Product Description
Vibra-TITE 732 Gasket Maker is a smooth, thick
purple paste. The anaerobic chemistry of this product
creates a tough flexible formed-in-place gasket. Once
confined between 2 components, 732 Gasket Maker
provides an instant low pressure seal.
Typical Applications
Gasket Maker is used for fuel and water pumps, split
crank cases on engines, gearbox covers, engine
thermostats, air compressor end caps, chainsaws,
lawn mowers etc. This product can be used with or
without pre-cut, pre-formed gaskets.
Instructions for Use
Ensure parts are clean, dry and free from oil and
grease.
Procedure for Application
Product is normally hand applied from the tube.
Compatible Primers
Vibra-TITE Excel 611 (Primer N) can be used. The
use of primers can cause loss of strength and
performance should be tested.

General Information
Storage
Product should be stored in a cool and dry location at
temperatures between 14°F (-10°C) to 86°F (30°C).
Shelf life is 2 years from date of manufacture when
stored at 72±8°F (22±4°C).
Note
Where gap size is large or where the surface is
uneven, apply a Vibra-TITE primer to assist curing
the product. 732 Gasket Maker can be roller coated,
screen printed or pad applied.
Health & Safety in use
IRRITANT: Contains Methacrylate Esters which
may irritate eyes, respiratory organs and skin. In
case of contact with the skin, wash immediately
with plenty of water.
