SAFETY INFORMATION (All Models)
> This machine should only be used by trained operators.
> Do not use this machine unless it is in a safe condition.
> Check the cable & plug for damage before use, and if necessary, replace with VICTOR approved cable from our agents or direct.
> Always work within the cable length to avoid cable stress or damage.
> Check the voltage shown on the serial number plate is suitable for supply available.
> The maximum r.m.s. acceleration value of any VICTOR Machine which operators arms are subjected to =1.5m/s².
> The materials used to manufacture this machine are susceptible to damage from petroleum based liquids. Therefore using this machine to pick up this type of liquid will invalidate the warranty.

Instructions for DRY cleaning
Before using, release the clips for holding on the vacuum head. Lift out and make
sure the cloth filter is in position. Replace the head and clips.
1) Attach Hose Assembly and Floor Tool/Crevice Tool.
> Insert grooved end of hose into the canister inlet by pushing until you hear it click.
> Attach the Extension Tubes together.
> Attach one end of the Extension Tubes to the free end of the Hose Assembly
> Push the free end of the Extension Tubes into the required Tool.
IMPORTANT:
When DRY cleaning never use the machine without the cloth filter in position. Keep
the cloth filter clear by regular emptying of the canister and shaking the filter cloth. A
clogged filter reduces the air flow and the efficiency is impaired, causing the motor
temperature to rise.
Instructions for WET pick-up (WD30 / WD60 Models Only)
Before using, release the clips for holding on the vacuum head. Lift out and make
sure the CLOTH FILTER IS REMOVED. Ensure that the float moves freely in its
guides.

WV35
1) Attach Hose Assembly and Squeegee Floor Tool/Crevice Tool.
> Screw end of hose assembly firmly into the intake radius.
> Attach the Extension Tubes together.
> Attach one end of the Extension Tubes to the free end of the Hose Assembly
> Push the free end of the Extension Tubes into the Floor Tool.
DRY VACUUM OPTION
This model can be converted to a dry vacuum cleaner with the insertion of the T ool
Kit for Dry Use part number AYK1008. The kit consists of a Dry filter and Filter Bag
(Which is inserted into the main tank) and a selection of Floor Tools.
WV35N
1) Attach Hose Assembly and Squeegee Assembly.
> Screw end of hose assembly firmly into the intake radius.
> Push other end of hose onto the intake hole of the Squeegee Assembly .
> Lock the Squeegee Assembly into position on the Squeegee Foot pedal
assembly by locking the slotted forks under the 2 knobs located on the top of
the Squeegee Assembley.
> The Squeegee height can be set by rotating the adjusting knob at the rear of
the Squeegee Assembly.
WANDERING HOSE KIT OPTION
This model can be fitted with a Wandering Hose and Wand as per the WV35 model
part number AYK1009. The kit consists of a Hose, Steel Wand, Crevice Nozzle and
Squeegee Tool.

2) Handle Assembly
> Lift the handle so that its fixing holes line up with the fixing holes in the main tank.
> Screw the Handle Adjustment Knob through the fixing holes.
3) Operate the machine.
> Plug the machine into an appropriate power supply outlet.
> Move On/Off switch to the on position.
> Push or pull the machine over the area that is to be vacuumed.

4) Empty the Full Main Tank.
> A change in the motor sound will be heard when the 35 litre Main Tank is full.
> When this is heard, switch off machine and remove plug from outlet socket.
> The machine can be emptied by releasing the liquid through the drainage hose or by removing the power head.
WD30 / WD60 (Cont’d)
The float will rise when the level of the water reaches 20L (WD30) / 55L (WD60)
and will cut off the air flow. The float will not return until the vacuum is switched
off and the canister of water is emptied. Replace the head and clips.

IMPORTANT:
Leaving the tank in a dirty condition after use for wet pick-up not only causes bad
smells but could with the right ingredients, generate an inflammable gas.
Only deposit soiled water or solution into safe , suitable approved locations.

Wires in the mains lead are coloured in accordance with the following code: Green and Yellow = Earth (This is connected to terminal E)
Blue = Neutral (This is connected to terminal N)
Brown = Live (This is connected to terminal L)
VICTOR STANDARD WARRANTY CONDITIONS
With the exception of Distributors, this warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product from Dowding & Plummer Ltd.,(The Company) for the following periods:
Vacuum Cleaners – Motors 2 Years, all other components 1 Year Rotary Floor Machines – Motors 2 Years, all other components 1 Year Scrubber Driers – Control Unit and Tanks 2 Years, all other components 1 Year Carpet Extractors / Battery Burnishers / Ride On Scrubber Driers – 1Year Other Specialist Machines – 1 Year
This warranty excludes normal maintenance parts and consumables such as hoses, filters, drive belts, floor tools, cables, capacitors, relays, skirts and pads etc. that are considered replaceable during the normal working life of the machine. This list is not exhaustive.
The warranty period commences from the date the goods are purchased by the user.
All warranty claims must be processed through the Distributor from whom the
equipment was purchased.
The Distributor will be responsible for the service, maintenance and repairs during the
warranty period.
The Distributor will co-operate with the purchaser throughout the warranty claims
procedure and will arrange any necessary repairs using genuine Victor parts.
If the original Distributor is no longer available to fulfil his obligations, or if you did not
make your original purchase through a dist ributor, the Company should be contacted and given details of proof of purchase and full details of the claim in order that the claim may be processed without delay.
Any warranty claim can only relate to the specific part that is proven to be at fault and
for which a replacement will be supplied but cannot be extended to constitute a claim against the complete appliance.
The Company will supply the Distributor with any warranty parts required subject to the
claim being validated after return of the faulty items in accordance with the Company's Conditions of Sale.
All replacement parts are guaranteed for a period of 6 months.
Claims will not be accepted if they are the result of fair wear and tear, misuse or abuse
of any kind, acts of God, damage in transit other than original product delivery, failure due to lack of proper care or maintenance or failure to comply with safety guidance.
No replacement will be given unless the appropriate evidence of the validity of the
claim has been provided to the satisfaction of the Company.
The Company reserves the right to charge for any unnecessary work carried out as a
result of an invalid claim.
No variation to this warranty may be made or implied by any member of the Company, its Distributors or representatives unless such variation is in writing and authorised by the Company.
