Alternator Test: 13.51 - 14.5 V
Battery Test: 12.61 - 13.5 V
Battery Monitor Results:
Low battery voltage (yellow or red LED) is not always due to a dead battery. It could be an indication of several things, including, but not limited to:
• Possible problem with the alternator
• Dirty battery terminals
• Extreme outside temperature
• Undercharged battery
NOTE: WHILE ENGINE IS RUNNING VOLTAGE METER WILL MEASURE ALTERNATOR VOLTAGE. NORMAL READINGS FOR STANDARD ALTERNATORS RANGE FROM 13.5 - 14.5 V.
