The Vermont Castings™ Signature Series models VCS3505BI and
VCS5005BI can be installed into a complete custom outdoor
cooking center. Options include built-in side burner, insulated
jacket and front door assembly.
The Extreme Built-in VCS5005BI
The VCS5005BI provides the ultimate outdoor cooking
experience. An awesome grill that delivers truly delicious barbecue flavor, it’s constructed mainly of sleek stainless steel with
black cast iron end caps. The massive 600 square inch cooking
area and 230 square inch warming rack allows for all types of fare
—steak, lobster, corn, garlic bread & more!
This grill comes with all standard features plus a 20,000 btu
infrared rotisserie burner, rotisserie kit and cast iron griddle plate.
Five straight burners produce 62,500 btu’s.

The Sizzler VCS3505BI Built-in
The Vermont Castings™ Signature Series Sizzler VCS3505BI built-in gas grill features a stainless steel
hood, a 400 square inch cooking area and 37,505 btu’s. A good looking built-in bbq for average sized
decks or backyards. This grill comes with all standard features plus rotisserie burner. Side burner and
rotisserie kit are optional.
