1. This appliance is designed for private, domestic use only. No responsibility is accepted for damage resulting from use non-compatible with the instructions.
2. The appliance is not intended to be used in the following applications, and the guarantee will not apply for:
Any commercial use. Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments. Farm houses. By clients in hotels, motels and other residential, bed and breakfast type
environments.
3. This appliance is used only for mixing and blending pieces of food.
4. The appliance is only intended to be used indoors and not outdoors.
5. Do not operate the appliance if the power cord shows any signs of damage. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be repaired by a qualified person in order to avoid a hazard. Improper repairs may place the user at serious risk.
6. Always handle the power cord with care. Do not pull or strain the power cord. The power cord may never be folded or pinched. Always pull the plug to disconnect the power cord, never pull the cord to disconnect it.
7. Do not use the cord as a handle.
8. Do not let the cord wedged between a closed door.
9. Do not pull the cord near sharp corners.
10. Do not let the cable resting on a hot surface or hanging on the edge of the table.
11. Do not use any accessories not recommended by the manufacturer. It may cause injury and device destruction.

14. Do not place the appliance on or near a microwave oven, electric oven, gas oven or washing machine.
15. Keep the appliance away from flammable objects or other heat source.

17. The socket must be easily accessible at any time to ensure that the unit can be disconnected quickly from the electricity supply.
18. Never use the appliance near a swimming pool, or any other place with humidity and high temperature.
19. The appliance should not be exposed to extreme weather conditions (rain, etc.) or any wet conditions.
20. Do not place or store the appliance where it can fall or be pulled into a tub of sink.
21. Always leave enough space around the device when it is in use among other items. Do not place the device near flammable materials.

23. Do not use while you are in contact with water.
24. Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquids.
25. Do not touch an appliance that has fallen into water. Just pull the plug off.
26. Do not turn on the appliance when the bowl is empty (without any ingredients).
27. Never overfill the mixing bowl, to avoid overflowing during mixing and unnecessary loading of the motor.
28. Do not drop or insert any objects into any opening.
29. Do not place knives, metal spoons, forks or spatulas etc. into the mixing bowl when operating.
30. Never contact moving parts (Dough Hook, Beater, Whisk) with your fingers or any other objects (hair, clothes, cooking utensils, knives etc.) when the appliance is connected to the power supply.
31. Do not touch any part of the device, other than the control switch when you use the appliance as there is a risk of injury.
32. Always make sure that all accessories (beater / whisk / dough hook, bowl, lid for bowl) are properly installed and locked in position before you use the appliance. Never use the appliance if all parts are not installed properly. If any part of the appliance is damaged, be sure to replace it before using again the appliance.
33. Do not move the appliance when it is operating.
34. The device should always be disconnected from the mains when not in use. Always switch OFF (“0” position) and unplug the appliance if it is not in use before moving, cleaning, when changing fittings and storing it.
35. Before disconnecting the device from the socket, set the control switch in position ”0”.
36. Please note that the device is powered up when connected to the power supply, even when the control switch is in position ”0”.
37. The device should be used only by adults.
38. Keep the appliance away from children. Children must be under supervision when they are near the device.
39. The device is not a toy. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
40. Always supervise the device when it is in use.
41. The appliance should only be stored indoors in a dry place away from moisture and high or very low temperature. Avoid direct exposure under ultraviolet.
42. Always make sure the appliance is clean and dry before storing it.
43. Do not store the appliance while it is still warm.

BEFORE USE
1. Ensure the packaging of this appliance is disposed of properly as all materials
are recyclable.
2. Keep plastic bags away from babies and children.
3. After you remove the device from its packing, clean it with a damp cloth.
4. Never put the appliance under running water in order to clean it.
5. Wash all detachable parts (beater, whisk, dough hook, bowl, lid for bowl) with
warm, soapy water using a dish cloth after you uninstall them from the appliance. Rinse thoroughly to remove any soapy residue. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. Do not put the accessories in dish washer machine or disinfector machine.
6. Place the appliance on a flat, stable and dry surface.
7. Before using the device unfold the cord completely and make sure that it does
not show any signs of damage.
8. Ensure that the main voltage rating of your power supply corresponds to the
voltage requirements of the appliance.
9. Make sure that all parts of the device are properly mounted before using the
appliance.
10. Do not switch the appliance if any of the detachable parts (beater / whisk /
dough hook, bowl, lid for bowl) is not properly installed and locked in position.
11. If you notice that there is a little smell or smoke going out of the appliance
during the first use, do not worry, it is normal.
WARNING! Do not use the device for more than 5-6 minutes continuously. Be sure to always do a pause of 10 minutes between each use. If you use the device for more than 3 times, a break is necessary to allow the unit to cool.
When mixing heavy types of dough etc. the machine must not run for more than 4 minutes continuously at a time. In these cases, after each use (of 4 minutes) the appliance must be turned off and let cool down for 10 minutes.
WARNING! Let hot ingredients cool down before you mix them.

INSTALLING & UNINSTALLING OF ACCESSORIES
Please follow the instructions below in order to install or uninstall the accessories.
Procedure for Installing the accessories (preparing the appliance for use):
Install the accessories and prepare the appliance for use according to the following details:
1. Make sure that the appliance is NOT connected to the power supply and the control switch (2) is in position “0”.
2. Press the release button (4) in order for the mixer head (1) to be lifted.
3. Install the mixing bowl: Position the mixing bowl (5) in the bowl bracket (6) and turn it clockwise until it is firmly attached and locked in position.
4. Install the lid for the bowl: Position the lid (8) in position (as the photo) so that the sign “” (located on the lid) is opposite the sign “ ” (located on the head) and turn the lid (8) clockwise in order to get it opposite of the sign “ ” (located on the head) and the lid is locked in position.

5. Install the mixing accessory: Choose the accessory (7) you need (beater 7.1 / whisk 7.2 / dough hook 7.3) and mount it on the coupling for mounting of accessories (3) by pressing the accessory upwards and turning it clockwise to lock and secure it on the coupling.
6. Press the release button (4) and push down the mixer head (1) to be locked in horizontal position.
7. The appliance is now ready for use.
Procedure for uninstalling the accessories:
In order to detach the accessories from the appliance you must first make sure that the appliance is NOT connected to the power supply and the control switch is in position “0” and then follow the steps above in reverse order.

INSTRUCTIONS
Please follow the instructions below in order to use the appliance.
1. Prepare the appliance for use and install all accessories according to the details of paragraph “INSTALLING & UNINSTALLING OF ACCESSORIES” after making sure that the appliance is NOT connected to the power supply and the control switch is in position “0”.
2. Press the release button (4) in order for the mixer head (1) to be lifted.
3. Add the ingredients in the mixing bowl (5).
Make sure not to overfill the bowl. The max quantity is 1,2kg. (example:
800g flour, 400g water)
4. Press the release button (4) and push down the mixer head (1) to be locked in horizontal position.
5. Connect the appliance to the power supply.
6. Switch on the appliance by turning the control switch (2) to the desired speed level (between 1 and 6) or use the “Pulse” function. Always begin the operation of the appliance starting at low speed position
"1" and gradually choose higher speed until you reach the desired level from 1 to 6.
Use the “Pulse” function for short mixing intervals. Keep the switch in
position “P” in order to activate the “pulse” function. As soon as the control switch is released (and let return to position “0”) the appliance
stops working. Please always follow the instructions regarding the speed selection mentioned below.
7. After mixing the ingredients, set the control switch (2) in position “0” and disconnect the appliance from the power supply.
8. Press the release button (4) in order to lift the mixer head (1) to be lifted and remove the mixing accessory (7).
9. Remove the mixing bowl (5) from the bowl bracket (6) by turning it counter­clockwise.
10. Remove the mixture you prepared from the mixing bowl (5).
11. Clean the appliance and accessories according to the instruction of “CLEANING” paragraph.
Attention!
Never try to lift the mixer head (1) while the appliance is in operation. If
for any reason you need to lift the mixer head (1), firstly make sure that you set the control switch (2) in position “0” and disconnect the appliance from the power supply.

Attention!
Never try to mix very hard ingredients. The appliance is not designed for
this kind of use!
Always use the appropriate accessory for the recipe and not any other as
this will cause damage to the appliance and of course the mixing result
will not be as expected. Use the whisk for whipping egg whites, cream and similar. Do not use the whisk for thick mixtures such as dough and mashed
potatoes. Use low level only when dispersing dough! High speed levels can cause
overheating!

Tips for use
First, put all liquid ingredients in the bowl and then add the dry ingredients. Always add ingredients in the bowl as close as possible to the sides and not
directly on the rotating tool.
Switch off the appliance regularly to clean the sides by using a spatula. Mixtures containing large amounts of liquid must be processed at low speed
to avoid splashing.
When mixing thin types of dough, choose the medium speed. When preparing cake mixtures, use speed level 2-3. In order to obtain the
best results, mixing should be processed for the amount of time stated on the package or recipe.
Shortcrust pastry is one of the thickest types of dough, but you can make the
mixing Easier by:
Adding butter or margarine at room temperature.  Adding the ingredients one at a time and mixing the ingredients well
before adding a new ingredient.
Adding one cup of flour at a time.
When whipping egg whites or cream, there should at least be 2 egg whites or
1 cup of cream in the bowl.

TROUBLESHOOTING
If by mistake something gets stuck in the rotating tool, immediately switch off
the appliance and disconnect it from the power supply. Solve the problem by careful removing the object that is stuck in the rotating tool and let the appliance cool down for 5 minutes at least before you use it again.
If the appliance is working in a non-ordinary way, because of incorrect
installation of any part, immediately switch off the appliance and disconnect it from the power supply. Solve the problem by installing the parts in correct way and let the appliance cool down for 5 minutes at least before you use it again.
If the motor is malfunctioning because the amount of mixture in the bowl is
too much, immediately switch off the appliance and disconnect it from the power supply. Solve the problem by reducing the amount of mixture in the bowl and let the appliance cool down for 5 minutes at least before you use it again.
If the motor stopped working as a result of overheating because of overtime
use, switch off the appliance and disconnect it from the power supply. Let the appliance cool down for 30 minutes at least before you use it again.
If for any unknown reason the appliance is working in a non-ordinary way,
immediately switch off the appliance and disconnect it from the power supply. Do not use the appliance before it is repaired by a qualified person.

CLEANING
Clean the appliance each time after use.  Unplug the appliance and let it cool down before you clean it.
Clean the external surface of the appliance with a damp cloth.
Do not put the main unit of the appliance in water, neither rinse it under tap
water or any other liquid.
Do not put the main unit of the appliance in dish washer machine.
Wash all detachable parts (beater, whisk, dough hook, bowl, lid for bowl) with
warm, soapy water using a dish cloth. Rinse thoroughly to remove any soapy residue.
Always make sure to remove detachable parts (beater, whisk, dough hook,
bowl, lid for bowl) from the appliance before washing them.
Do not put the detachable parts (beater, whisk, dough hook, bowl, lid for
bowl) in dish washer machine.
Do not put the detachable parts (beater, whisk, dough hook, bowl, lid for
bowl) in disinfector machine.
Make sure that all parts of the device are completely dry before you
reassemble the device.
Do not use sharp objects, hard brushes or oven cleaners to clean any part of
the device.

Overheat protection
This appliance has a built in overheat protection system, that automatically switches the appliance off in case of overheating. If this occurs, proceed as follows:
1. Switch off the appliance and remove the plug from the power supply.
2. Let the appliance to cool down for about 30 minutes.
3. After the appliance is cooled down now you can switch it on again.
