Correct Use
Danger! Electric shock due to humidity.
- The sewing machine must only be stored and used in dry rooms.
- Humidity and dampness may cause an electric shock.
Danger! Eye injuries due to a broken needle.
- Only soft, flexible textiles may be sewn.
- The machine is not designed for sewing materials such as thick, hard or inflexible leather, tarpaulins, canvas, etc.; the needle may break.
- The needle can break if the material is not transported by the motor and is instead pushed or held back by the user.
Danger! Needle-prick injuries if operated accidentally.
- The machine may only be used by careful adults.
- Children and persons with restricted abilities may only use the machine after thorough instruction and under constant supervision.
- Never leave an operational machine in areas to which children have access.
- The main switch must be turned off for all preparation or configuration tasks.
Danger! Risk of injury due to defects or modifications.
- The machine must not be modified.
- Repairs must be carried out by the technical service.
- Damage, modifications, or the use of non-original accessories can lead to injuries.
- Defective machines must no longer be used.
Danger! Unsuitable installation sites (workplaces) can result in accidents.
- The machine must only be operated when on a stable surface.
- Shaky, unstable or untidy workplaces can cause the machine to fall down or cause needle-prick injuries.
Danger! Persons without knowledge of these operating instructions may injure themselves or damage the sewing machine.
- Only use this sewing machine if you have a basic knowledge of how to use sewing machines.
Danger! Needle-prick injuries may occur if you do not pay attention.
- Take time, ensure the workplace is tidy and guide the material calmly through the machine without using force.
Caution! This machine is designed for use in a private home.
- The machine is not approved for professional or commercial use.
Important safety instructions

When using an electrical appliance, basic safety should always be followed, including the following:
Read all instructions before using this sewing machine.
DANGER
1. An appliance should never be left unattended when plugged in.
2. Always unplug this appliance from the electric outlet immediately after using and before cleaning.

8. Always switch off the machine if you carry out preparation for work (change the needle, feed the yarn thru the machine, change the footer, etc.).
9. Alway expediently switch on the machine.
10. Always unplug the machine if you changing the lamp or carry out maintenance (oiling, cleaning).
11. Don't use the machine if it's wet or in humid environment.
12. Never pull at the cord, always unplug the machine by gripping the plug.
13. If the LED lamp is damaged or broken, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person, in order to avoidahazard.

1.Start/stop button
The machine will start running when start/stop button is pressed and will stop when pressed the second time. The machine will rotate slowly at the beginning of sewing.
The sewing speed will increase slowly until reaching the speed setting selected with the speed limiting adjustment lever.
2.Reverse button
The patterns 01, 04, 07, 22 and 23 can be sewn in reverse. During sewing, press the reverse button to sew in reverse direction. Release the button to go back to
forward direction. If you press the reverse button before starting to sew, when press the start/stop button or the foot
control the machine will permanently sew in reverse and press the button again to sew forward.
If you press the reverse button when sewing any other patterns, the machine will immediately sew locking stitches and automatically stop.
3.Auto-lock button
When the patterns 01-05, 07-09, 12, 14-23, 28 and 49 are selected, the machine will immediately sew3locking stitches when the auto-lock button is pressed, then automatically stop.
Except for the pattern 01-09, 12, 14-23, 28, 37-44 and 49 press the auto-lock button, the machine will sew3locking stitches at the end of the current pattern and automatically stop.
4.Needle up/down position button
Press this button to move By pressing the needle up/down button the needle will make half a stitch. Depending on the actual
needle position it will stop in the opposite position, either at the highest or the lowest position. At the same time the needle stop position after sewing is permanently set. The needle stop position is shown on the LCD.

5.Thread cutter button

Press this button after finishing sewing and the machine will trim the threads.
6. Speed control buttons
Press this button to change the sewing speed. To increase the sewing speed, press the button "+". To decrease the sewing speed, press the button "-".

Setting button
Press the button to set the language, brightness, parental control, screen saver, voice, update and software version information.
Tension adjustment buttons
When you select a stitch the machine will automatically set the recommended thread tension which will be indicated by numbers on the LCD screen.
To increase the tension, press the right button to the next number up. To reduce the tension, press the left button to the next number down. To return the standard press the middle button.
Combo button
Press the button to set up stitch combination, totally 30 sets for each 20 stitches.
Memory button
Press the button to memory current stitch parameter with totally 30 sets.
Pattern adjustment button
When you sew on a particular fabric, adjust them with the pattern adjustment button.
Mirror button
Press this button to sew a reflection pattern until the mirror button is pressed again.
Needle button
Press the twin needle button, and the machine automatically reduces the maximum width for the twin needle sewing.
Press the button again to return to single needle sewing.
Stitch length adjustment button

When you select a stitch the machine will automatically set the recommended stitch length which will be indicated by numbers on the LCD screen.
Forashorter stitch, press the button "-". Foralonger stitch, press the button "+". To return the standard press the value.
The stitch length can be adjusted between "0.0-4.5", certain stitches have a limited stitch length range.
Stitch width adjustment button
When you select a stitch, the machine will auto-matically set the recommended stitch width, which will be indicated by numbers on the LCD screen.
Foranarrower stitch, press the button "-". For a wider stitch, press button "+". To return the standard press the value.
The stitch width can be adjusted between "0.0-7.0", certain stitches have a limited stitch width.
With pattern 01-04, 06, 15 and 22-23 selected, the needle position is shown on the screen. The position can be adjusted by the stitch width adjustment buttons.
Pressing the "-" button, will move the needle to the left and pressing the "+" button, will move the needle to the right.
Connecting the machine

Attention:
Always make sure that the machine is unplugged from power source and the main switch is on "O" when the machine is not in use and before inserting or removing parts.
Before connecting the power supply, make sure that the voltage and frequency shown on the machine is conforming with your electrical power.
Place machine onastable surface.
1. Connect the power line cord to the machine
by inserting the 2-hole plug into the power cord socket.
2. Connect the power line plug to the electric
outlet.
3. Turn on the power switch.
4. The sewing lamp will light up when the
switch is turned on.
To disconnect, turn the power switch to the off position, then remove plug from outlet.
Polarized plug information
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade wider than the other), to reduce the risk of electrical shock; this plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contactaqualified electrician to install the proper outlet. Do not modify the plug in any way.
Foot control

With the sewing machine turned off, insert the foot control plug into its connector on the sewing machine. Turn on the sewing machine, and then slowly depress the foot control to start sewing. Release the foot control to stop the sewing machine.
Note:
The setting of the Speed control buttons will limit the maximum speed of the machine.
Attention:
Consultaqualified electrician if in doubt as how to connect the machine to the power source. Unplug the power cord when the machine is not in use.
Bobbin winding

1. Place the thread and spool holder onto the spool pin. For smaller spools of thread, place spool holder with the small side next to the spool.
2. Draw the thread from the spool through the upper thread guide.
3. Wind the thread contrary clockwise around the bobbin winder tension discs.
4. Place the thread end through one of the inner holes in the bobbin as illustrated and place empty bobbin on the spindle.
5. Push the bobbin to right.
6. Hold the thread tail securely in one hand.

7. Press the Start/stop button or the foot control.
8. After the bobbin has woundafew turns stop the machine and cut the thread near the hole of the bobbin.
Continue filling the bobbin until it is full.
9. Once the spool is full, it rotates slowly. Release the pedal or stop. Push the bobbin winder spindle to left.
10.Cut the thread and then remove the bobbin.
Please Note:
When the bobbin winder switch is placed on the right, "bobbin winding position", the machine will not sew and the handwheel will not turn. To start sewing, push the bobbin winder switch to the left "sewing position".
Bobbin insertion

Attention:
Turn power switch to off ("O") before inserting or removing the bobbin.
When inserting or removing the bobbin, the needle and presser foot must be fully raised.
Remove the bobbin cover plate and bobbin.
Insert the bobbin in the bobbin case with the thread running in a counterclockwise direction (arrow).
Pull the thread through the slit (A).

Pull the thread at the arrow markings into the thread guide slot.
To cut off excess thread pull it toward you to cut it with the cutter at point (B).
Close the bobbin cover plate.
