Product Description
Vibra-TITE M ulti C ure 240 is an activated
acrylic ad hesive d esigned for fast f ixturing on
metal and magnet materials and a no mix system.
The P roduct i s de veloped t o be us ed w ith
Activator 600 or 638.
Typical Applications
Vibra-TITE 240 may be used in applications that
require ve ry f ast a ssembly. T his a dhesive i s
designed for D C m otor a ssembly, m agnet
bonding a nd bondi ng of pr e-coated s heet m etal.
Automated assembly lines with short cycle times
will be nefit f rom t he r apid c ure of 240. The
product ha s t he c apability t o p roduce t ough,
durable bonds w ith out standing i mpact a nd pe el
resistance.

Storage
Product should be s tored i n a c ool and d ry
location at temperatures between -10 oC to 30 oC.
Optimal s torage is 2 2±4oC. Shelf lif e is 1 8
months from date of manufacture when stored at
22±4oC.
