of one year from the date of purchase to be free from defects in material
and workmanship. If your multi-tool has a manufacturer’s defect covered
by our warranty, we will, at our option, either repair or replace the
GolfTool, without charge, within a reasonable time after the GolfTool
is returned to a Victorinox Authorized Dealer or sent to:

A damaged multi-tool not covered by the warranty can be repaired
for a nominal fee. Please return the damaged multi-tool with a letter
explaining the requested repair, to the above address. You will then
receive a letter confirming the cost of that repair before the repair
is done. Mail form with check, money order or credit card information
or call our customer service number to give approval with credit
card number.
