INSTALLATION TIPS

If the camera is to be mounted
outdoors, or in hot, humid, or otherwise
harsh environments, a secondary enclosure
should be used.

Controls

TDN (True Day/Night Feature)

The TDN feature functions automatically to
reduce noise and add sensitivity at low
light levels. A solenoid triggers to remove
the IR cut filter. The color camera switches
to a monochrome mode to optimize low
light level performance.

BACK FOCUS ADJUSTMENT

Adjust the back focus only if the lens is not
operating within its specified focal range
(i.e. 1.0m ~ infinity).

1. Loosen the two allen head screws on
the lens collar using a allen key (not
provided).

2. To properly back focus the lens, turn
the back focus ring counter clockwise
to reduce the focal point, or clockwise
to increase the focal point, until the
desired focus is attained.

3. Tighten the two allen head screws with
a allen key (not provided).

BNC connector for composite video (CVBS)
signal output.

2. A-IRIS - Auto Iris Connector

This camera works with a DC auto iris lens
or a video lens. Please refer to the pin
assignment when connecting the auto iris
lens.

B. White Balance

ON

(AWC) – for light source below 2500K and
over 9500K color temp.

(ATW) - for light source between 2500K and
over 9500K of fluorescent lamp or
incandescent light

C. Flicker

Correct screen flickering tha t occurs when positioned
under fluorescent lights that use a 50Hz power supply
frequency.

F. ALC

If the en tire image is t oo dark or b right, or th e backlight
compensation is not correct even aft er it is set “ON”, you
need to adjust the ALC level.

(LOW)

Closes the lens iris, making the entire image
darker

(HIGH)

Opens the lens iris, making the entire image
brighter
