Product Description
Vibra-TITE 137 H igh T emp-High S trength
Threadlocker is a r ed s ingle co mponent a naerobic
threadlocker. 137 j oins t hreaded pa rts e xposed t o
operating temperatures up t o 450°F. It offers
excellent performance at temperatures more the 150°
higher than other threaded locking products because
of its enhanced chemistry.
Typical Applications
Applications i nclude hi gh t emperature l ocking a nd
sealing of studs, nuts, screws, bolts, and fittings. Parts
are locked and sealed against leakage, contamination
and corrosion. The higher viscosity is more suitable
for l arge d iameter, co arse t hreaded p arts. I t i s
recommended f or pa rts t hat do n ot r equire r outine
maintenance as disassembly is difficult and may
require heat.
Instructions for Use
Ensure p arts are cl ean, d ry and f ree f rom o il an d
grease.
Procedure for Application
Product is normally hand applied from the bottle onto
threaded parts.
Compatible Primers
Primers such as Vibra-TITE Excel 611 (Primer N) or
Excel 6 12 ( Primer T ) can be u sed. T he u se of
primers can result in lower strength and performance
should be tested after full cure.

General Information
Storage
Product should be stored in a cool and dry location at
temperatures b etween 14°F ( -10°C) to 86°F (30°C).
Shelf l ife i s 2 years from date of manufacture when
stored at 72±8°F (22±4°C).
Note
Vibra-TITE 137 provides a lubricating ability during
assembly and after curing results i n medium to high
locking s trength. Not recommended for use with use
with most p lastics as s tress cr acking ca n o ccur.
Excellent environmental and chemical resistance.
Health & Safety in use
IRRITANT: Co ntains Methacrylate E sters which
may irritate eyes, respiratory organs and skin. In case
of c ontact with t he s kin, wash immediately with
plenty of water.
