattihenkilöiden tulisi suorittaa käyttö ja hoito huoltovä‐
lejä noudattaen.

Puhdista puristusleukojen, puristusrenkaiden ja puristusketjujen
puristusmuodot säännöllisesti hienolla teräsvillalla tai puhdistusvil‐
lalla poistaaksesi kertymät ja välttääksesi korroosion (esim. Viega­puhdistusvillalla, tuotenumero 104 412).

Käsittele nivelet ja liikkuvat rakenneosat hoitoöljyllä (tuotenu‐
mero 667 924). Liikuta työkaluja ja niveliä voideltaessa.

Huoltokumppani

Viega suosittelee puristusjärjestelmäleukojen, -ketjujen ja -renkaiden
antamista säännöllisesti huoltokumppanin tarkastettavaksi. Tällöin vaih‐
detaan kuluvat osat, muokataan puristusmuotoa ja puristusjärjestelmä‐
leuat, -ketjut ja -renkaat säädetään uudelleen.

Vuodesta 2012 lähtien Viega-puristusjärjestelmäleukoihin kiinnitetään
vaiheittain huoltotarra, josta näkyy seuraava suositeltu huoltoajankohta.
Esimerkissä näkyy, että seuraava huoltoaika on vuoden 2021 1. vuosi‐
neljänneksellä. Viega-huoltokumppani kiinnittää uuden tarran suoritetun
huollon jälkeen.

Käänny Viega-järjestelmäpuristustyökalujen huoltoa ja korjausta varten
maasi huoltokumppanin puoleen.

Les outils de sertissage Viega ont été spécialement conçus et adaptés
pour la mise en œuvre des systèmes de raccords à sertir Viega. En cas
d'utilisation pour des systèmes provenant d'autres fabricants, Viega
décline toute responsabilité.

Veuillez respecter votre devoir de diligence et observez ces
consignes d'entretien. C'est ainsi que vous obtiendrez une
sécurité de fonctionnement maximale entre les intervalles de
maintenance. Règle générale : maintenance égale sécurité.

3 Manipulation

3.1 Transport et stockage

n Nettoyer les outils de sertissage après l'utilisation et les huiler légère‐

ment.

n Stocker les outils de sertissage dans un endroit propre et sec.
n Protéger les outils de sertissage des influences mécaniques pendant

le transport.

3.2 Entretien et maintenance

3.2.1 Procéder à des contrôles

Procéder régulièrement à des contrôles pour un service sans incident :

Après chaque utilisation, vérifier le contour de sertissage des
mâchoires à sertir, des chaînes à sertir et des anneaux de sertissage
ainsi que les têtes sphériques des mâchoires articulées et les points
de contact des anneaux de sertissage afin de s'assurer qu'ils ne
présentent ni dommages ni usure visible.

Contrôler la facilité de manœuvre des mâchoires à sertir et des
anneaux de sertissage.

Réaliser un sertissage d'essai avec un raccord à sertir inséré et véri‐
fier que l'emplacement de sertissage ne présente pas de bavures.

En cas de dysfonctionnement, contactez un partenaire de service auto‐
risé.

Nettoyer les outils de sertissage

L'application et l'entretien doivent être effectués par du per‐
sonnel spécialisé dans le respect des intervalles de service.

Nettoyer les contours de sertissage des mâchoires à sertir, des
anneaux de sertissage et des chaînes à sertir à intervalles réguliers à
l'aide de paille de fer fine ou d'un tampon de nettoyage afin d'éli‐
miner les dépôts et d'éviter la corrosion (par ex. à l'aide d'un
tampon de nettoyage Viega, référence 104 412).

Traiter les articulations et les composants mobiles à l'huile d'entre‐
tien (référence 667 924). Bouger les outils et les articulations lors de
la lubrification.

tous les deux ans (voir Ä Chapitre 3.3 »Partenaires de service«
à la page 12).

3.2.3 Inspection et maintenance

Viega recommande de faire vérifier les mâchoires à sertir, les chaînes à
sertir et les anneaux de sertissage par un partenaire de service à inter‐
valles réguliers. Dans ce cadre, les pièces d'usure sont remplacées, les
contours de sertissage sont repris et les mâchoires à sertir, les chaînes
à sertir et les anneaux de sertissage sont réajustés.

Depuis 2012, les mâchoires à sertir Viega sont progressivement équi‐
pées de vignettes de maintenance indiquant la prochaine échéance de
maintenance. L'exemple montre que la prochaine échéance de mainte‐
nance se présente au 1er trimestre 2021. Une fois la maintenance ter‐
minée, le partenaire de service Viega apposera une nouvelle vignette.

3.3

à la maintenance et à la réparation des outils de sertissage Viega.
