Welcome to Vexia Econav

Congratulations on the purchase of Vexia Econav, the first Eco-Saver in the world with which you can save
fuel and take advantage of the power of your vehicle. Thank you for helping to improve the environment.
With this guide you can easily get started with your Vexia Econav and address any concerns you might have
when using the device. For more detailed information visit www.vexia.co.uk and download the manual or if

What is Vexia Econav?

The Econav Technology applies to the portable navigation, and by following its guidance, allows you to gain
a reduction of up to 30% in your fuel consumption and a proportionate reduction of CO2 emissions. Econav
also has the most advanced navigation and intelligent safety camera warnings.

Vexia is currently the only brand on the market that has the Econav technology built into its Vexia Econav
device.

This is the first Eco-Saver which enables you to take full advantage of the power of your vehicle. Thanks to his
optimization profile of more than 70 brands and 9,000 car models, it tells how to maximize the capabilities
of your own vehicle through real-time visual and audio prompts: efficient gear changes at the right time,
warnings against aggresive acceleration , excessive braking etc..

Optimized for manual vehicles (4 to 8-speed), but also relevant for automatics, the Eco-Saver Econav will
extend the life of your car, saving fuel while reducing CO2 emissions by up to 30% (450
ton of CO2 per year). Very easy to use, no installation required. You can also measure your savings through
Econav Report and you will be surprised at what you can achieve each day. See for yourself.

Quick user guide

Placing the Vexia Econav in your vehicle

1. Fit the Satnav mount support into the suction support and slide it downwards until it clicks.

2. Place the suction support on the windshield and lift the handle until it clicks.

3. Fit the Satnav to the Satnav mount support until it clicks.

Final position: Always position the Satnav so that it does not impede your vision.

In order to start Econav

Click on Vehicle Selection on the Econav Menu of your device.

2. Select the model, fuel type and manufacturing year of your vehicle (this information appears in the
technical data of your car). If you can not find your model, click on Help to go to User Defined (See
section).

3. When you find the model corresponding to your vehicle, select it and check that all the data is
consistent. Click ok.

4. Wait a few seconds until the configuration loads. Now you can start using Econav.

After configuring your vehicle, you will not have to repeat this step for subsequent uses.

User defined

Although most vehicles manufactured between 2001 and 2009 are included, it is possible that your vehicle
is not in the list of brands and models. To find it click on User defined. Note that this option is less precise
than those listed through the brand and model option. Choose between:

1. Manual gear, sequential, automatic.

2. A, B, C or D and test while driving which one fits to your vehicle. We recommend you start with levels
C or D.

3. Number of gears of your vehicle, from 4 to 8.

4. Petrol or diesel fuel.

5. Vehicle type: utility, sports, tourism, minivan or SUV.

6. Save the created selection of your vehicle in Favourites.

After configuring your vehicle, you will not have to repeat this step for subsequent use.

Previous vehicles

Use this option if you want to view previously configured vehicles.

Vehicle Favourites

Use this option to select from your previously saved vehicles. You will also be able to delete those which

you do not use

In order to start the Navigation

How do I look for an address on my Vexia Econav?

Select the Navigation option from the Econav Menu. Touch the screen anywhere and the Navigation Menu
will show up.
Click on Go to and enter your destination using any of these options: address, favourites, history, point of
interest, postcode, home, point on the map, enter GPS position and city center.

As an example, we will enter a destination by using Address.

1. Click on Address and choose the country to which you want to go to.

2. Type your town / city of destination.

3. Enter the name of the street. Remember not to include in the name “street”, “square”, “avenue”, etc ...
Enter the house number you want to go to or click “Any.” The destination you want to go to will show
up on the screen, and three options:

On Map: View on the map your chosen destination.

Parking: Displays information about parking near your destination.

Add to Favorites: You can add your chosen destination to favourites.

4. If you do not want to use any of the three previous options, click on Start Route.

5. A summary of the route will be displayed. Select the Details option to obtain more precise information
on your route. If you want to start navigating, click on Done.

6. You can look for more information in the Navigation Menu. Click on Settings, go to the third screen and
click on Quick Guide.

The Econav summary panel will be available on the right side of the Navigation screen. This
feature gives you the information to reduce fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.

You can choose to show or hide this tool whenever you want. In the Navigation menu,
choose by clicking on Show / Hide Econav:

If you decide to hide Econav, you will have full-screen Navigation. However, if there is key
information (eg safety camera warning), on your route, this panel will appear momentarily,
then disappear.

If you choose to display Econav, you will have Navigation and all the necessary information
for saving fuel permanently at your disposal, including alerts on your route.
