Product Description
Vibra-Tite 9 51 is a two component, aluminum filled
epoxy f or making molds, patterns, a nd h olding
fixtures. When the t wo components are properly
mixed, t he e poxy c ures at r oom temperature t o a
silvery g rey material t hat ca n b e machined, drilled,
sanded or tapped.

Mixing and Application Instructions
When using Vibra-Tite 951 two-component epoxy, it
is recommended that full units be mixed. Containers
are f illed to s pecific le vels t o m atch t he p rescribed
mix ratio. F or best r esults ad d the hardener to resin
in t he o riginal r esin c ontainer. I f mixing l ess t han
full units, t he r esin side must be mixed be fore
dispensing a s s ettling may o ccur. F or b est r esults
when using less than full container quantities, mixing
by weight is highly recommended. Mix material with
a s patula o r to ngue d epressor with s low motions to
prevent entrapment of air while scraping the sides of
the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture.
Application o f material s hould b e d one a t a mbient
temperatures o f 5 5-90 ° F. At co lder t emperatures,
preheating o f s urfaces i s r equired an d t he material
should b e maintained at el evated t emperature u ntil
material is cured. Surfaces should be dry and free of
dirt, oi l, g rease or ot her c ontamination. F or be st

surfaces with sand paper.
General Information
Storage
Product should be s tored i n cool, d ry c onditions.
Vibra-Tite 951, when un-mixed, has a s helf life of at
least 12 months when stored at 25°C. Storage in cool,
clean ar eas i s recommended. Usable shelf life may
vary de pending on method of a pplications a nd
storage conditions.
