Base Assembly
There are (4) parts to the base. Each is numbered and color
coded. Place the 5/16” washer on the bolt that goes through
the center of each piece. Invert the frame during the assembly
so the bolt is facing upward. Take #1 and place #2, #3 and #4
onto the center bolt. Place the second washer over the bolt
and loosely tighten the lock nut as shown. This will allow #4
to be turned parallel to #1 before tightening the lock nut
completely.
Turn part #4 parallel to part #1. This is the hardest part of
the assembly. Once the parts line up, slide the O-Rings over
each end of the two parallel pieces to hold them in place while
the nut is being tightened. There is substantial pressure
between the two parts as the nut is being tightened.
Completely tighten lock nut. All pieces should be in their
pre-notched groves when finished with this phase. Also, there
should be a substantial amount of tension between part #1 and
part #4 when finished.
The base must be assembled correctly for the product to
function properly. If your base doesn’t look like this, call our
support line for assistance or watch the assembly video on our
website. Help Line: (865) 566-5425

Frame Assembly
Complete the frame assembly by inserting the frame bars into
each coupler according to the color codes on the tips of each
bar. Insert the bungee cord through the tube net and place both
over the frame before completing the basic frame assembly.
Note: The PX-5, VX-5 and the PX-7, VX-7 have the exact
same base but vary in the number of frame pieces. All parts
are color coded for easy assembly. Simply insert the pieces
according to the corresponding colors.
To complete the circle apply downward pressure at this time.
This will allow the two remaining pieces to be joined together.
All parts should be bolted together at each coupler with the ¼”
bolt and lock nuts before continuing.
Tube Net Application
Once the circular frame is complete, pull the tube net with the
white bungee cord around the circle. Insert the cut end of the
bungee cord drawstring through the loop on the other end and
pull to tighten. Cut the excess cord off and tie the two ends of
the tube net together with the black tag lines on each end. Try
to keep the seam rope on the outer edge of the frame for
uniformity.
This completes the assembly for the PX-Series products.

4
Cable and Ring Attachment (VX-5 and VX-7)
First, place the cable loop over any leg of the base. This will
prevent the ring from freely swinging when hit by a ball.
Second, insert the white cable into the ring. The pressed
fitting should rest against the ring.
Setting Ring Height
Third, insert the cable into the interlocking holes on the frame.
Begin by going up into the first hole and then down through
the other before placing the excess cable into the tubing. The
black mark on each cable represents our suggested height of
the ring during front toss training.
*Always place the tube side away from the batter
to prevent damage to the tube.
